Food is good, service not so much. My wife ordered online and I went to pick it up. The person at the counter turned to me, didn't say a word. I said "Hi, I'm here to pick up an order for xxxx". The person at the counter didn't say one word, just turned the bag that was in the area for orders sideways so the name was visible. Not here it is, not hello, not a thank you, nothing. Not one word. Thankfully the food was good. So 4 stars for the food (the club bowl only had one kind of meat), 5 stars for whomever actually prepared the food and had it ready on time, and 4 stars for the service (I didn't have to wait) and 0 stars for the attitude when picking it up. read more

When I read the customer service news about JM's it sparked my interest to get another meal from this local JM's. The food is good, as always; but, BUT... I almost immediately felt that this particular location was an unhappy spot to work. No smiles (HEY FOLKS, this is the Hill Country!), short answers, no connection across the service line. My husband and I went to Jersey Mike's at 11:30 today. Nobody in line and 3 people sitting waiting for large to go orders. Four people working on those to go orders. We stood there for 10 minutes and not a single employee even acknowledged us. One of them could have said "we'll be with you shortly" or something to acknowledge us. Especially the girl standing directly in front of us! How RUDE! We left. I'm sure Randy will be pleased to hear how rude his employees are! read more

Owner Randy tried to gaslight me and imply I was trying to pull one over on them. All for some $2 bacon and missing free ingredients. Hope you checked your cameras again and understand you were wrong. Your manager even tried to make it right but you crapped the bed. Absolutely delicious sandwiches. I got the Italian, I don't remember the number, but the addition of oil and vinegar and oregano, Make it a really delicious treat. They're not afraid of toppings and the bread is spectacular. Very Jersey style. So if you're used to that type of thing, you need to check out this place. read more

We stopped by recently I ordered a California Club--it was really good! Even though it was busy when my husband, two kids, and I came in, the workers were moving quickly and working hard to keep things flowing. The only downside was the lack of a changing table in the restroom. As a parent with young kids, that's something that makes a big difference. Hope it's something they consider adding! read more

Went here today to order sandwiches they were scraping the bottom of the avocado spread, which was brown and then got pissy about it when we asked for fresh avocado told us to leave so we're never going back rudest place ever. read more

Being from Jersey, and knowing what a good sub tastes like, I was so excited to have Jersey Mike's in Kerrville. This is the second time we have been here. It is pricey compared to Subway, but the quality is worth it. You can tell the meat and cheese is sliced fresh. The bread is fresh and amazing. I ordered through the app today, and still had to wait a few minutes . No big deal. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. I can't afford to eat here regularly, but it will definitely be a once every couple of months treat. read more

I have now been to this Jersey Mikes enough to know that I appreciate it that they are finally in town. I missed having one near me since I moved to Texas. However today it seemed there was some conflict going on and a man who didnt seem like he was having a good day and seemed to get upset about a knife safety issue after a female employee corrected him. The food is good here and please be aware it will take a little bit for your sandwich to be made if its a hot sub so Id order in the app for pick up if theres a time crunch and mine took at least 20-25 minutes to be made. read more

I grew up eating Italian subs , I'm from NJ. I love Jersey Mike's and go to 2 locations in San Antonio, they're great. Now for this Kerrville locale. I was watching the guy putting my onions on my "Original Italian" when I noticed he was actually just placing rings individually and barely overlapping them. I said are you counting those? He said we put 12 on a giant sub, I said are you kidding me? I want more onions. I thought this was joke, I have never in my life see this. Everyone scoops up some onions and lays them over sandwich, he would be laughed out of most sub shops. Lettuce and onions should be used liberally unless told otherwise by the customer. I am not going back, I go to SA quite a bit and they do not ration onions out. Totally ridiculous, but for people who don't know any better, go for it! read more

Always happy with the food and service at this location. Our favorite is the Big Kahuna and the classic sub.

Thirty minute wait for a hot sub is absolutely ridiculous. They need a sign saying, "hot subs take forever." Waiting in a hot, smoky place with no place to sit and no offer of water or anything is unpleasant and annoying. Never again, Jersey Mike's. Never again. read more

Not coming soon.....now open. And only one review after 5 days and long lines every day at lunch time. So I figured I would chime in. Greatest sub sandwiches. Have been waiting for JM for years. For noobies try the #13 Original Italian or #7 Philly Cheesesteak, both my favorites. So, yes, lines to wait in but food prepared quickly and seating inside or out. Fun place to eat and meet folks who were either like me, happy to get back to a JM or noobies, in for the first time. being from the east coast, jersey mikes is not new to me the sandwiches are considerably smaller than the jersey ones there is less meat in the sandwich for the same price, you can go to jimmy john's and get a much better sandwich read more
