When we asked to give it back for a refund we were given one, but we were also told that it had been made recently since people order them all the time. At least put it in the fridge, maybe. Then while we were eating another worker was mopping the floors all around us, and she actually bumped into me twice with her elbow, that's how close she was. Maybe don't mop the lobby while folks are eating.
