This is not a Jersey Mike Sandwich not even close to the picture and the other Jersey Mikes pack the meat. We paid $17 for this sandwich and we asked why the meat is so little compared to the other Jersey Mikes and they told us that's the right amount. Are you kidding me??? I have been a fan of Jersey Mike's for a long time. When I called this location for pricing on lunch for my hard working staff I was quoted a price. When I called to place the order I asked if the offer was still valid the manager said yes, if that's what you were quoted Upon arrival my total was almost $50 dollars more than quoted. I reminded manager of price they quoted me. He said well when I put in it this is the price. I reminded him again of price quoted. I was firm with him that he should honor what they quoted. It would had been good except that it was quite salty! I am watching my salt intake due to hypertension and currently on medication. Pretty disappointed by this location. I usually LOVE Jersey Mike's but the sandwiches and service were subpar here. We ordered for delivery and ended up with a missing sandwich, toppings missing from another, and overall the food just didn't taste good?? Nothing like other locations I've eaten at. Today on 4/19 around 3:40 PM, my girlfriend and I walked into this Jersey mikes location with another guy who came in before us. He seemed a little foreign and maybe like he couldn't speak English as well so I believe when he was trying to order a "large" sandwich he used the word "big" instead as a way to express the size of this order. The lady who walked in to take care of him was extremely rude at the start. She immediately asked him what he wanted to order and when he said a "big" sandwich, she kind of almost yelled at him in a way like she didn't understand what he was saying. After that, her and another coworker were making fun of the man in Spanish and laughing in front of his face. The girl who took his order was a bigger girl and the coworker was a little smaller. We could hear her use the words "grande" and laugh at the customer. We were ashamed for the man, and embarrassed for this company so we left to the one in Delta Shores. I want to love this sub shop but everytime I'm there they give me the wrong order. The manager could care less, I made him aware of this today as I was giving them yet another chance. Today I ordered a Veggie, pretty easy, I got home, it had one green pepper slice on it and what seemed like a package of provolone cheese. I got in my car, drove back and explained they had once again given me the wrong sub. I opened the sandwich to show them what I received. The male worker behind the counter accused me of throwing the bag at him when it actually blew across the counter. I would never throw the bag. Again the manager did nothing. I left, no sandwich, no refund. I donated to Jersey MIke's subs. I just wanted what I ordered. Poor, poor customer service. Just another sub par, sub shop. Come here all the time, came 30 mins before closing usually have no problem however this time the boy that was doing our sandwich cut his finger while cutting our bread and the only girl there took over the sandwich. Update to my review on 12/29/21; I went in today for the refund of my order from the previous evening that was not filled correctly. The employee I spoke to when I called after getting home with my food, told me he'd put my name on the board. I spelled it for him. I did not receive a receipt. When I went in about 1:00 the gal looked and my name was not on any board. I had no receipt, she went and spoke to who I assume is the manager or owner. She comes back and asks if I have the food. "No, I was told My name would be on the board". I told her exactly what was ordered. Y this time there is a line of 4-5 people. She is scrolling, the manager/owner comes over, moves her out of the way and says something like do this and get her out of here and he opens the register and slaps $20 bucks in my hand and says here! Was in there today for a mobile pick up for one of the Companies like Uber and door dash to set the stage. The counter person that was in charge of taking our requests for order pick ups acted like we were second class customers. Her tone of voice was short and sounded rude. Granted they were busy, but there was no cause for her to have or at least give the impression that delivery drivers are a nuisance. Ordered online for pickup. Website said 6:01pm pickup time. Got there on time, was told that they hadn't even started our order. Did not finish the order (2 sandwiches and a wrap) until 15 minutes after our scheduled arrival. The manager Raphael at the Laguna location is extremely rude and double charging people then saying "I promise the extra charge will fall off and if it doesn't you call me and I'll refund it right away." So I got double charged and sure enough it did not fall off so I called with my receipt info and he says "what do you want me to do about it?" I love these sandwiches! I was so happy when I found out they were opening one in Elk Grove. I have had good experiences here. What I appreciated the most, is the offer of the staff to bring my sandwich out to my car. They did this with the utmost respect. And the sandwich was yummy as usual.
