Mini #13, definitely an Italian sub.

Friendly customer service representatives, timely in taking my order and preparing my sandwich, clean location and an excellent Italian sandwich.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location. We were in the shopping center and decided to stop by for lunch. The team was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and the process of placing our order was quick and efficient. Our sandwiches were well made, fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

My favorite jersey mikes spot! Always so friendly and made me a bomb #8!

Such quick and friendly service. Jersey Mike's got us all set up for our sports day and made us a bomb #8.

    California Club. Delicious!

This is by far the best Jersey Mike's location in greater Sacramento. I don't even live in Elk Grove but come here for work and I always enjoy the sandwich. Workers seem happy which is a sign of a good manager. The gal with the red braids hooked up my sandwich as you can see! I appreciate that the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh and that they wash the knife between cutting different sandwiches. You go to Jersey mikes for the quality. That is all evident here.

Don't read into what some reviews listed until You actually experience it yourself! I read some reviews of bad service before I decided to try Jersey Mikes off Laguna, Oh Boy, was I surprised in a good way. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted by a few employees, even spoke to the Manager (Rafael) on shift at the time. Excellent service The 2 sandwiches ordered were the Turkey w provolone, added avacado/pickles & the Roast Beef w provolone with bacon added. Overall the sandwiches were good as a first timer not knowing how or what is added. Now I know how they make their sandwiches, perhaps next time I will ask for more of salt/pepper/vinegar. Not a deal breaker though! This Laguna location is right next to Smashed Burgers/Starbucks. Convenient if you crave something else. Lol Parking is wide open in this strip mall Will come back to try other sandwiches!

The associate that helped us take our order was very nice. What seemed to be "display" spring rolls in a takeout container sat underneath a sign near the register that said they now offered - Spring Rolls! I was craving some so I ordered it and watched in horror as the cashier took the container that had been sitting there before I arrived and placed it next to the sandwich making area. Maybe it was just a signal to the person making food that spring rolls were ordered and to make some, but nope, I was served shrimp spring rolls that had been sitting there on the counter, not temperature controlled. When we asked to give it back for a refund we were given one, but we were also told that it had been made recently since people order them all the time. At least put it in the fridge, maybe. Then while we were eating another worker was mopping the floors all around us, and she actually bumped into me twice with her elbow, that's how close she was. Maybe don't mop the lobby while folks are eating. All that on top of seeing the person making food grab a broom with gloved hands that then prepared sandwiches without changing gloves or washing hands made me decide never to come back again.

Stopped into Nugget to grab fresh raspberries for homemade crème brûlée (using them as the…read moretopping), and it was one of those quick grocery runs that reminded me why I like shopping here. The berries looked beautiful -- fresh, bright, and exactly what you want when you're making something special and don't want to risk disappointing fruit. Produce quality really does make a difference, especially when it's the star of the dish. I also ended up finding a garlic olive oil I've been looking for, which felt like a bonus win. Nugget is great for those moments when you need something a little more specialty and don't want to drive all over town searching for it. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out of, which I always appreciate when I'm just popping in for a few things during a busy day. It's one of those places where you can reliably find quality ingredients whether you're cooking something special or just grabbing everyday groceries. Final verdict: absolutely worth it.

The fresh baked bread here seems to be the best compared to other grocery stores in the area,…read morehowever it costs a lot more. The pugliese bread is my favorite as it is soft, fluffy, and taste delicious! The sourdough is also yummy and has a light airy consistency.  The sandwiches are made with the fresh baked bread and are delicious! Even though the store opens at 6am, the bread is not ready until 8-9am, therefore it is best to order a sandwich a couple hours after the store opens for the optimum selection of bread. I once made the mistake of ordering a sandwich at 7am and was only presented with two bread options: sliced bread or focaccia. I selected the focaccia and although the bread was tasty, it made for a very soft and ultimately soggy sandwich.  There is a large prepared/hot food section that is self-serve. On one occasion while I was selecting a soup to purchase I witnessed an employee wiping up the spilled food from the counter and putting it back into the large food tray. It was absolutely nauseating and I immediately questioned if I should even purchase the soup given the lack of proper food cleanup/handling.  The grocery items cost much more than other grocery stores for the same exact item. Nugget seems to carry a variety of high-quality ingredients and typical well-known brands. The cost of produce and meat is much higher than other grocery stores, although the meat is typically sourced from local farms.  During Thanksgiving Nugget carries a large selection of high quality turkeys. There are a few turkeys that are sourced from local farms that are advertised as natural, antibiotic free, and free range. When purchasing a Turkey for Thanksgiving it is always advised to call and preorder as the high quality turkeys sell out fast.
