i manage a store 10-6 mon-fri and babysit on sat and sun. i placed an order tonight and gave the names of the girls i nanny for on each sandwich. not only were the names not on the sandwich (so i had to figure out who's was who's), but one sandwich was wrong. i am very disappointed and so are the girls. i used to work at a jersey mikes, so i know its not hard to write the names on the sandwich, and i usually love eating there. i won't be back, id rather drive 15 min to a different location for my sandwich than 5 min to this location. read more

Six o'clock Friday night and no customers one would think service would not be an issue. Average at best. I thought sandwiches came with the lettuce/tomato/peppers/etc options but they didn't seem to want to do that and made my giant sandwich ($18) without and wrapped it up to go. Got the feeling they wanted me out of there to close shop or something. When I asked for at least some relish, they filled a little cup half full and turned around and walked away. Baffling. This sandwich maker was able to provide 6 inches of warm, protein dense sandwich for me to fill my mouth with. The steak sandwich tasted fresh and complete, a great way to replenish after a day at work. The peppers tasted very flavorful, the cheese was so creamy, and the steak was well cooked. Being from New Jersey, I have expectations. The interior wall has a large Point Pleasant, N.J. mural. I visited there many times growing up. Is this a real N. J. sub? I would say it is. Ordering it "Mike's Way" gets you all the taste you would expect, N.J. style. The standard sub is a half loaf of Italian Bread, and is probably twice the size of a normal sandwich. They do have a mini size hard roll style bread for the light eaters. ( No such thing in Point Pleasant.) The service is great, with a prompt staff that is trained to deliver quickly, and they do. Beyond subs, there are wraps and a few other choices available. Some music from Jersey Boys or Bruce Springsteen would be great. Two large big screen TVs show the news and sports. The lobby is very attractive. More than you might expect. Most subs seem to be about $6.50, so the price is right for the quality they deliver. read more

I love Jersey Mike's! It is the only sub shop I will use. They have a great variety of sandwiches but my favorite is either a number five with Swiss Dan makes way for a number 17 Philly cheesesteak. I don't know where they get their tomatoes, but they are always delicious, always right on red all year long. On top of everything if you sign up for Shore Points you earn points for every dollar spent and get free subs. It is 70 points for a regular size sandwich and 120 for a giant. You can't beat that! The meat and cheese is always fresh cut and you can definitely tell the difference. All sandwiches can be done as either a sub, a wrap or in a tub salad so no matter what your diet needs and you can get great food with a smile when you go here! read more

I called ahead and placed my order for pick up, when I arrived it seems there was an issue as they didn't have my order. These guys were completely professional and so nice! They made what could be a frustrating situation stress free. They made my sub within 5 minutes and had be out the door, free of charge!! Don't go to this location. Service is awful. I was 5 minutes early for my online order but had to wait 15 past my pick up time to get my sandwich while I watched them make at least 8 orders for people that walked in after me.
