    Mikes sub.

Went back here today for lunch. First off the crew working there was great. Professional, courteous and friendly. The assembled my sandwich nicely, no skimping. This time the roll was perfect. Fluffy with a crust. Meats were tasty and the veggies fresh. Great sandwich thanks.

Stopped in this location to grab a quick bite to eat. I went to my go to #7. The shop was clean and the workers were pleasant. I ordered my sandwich "Mike's way" and thoroughly enjoyed each bite.

#11, Stickball Special with hard bread you can see has separated, one slice of salami, two slices of ham.

It once again pains me to leave a less than stellar review because *most* of the time they do it SO RIGHT! That written, of the three subs ordered today, while all were made correctly, two had hard bread and MUCH less meat than usual. Boyfriend's#13 was a bit anemic when it came to meat, but mine was just ridiculous. Hard bread, tons of lettuce, onion and banana peppers....and almost no meat. I got the #11, my second favorite, one I get frequently. It had one slice of very thin salami and two very thin slices of ham. Was it still good? Yes, hence the three stars. Was it what I expect from Jersey Mike's? Nope, not even close.

Thanks BroS :) Hearts to JM and their giving program - yummy football food too

Y'all were ready for game day and it clearly shows. Great job! We used UberEats and when we received this bag of goodies it was securely packaged and inside was all nicely wrapped/numbered/organized. ETA was perfect too. So happy since we so hungry lol. Foodporn available as usual. Best describes everything. Nowadays all our family members are trying to support local eats both big and small daily/weekly/monthly so they stay here to keep serving the neighborhood. We repeat many of them so what I share in yelp is the same ole same ole. Sorry not sorry :) But when we saw the giving program JM is participating in, my younger bro suggested subs at this location to be a tad different (our usual location is at Milestone). Glad we did - 'twas gooooood! Mmmm that bread and the pickle slices were so crunchy. Of course the bacon was crack yummy - no surprise. Overall we're fans. Now back to watching the games.....mmmbye!

    $20 for a sub?

Well we'll well. I went back because someone gave me a gift card. Ordered the regular since the "giant" was so disappointing. It looked the exact same as the giant!! But the best part ... They charged me over $20 for the exact same sub??? This place is a joke. However, I must give credit where they deserve it. The meat portion this time was cut thicker than last time and stacked over an inch high. The employees were friendly and helpful. I honestly like this place, but I feel like a fool paying $20+ for a cold cut.

The number 31 chicken cheese steak is out of this world. So let me start by how I get it. I normally order the 31 with extra meat and cheese with mayo and bacon. I do lettuce once in a while as well. This sub done right is amazing and to tell you the truth I only will go to the Gaithersburg location because they are always consistent and the customer service is always great. Thank you for your good customer service. I will continue coming to jersey mikes.

Food was ok. The service was slow and the staff wasn't too polite. Doubt I'd go back.

But I don't care because this little sandwich shop deserves all the praise I can heap on it. I had a tuna salad sandwich that was perfection! Heaping with luscious tuna, crispy lettuce and a sharp slice of cheddar. Heavenly! But, as good as that tuna sandwich was - as always - it is the professional, perfectionist, friendly and hard working people who run this place that actually keep me coming back. They are good at what they do, nothing more, nothing less. And they do it all with a smile! I will be back, of course, to the Firehouse Deli because it's at the top of its game. But I will also be back because the woman at the counter treats me so well. Bravo to the Firehouse Deli!!!!

The service was good both in person and over the phone. The lady taking my order was helpful and made sure I was all good when picking up the food. - The steak & cheese was alright and was even better with some BBQ sauce. I think the sub could've greatly benefitted from having a house sauce paired with it to make up for the meat's lack of flavorful juices that you would come to expect from a typical Philly. - The seasoned fries were solid, they get the job done. - The fajita melt was solid and the chipotle sauce on it highly elevated the experience. I'm going to need more of that Chipotle sauce, please. - Now I'm more of a hot sub guy over a cold sub guy so I'm testing the waters with the Italian sub. Luckily, the Italian sub is a solid option. It's made very well and the bread is fluffy. Overall, I'd best describe this spot as simple, basic food that's executed very well. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend a stop for a quick lunch or quick snack.

I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, however, at some point, you need to calm down and give people time to browse the menu so they can order exactly what they want. I would've added a shake to my meal, but, I was rushed for no reason whatsoever. The restaurant and bathroom were pretty clean except the main floor felt slippery even though I didn't see anything that would make it that way. Maybe next time, they will chill out.

There were no mistakes in our order. We got a small fry and our bag was almost half way full with them! That was definitely the most fries I've ever been given in any fry order. I'm not complaining. This location was really clean. The counters were crumb-free, members changed their gloves multiple times, the floor didn't have any trash, and the bathroom was spotless. The only messes I saw were from previous customers not cleaning up after themselves. I was a bit surprised about the price. We got a little cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger, a small fry, small soda, and a milkshake and it was almost $40. I can understand the price because of how expensive all food has become, but I still found it pretty steep. Try a peanut butter banana milkshake! The peanut butter wasn't overwhelming and the banana didn't taste artificial.
