I just had the worst experience at this location, the larger white tall woman was so rude while cutting my meat she had the worst attitude while making my sandwich. Visited this location for the first time today. Walked to the counter with my husband so we could order our sandwiches. I ordered the 13 as it's my favorite with no lettuce. I asked for no lettuce because most of it was brown. She made my sandwich with lettuce and I corrected her and she scraped it off. Still some left on the sandwich. Although the sandwich is tasty. The portions for a regular is pretty small. I cannot even imagine what the small size sandwich contains. More than likely it's two bites at best. Ordering is easy if you are doing it via app, the approximate wait time is around 10 minutes. The Italian sandwich #13 is usually the go to...but, at the price vs. portion, might not ever come back. So I love jersey mikes and usually go to the one in San Dimas. This place was closer and decided to grab dinner. If the rating was for the staff I would give them . They greeted as soon as I walked in the door and thanked me as I walked out. The rating is for the food unfortunately I ordered a giant number 8 and a big bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak sandwich. First the bread was old and very dry ‍. I got my sandwich Mike's way but the young lady went trigger happy with the vinegar and oil. I got home and it was seeping through the wrapper and the bag. I couldn't even enjoy my dinner. So to wrap it up. Great parking great staff and definitely following social distancing rules. What is with this location of Jersey Mikes? For some reason, Door Dash doesn't go to the Glendora Jersey Mikes but only to the store on Rte66. This is the second time I had sandwiches from there and they weren't good. So much mayonnaise that it dripped out, soggy sandwich like the lettuce wasn't drained and just not good. I will often have sandwiches from the Glendora store and they are always good. Never a problem. Why is this franchise so awful? What a waste of money. I like Jersey Mike's subs quite a bit. They are a little higher priced than other sub stores but the quality is there. During the Covid outbreak they are handling things well. Only giving four stars because sometimes the wait time for a warm sandwich is pretty long for being fast food. On at least two occasions, I have tried to call ahead only to get no answer. I like that jersey Mike's honors their coupons, we all need a little relief financially. All in all a decent sub shop. Is it worth the extra money compared to other shops? You will have to judge that as tastes differ. Fresh, clean food, sandwiches are good size. I would recommend Jersey Mike's. read more

Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Oh, wait... is one star the lowest? Really, Yelp? Yelp should add a "Negative" rating option; you know, just like how Facebook added the "Angry" reaction. So, I'm no angel, I have my flaws. However, I'm known throughout my life to be an individual that's slow to anger, slow to raise her voice, and to always give the benefit of the doubt. I AM RARELY ANGERED! To the point that, after my visit today to this place, my own mother, my own mother that carried me 9 months, and birthed me out of her birth canal, did not believe my angered reaction. HERE'S THE REVIEW: I went in for their "Giant" sandwich. I asked the guy to cut it in halves rather than several pieces, to which he proceeded to. He passed it on to the next gentleman (Lord forgive me for this lie because he was no gentleman) for toppings. He asked me what did I want on my first sandwich. The way they had it lined up, looked different from what I'm used to (Subway). So I kindly said, "oh, I think there was a misunderstanding on how the sandwich to be cut". He looked down and up at the other guy and started mumbling something. I felt awkward because I didn't want them to feel any negativity from me as I wasn't complaining, I was simply addressing my concern. However, he continued to look at the other guy and said, "I don't know what's going on". To which the other man (that initially cut the bread) mimicked his coworker stating, "I don't know what's going on". So I continued to carry my patience proudly and not let their lack of customer service get the best of me. So I kindly, and RESPECTFULLY replied with, "I wanted it cut how 'Subway' cuts it". So the second guy that was assigned the toppings task, looked down at his shirt (where 'Jersey Mike's' is clearly stamped), and carried his head upward toward the menu (where 'Jersey Mike's' is also in fine bold letters). He then continued to look at the first guy to where he threw a sarcastic chuckle and hissed, "this is not subway". THAT'S WHEN I'VE HAD IT! My proud patience escaped my once peaceful mind; to where it switched to lividness. I raised my voice and said, "I KNOW I'M AT JERSEY MIKE'S". My vocal chords continued expanding at both guys and told them if they had something to speak to me directly rather than talking to each other back and forth. The second guy (the toppings station) continued being careless and disrespectful, so I yelled, "You can talk to me rather than looking at him! I'm the one talking to you, not him! So you can reply and direct your words to me!!" The manager (I assume that's the manager), asked him to go in the back and to have the other guy take over. She was respectful and gave me several apologies (I wont deny her that). However, I didn't get my apology from the one that caused this whole thing. I wont lie, both guys were a little off and rude, but at least one of them (the first guy that cut the bread) gave a few words somewhat appealing to an apology (although it was not genuine since he was as well was part of the sarcasm against me). If I were rude, bossy, disrespectful toward them, believe me, I would understand their reaction. But God knows I wasn't!! Again, I am not one to complain easily, or get angered, or even write negative reviews. For goodness' sake, I'm the type of person that feels guilty writing a bad review! I always look for the beaming light in the pitch black place... However, for the first time in my life, I couldn't find that beam of light. I hate to be "one of those people" (because God knows, I'm not), but I am well known in my community. If one were to ask me for food suggestions, I will share my experience with this place, and they can do what they will with this information. If these employees were having a bad day, I pray their day gets better and that God's peace befalls their worried minds. But if you are one of those Jersey Mike's employees, I pray you have a better and a blessed day. I also pray that you would consider the true foundation of not only customer service, but the bare minimum of kindness toward other beings. You never know what the person in front of you is going through, so implying an iota of ignorance, mercilessness, animosity, indecency, and the bare minimum of human to human communication could cause a spiral effect on their heart and mind. Maybe if it were someone else other than me that might have been going through something, they could've harmed themselves because the way you treated them could have added to their already pained heart. How would you have lived with that? Please, just be kind! Regardless, I don't think you care, but I thought to throw it out there. I don't mind returning back to "Subway" and paying extra for their "Fake Tuna", than step a foot in that place again. This was my second time there, and my absolute last!! read more
