The employee helping me took the time to explain some of the menu items and also let me know that any sandwich could be made as a salad, which was helpful information I wouldn't have known otherwise. My brother really liked his roast beef and provolone sandwich, and my dad was happy with his salad. I happened to be having a particularly difficult week, and it was nice to interact with employees who were friendly, patient, and willing to help. ordered 8 sandwiches online from Jersey Mike's for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. When placing the order online, it asks, "Who's it for?" so I expected the names to be included on the corresponding sandwiches. However, the names were not written on any of them, and only two of the eight sandwiches had numbers. I had to open each sandwich one by one just to figure out who it belonged to. It was extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable having to open everyone's sandwiches in front of them. I also called the store to ask why the names or numbers weren't put on the sandwiches. Instead of trying to help, the employee responded, "What do you want me to do about it?" and then said, "There's nothing I can do." I explained that none of the sandwiches had names or numbers and asked if I was really expected to open them one by one to figure out whose was whose. His response was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected better customer service and a simple solution. If the online ordering system asks for the customer's name, the corresponding name should be clearly labeled on each sandwich. And when a customer calls with a legitimate concern, they should be treated respectfully and offered some kind of assistance. This was a very frustrating and embarrassing experience, especially with an order of 8 sandwiches. I hope Jersey Mike's takes this feedback seriously and improves both the order-labeling process and the way customer concerns are handled. read more

We just returned from a 250 mile trip in the rain and nothing sounded better than a jersey Mike's sub. Aaliyah greeted us as we entered. The store is always clean and fresh. I was surprised that we were the only customers. We told the friendly Aaliyah we both wanted number 13's Mikes way. Aaliyah got busy as she was making our delicious sandwiches, Aaliyah was very friendly and just a pleasant person. Our sandwiches turned out great they didn't last long. I have been a regular at this location for years but will no longer be coming here due to the unsanitary practices I witnessed on my last visit. This is not your high end eating establishment. However, what they do is make excellent sandwiches while giving top notch service. I'm a fan of #44 with added jalapeños + chipotle mayo & I enjoy it a lot. My wife likes the #4 (with no onions). There is nothing resembling a classy interior but that's not why we feed there. This jersey mikes is located in the same lot as the Ayeres Hotel across from the Home Depot and Stater Bros. The parking lot is pretty spacious and I've never had an issue with parking. The staff is very friendly and greets you upon walking in. Once you enter the restaurant you can order by going straight or if you ordered ahead you can pick up on the left. There are tables to eat on both inside and outside. Their subs are well made and much tastier than other places. I can recommend the original Italian or the chicken bacon ranch. I originally thought my favorite sandwich was the Cheesesteak Sandwich, but now that I've tried the Club Sub Mike's Way (#8), this is definitely my go to sandwich from now on. I usually order the Giant size. I also tried their Italian Sub, but I thought it was just okay. I really like this location for many reasons. One its close, Two, its small quaint and nice. Three, the employees are friendly and listen to you. What do I mean? Well I always get the Calif Club. The location here is a bit tucked away and awkward to get to driving. It is near a few places to eat (chinese) and a nail salon. The store is clean and its decor is neat looking. I ordered the meatball sub here on white bread. I was filling but the bread was not as good as others and the cheese could have been more. The meatballs did not stand out as spectacular but the service was. 5 star service for friendliness and professionalism. The guy who worked there and made my sandwich was quick.
