My first time trying this chain and I enjoyed it! One of the better sandwich chains IMO - the meat/cheese is freshly sliced when you order, and the juice (which I highly suggest you get!) adds it's own delicious flavor. Service was fast and friendly despite the Saturday rush crowd. The only downside is the fairly limited seating inside, so it might be better as a takeout/eat outdoors option.

This new location offered the same delicious food and great service I have come to expect from other locations. My regular sized turkey with provolone on wheat ($7.70) was made to order at the counter, where the service was efficient and professional. The dining area was also open for business, and it was clean and new, with pleasant background music and a TV. The sandwich tasted great, with a good amount of tasty turkey and plenty of fresh toppings on fresh bread. Overall, very good.

Walking in the restaurant is very clean and smells delicious. The service is great everyone was very nice and patient. They take their time while preparing your sandwiches. My family all enjoyed their sandwiches.

Gotta blame it on the juice!!!! Let me tell you my friends, Jersey Mikes is now my favorite chain to go and get sandwiches. This is a new location in my area and its getting a lot of traffic and all for a good reason. The line is usually almost out the door when I go but thats ok, its worth it. I usually order the #13 which is the Original Italian. Whats nice about Jersey Mikes is they slice their meats and cheeses right when you order, everything taste so fresh. Mikes way includes onions, tomatoes, oregano and the juice (which is my favorite part of the sandwich) I usually add pickles, mayo and banana peppers to my sandwich. When I order for my dad I always add jalapeños to his and their cherry pepper relish which I heard is amazing if you like spicy. Their bread is nice and soft but crunchy where it needs to be, but not crunchy where it will cut up your mouth. Previously I was ordering the regular size sub which is a little over 6 inches long and is around $8.00, but I have been getting the mini and it fills me up enough. I believe the mini is about $6.00 ish. I love Jersey Mikes it my new favorite chain to frequent and its a favorite with the rest of my family too. Im tellin ya...its all about the juice! P.s. they have a great staff! Super friendly and nice!

Very very slow service. They need to figure out how to separate the live customer and the phone-in/email orders.

After volunteering at the nearby PetSmart adoption event, I finally gave Dave's Hot Chicken a try…read more-- glad to see they opened in Olathe! I went with Dave's #2 (two sliders + fries) and picked the Hot spice level (two below Reaper). The heat was perfect -- enough to make my mouth tingle without punishing me. Tempted to try "Extra Hot," but maybe those days were for my younger, non-acid reflux self. The sliders came stacked with juicy pickles, crunchy slaw, and Dave's sauce on a soft potato bun. The chicken strips themselves were big -- not the measly ones you sometimes see -- and definitely worthy of being turned into a juicy, satisfying slider. By the time I got home they were a little soggy, but not enough to ruin things. The flavor balance between spice, tang, and crunch really hit the mark. The fries surprised me -- I'm usually not a crinkle fry fan, but these were seasoned crispy, zesty, and honestly second only to Joe's BBQ fries in KC. Big win. Service-wise, the woman at the counter was amazing, handling the rush like a pro while cooks worked the back. My tip for management: add another front staffer and maybe a mic system, since the loud music made it hard for seated guests to hear order calls. That said, she didn't miss a beat, and I appreciated the extra sauces she threw in. I also loved that Dave's doesn't nickel-and-dime you for condiments -- the extra packets made both the fries and sliders better, and it kept everything from getting soggy. In today's world, it's refreshing to see a place that doesn't skimp or charge extra. The space itself has bold artistic vibes and limited seating -- feels more geared toward quick bites or takeout. Orders took a little time, but that's a sign of fresh cooking, not fast-food shortcuts. Verdict? Dave's officially dethroned Chick-fil-A as my spicy chicken go-to. Between the generous portions, customizable heat levels, standout fries, fair value, and strong staff effort, I'll definitely be back. 4.5 stars rounded up to 5 as a kudos to value and just attentive, hardworking staff. Rounded my 4.5 up to 5 as a nod to the value and the hardworking staff who made it a great first visit.

I paid $6.57 for this less the stellar sandwich. Shocked at how much I paid.... And it would have been almost $11 for a complete meal - I will never go back to Wendy's again. I have always gone for the frosty's and fries since my last pregnancy 21 years ago. The fries are always limp (even if I ask for them Krispy and hot) and always taste like old grease. And the frosty is a hit or miss and our location usually doesn't have the chocolate flavor. Disappointed with an establishment that I used to live off of when I was in college and couldn't rub two penny's together. Customer service isn't even worth the visit. And if you are near the shawnee Ks locations, they are all gross as far as cleanliness.

For example the Wendys in Olathe served me a piping hot burger, the one I received here was warm, although I tasted as good and at least it wasn't cold. But service was quick and the staff, friendly.

But the brand that expanded westward so quickly doesn't seem to maintain its same zing, at least not at this location. This is a smaller location, clearly designed for more of a pick-up/delivery service operation, and the service definitely represents that. All of the ordering is done via kiosk, which is fine, but it embodies the impersonal nature of casual dining these days. The robotic nature of self-service seems to only lend to the blasé nature of the people that are working. They aren't rude by any means; they're just seemingly disinterested in actual service. Order, find a table, wait a few, and your food is brought to you. Lather, rinse, repeat. It's still a really good burger and there are lots of options. Shake Shack even gives you options for a mushroom burger, where the patty is replaced by a portobello mushroom. Maybe my burger wasn't perfect this time, and the "Parmesan Garlic Fries" were just fries dusted with powdered parmesan, so this visit wasn't exactly knocking my socks off. It was more a representation of the service than the brand. So if you're getting it to go, then you're probably in good shape. If you're getting it to stay put, then don't expect much.

My shack burger ($9.49) with fries ($3.49) was brought to my table six minutes after I ordered at one of the four order kiosks (cash customers can use the counter). The burger had fresh veggies and two nicely sized, slightly overcooked, greasy patties that completely saturated the bottom bun and the tray liner. The generous portion of crinkle fries was also overcooked. The dining area was nice and new, but the tables had not been wiped down from the night before. I noticed a patio out front and 80's background music in the dining room with other competing music coming from the kitchen. I'm thinking 2.5 stars but rounding up because it's a new location that may eventually get their act together.

Overall, it gives the restaurant a modern street style feel with the bold colors and graffiti around. We bought 2 - one tender and one slider combos $14 each along with buffalo style Mac and cheese with three small chicken pieces $7 and the final bill including tip was $42. The tenders were packed with flavor - crispy and juicy chicken. It was perfectly fried and had the right amount of medium level spice on it. However the buffalo style Mac and cheese was cold and underwhelming - three pieces of chicken with hardly any actual Mac and cheese and fries - it was not what I expected. I definitely expected more Mac and cheese haha. Another downside for me was the pricing of the combos/food- it was high because if you look at the combo it's just two tenders with some bread and sauce. Portion wise it didn't really match the pricing for more of a fast food restaurant setup. The restaurant was clean otherwise and the service was decent - nothing amazing as such. Overall, good fast food with high pricing for what you get.
