I ordered a Giant sub through Uber Eats, but unfortunately received a Regular instead. Since the sandwich was meant to be shared between my pregnant wife, my son, and me, it was definitely disappointing and changed our dinner plans. That said, I also want to give credit where it's due....the sandwich itself was genuinely delicious! The bread was fresh, the ingredients tasted great, and it was nice & hot. My only issue was that the wrong size was sent.:( Mistakes happen, and I understand that. I just hope the team pays a little closer attention to order accuracy in the future, especially on delivery orders where customers can't easily catch an error before leaving. First off, horrible customer service! I just got back from Jersey mikes and wrote this review 7/19/26 at 5:45pm two girls and one guy working. One of the girls was nice she had colored hair but the other one with glasses rude as hell and the guy rude as hell! He came out from the back looking like he just woke up. My mom wanted the chicken salad sub because she saw the photo ad on their window and it showed 8.95 with chips and drink. Well it's only the sub! My mom told the guy about the ad and he's rude ass response was "I don't make the ad" who the hell hires these people?!!! Then he tells me to next time ask for cheese when I order bread! First of all I don't eat here all the time, it's my first time how am I suppose to know where and how to order?! They were all rushing our order it was so overwhelming. I was ordering for me and others that I just used my card to pay just to get out of there before I made a big scene. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager. I didn't get my food for me I paid $40!!! I don't need to be treating like shit by the workers. And they have the nerve to have a tip jar! No wonder it was empty! Never ordering here again. I visit this location at least twice a week, the General manager sandy is always so friendly and positive, you can really tell she takes pride in her job. She's always working when my family and I come in, and it's always such a welcoming experience my son loves to come in and say hi to her every week. Visited this location for the first time today. Walked to the counter with my husband so we could order our sandwiches. I ordered the 13 as it's my favorite with no lettuce. I asked for no lettuce because most of it was brown. She made my sandwich with lettuce and I corrected her and she scraped it off. Still some left on the sandwich. I just had the worst experience at this location, the larger white tall woman was so rude while cutting my meat she had the worst attitude while making my sandwich. Although the sandwich is tasty. The portions for a regular is pretty small. I cannot even imagine what the small size sandwich contains. More than likely it's two bites at best. Ordering is easy if you are doing it via app, the approximate wait time is around 10 minutes. The Italian sandwich #13 is usually the go to...but, at the price vs. portion, might not ever come back. So I love jersey mikes and usually go to the one in San Dimas. This place was closer and decided to grab dinner. If the rating was for the staff I would give them . They greeted as soon as I walked in the door and thanked me as I walked out. The rating is for the food unfortunately I ordered a giant number 8 and a big bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak sandwich. First the bread was old and very dry ‍. I got my sandwich Mike's way but the young lady went trigger happy with the vinegar and oil. I got home and it was seeping through the wrapper and the bag. I couldn't even enjoy my dinner. So to wrap it up. Great parking great staff and definitely following social distancing rules. What is with this location of Jersey Mikes? For some reason, Door Dash doesn't go to the Glendora Jersey Mikes but only to the store on Rte66. This is the second time I had sandwiches from there and they weren't good. So much mayonnaise that it dripped out, soggy sandwich like the lettuce wasn't drained and just not good. I will often have sandwiches from the Glendora store and they are always good. Never a problem. Why is this franchise so awful? What a waste of money. The food is normally decent but don't go in 30 mins prior to closing and order a hot sandwich. The response is, "we're out of hot meats." In other words, they've already shut down the grill. I like Jersey Mike's subs quite a bit. They are a little higher priced than other sub stores but the quality is there. During the Covid outbreak they are handling things well. Only giving four stars because sometimes the wait time for a warm sandwich is pretty long for being fast food. On at least two occasions, I have tried to call ahead only to get no answer. I like that jersey Mike's honors their coupons, we all need a little relief financially. All in all a decent sub shop. Is it worth the extra money compared to other shops?
