The food is good, and the service is great. I was helped quickly, and the team handled a rush like champs. Got myself the chicken bacon ranch, and it was pretty good. I have no major complaints except that the price is pretty steep. My regular chicken bacon ranch cost me $14, no drinks or chips. That's just wild; I could get a full appetizer, entree, and drink for the same price at Chili's. Fast food is not the same anymore. Yikes. read more

Sometimes, a sandwich from here is a satisfying repast. I had a ham and swiss mini sandwich with a bag of chips! I find their offerings to be terrific and easy on the pocketbook. Everyone that works there is so lovely. The place is immaculate and I am completely satiated.! I highly recommend this "quotidian" fare to anyone who wants a delicious sandwich on fresh bread, and meats sliced to perfection. I actually never tasted a Jersey Mike's sub until a few years ago. This is my second visit to this location. The first experience was terrible, but I decided to give it another chance. I called in a pick-up order, and the person I spoke with was Orlando. From what he said, I assume he's the manager here, but he certainly doesn't behave like one. He was unprofessional and rude. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich that I ordered over the phone just 13 minutes away. There were five employees present, yet it still took 30 minutes to receive my sandwich, and they got my order wrong. Orlando answered the phone and claimed he couldn't hear me, then proceeded to mess up my order in-store. If he is indeed the manager, something needs to be done about his behavior because I can't be the only one who has found his customer service to be outrageous! When I asked who the manager was, everyone fell silent, and he looked up. I asked him if he was the manager since he was the one displaying the most attitude. I informed him that I would be calling the store, and he repeatedly replied that it was fine to do so, as if nothing would come of this situation. 3/18/26 Today I was helped by a rude lady at 10:10am who asked for my order and then kept getting it wrong. Her service was awful if I see her next time I will walk out. I came in for two bags of chips shortly after they opened. However, the cashier was very nice, the place was clean (I know they just opened but still) and the workers seemed very friendly. Another bonus is the bacon they had sitting out was super extra crispy, and smelled amazing. I almost thought about getting something simply due to that, but had to get on with my day. Food was great as usual with jersey mikes. The reason for a low review is that it was pretty filthy on the floor of the restaurant. Every single table was dirty and while we sat and ate not a single one was cleaned. The staff was fine. Not friendly but not unfriendly. DO NOT go to this location. You will be ripped off on the amount of food you are paying for. This is the second time I've come away ordering a Giant 13 Italian and it's come away looking like the meat portions are undersized. I actually counted this time and the slice count of 4-5 of each type of meat is for a regular sized sub and nearly half of a giant and when I asked about it, the employees said no- it's a normal amount. I purchased a club sub on gluten-free bread. I asked for a light liquid, she tried to drown the bread. Ordered a meal there and found a foreign object in my cookie. coughed up a big piece after I realized it wasn't 'cookie" but swallowed smaller pieces that I thought were pieces of chocolate. I used to be a much bigger fan of Subway than Jersey Mike's because I felt the condiments were way better at Subway and you could taste more in the food there. At Subway, I'd get the Italian or something similar. However, the last time or two, I'm really coming around to Jersey Mike's being a lot fresher, cleaner, healthier, and to me, now a lot tastier. I think it helps to get a bread that has cheese/rosemary on it vs a plain bread. And I'm trying different sandwiches at Jersey Mike's so I think I'm finding ones I'm more interested in, etc. In all, I've only had Jersey Mike's about 15 times in my life, but they will soon be top dog, I'm sure. read more

Simple and easy. Staff allowed us time to browse the menu before ordering. I ordered the#8 Club Sub , regular with parmesan cheese bread. My husband ordered the Super Sub and he enjoyed it too. We just wanted a quick lunch while we waited for our T Mobile phone repair ( in the same strip mall). I wish I took photos of our subs, but we were hungry! So this one jersey Mike's has gotten me into loving sandwiches again. And now whenever I go to another Jersey Mike's I always compare them to this one. The management here is always on top of things the staff always seems very happy they're always on point with my order I've ordered like three times and now they know my order by heart. The customer service here is truly amazing the bacon is always cooked perfectly the sandwiches are consistently made. Last time I was in there they were listening to metal so that is just the icing on the cake. I love Jersey Mike's and I've been going to other ones throughout the city but this is definitely the top one. The standard should be set from this one. I was excited to see a new location coming to this shopping center but that was short lived. Last time I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub in a tub and it only had 4 bites of meat. To top it off they added a bunch of banana peppers as well that I didn't order. Today I grabbed an order to go from the app, once I get home I realized they messed up once again! I've been coming here for a cool minute since I work super close to this place and everything was solid until one of the employees was measuring my regular size sub to a large sub to see if it's the right size despite that the bread was already sliced in half , she decided to cut another chunk off my regular size sub and throw the extra piece of bread into the trash can. I saw that and got very angry, why cut off a piece so it can be the same size as a regular sub should be and throw it away ! WHY ??? I asked one of the shift leaders did she just cut off a piece of bread and threw it away so he questioned her and she was telling him no so I asked her are you sure ? If I go to that trash can, I'm not gonna see a piece of bread you just sliced in there?? She lied again and said no .. Jersey Mike's has my heart because I grew up on the east coast and going to the beach with a Jersey Mike's and a bag of chips was the thing to do. Well really any "sub" (not hoagie!) was best but Jersey Mike's is always a solid choice. Their meats taste a lot more real than competitors who offer the same type of experience. They have a pretty large menu with both hot and cold subs. Price is a bit high for the size. A regular which is about 6" will cost you about $10.00+ after tax. Regardless for what Jersey Mike's is - you won't be let down. Always get it Jersey Mike's way (just a blend of oils and seasoning with lettuce, tomato). read more

Delicious bread. I like the meat too. The pepperoncini is pretty nice too or the pickle. I forget because there's not a lot of vegetables and normally a sandwich has a good balance and if you guys beef up the vegetables a bit more I think you're going to take over subway Because at the end of the day your guises sandwiches are just so much better except they don't have the vegetables like Subway has an even though subway has run down vegetables sometimes beat up a little spinach that looks like three weeks old or whatever they toast it up when I asked them to toast it and it kind of burns out the mold or whatever might be hiding in the old vegetables, but still even with that it makes me consider going to Subway versus Jersey Mike's just because of his vegetable imbalance. I'm 49 bro I need the vegetables but I also love sandwiches. If there are any typos in this review is because I'm driving on the 405 northbound after not sleeping for two days because I was out of town in Texas of all places which is pretty rad. When you're at Jersey Mike's, you're probably thinking, "well, at least it's not a Subway." There we better sandwiches places but sometimes "fine" is all you need. And that's the case here. The sandwiches are just fine. Not great. Not bad. The low quality meat is made up for with some good quality toppings and somewhat decent bread. The places is clean and there's more than enough staff working to get you in and out quickly. But if you're looking for a better sandwich in this area, Jackson Market is right across the way and probably worth the trek. Otherwise, "fine" will do. read more

Big fan of Jersey Mike's but this location is very poorly managed. Their Ice Tea brewer seems to always be broke. Employee said its been broke for over a year. Go to get a bottle of tea and their all out. Go to pay and enter my club number and the 7 is broken on the machine so no points. Go to get napkins and their out. Sandwich was good and the Employees were nice. I will skip this location in the future. read more

Supremely disappointed in this location. I called requesting a donation of subs for a celebration of high school kids. They initially said yes, then charged us on pick up. On follow up calls they claimed they didn't know it was a donation. A lot of back and forth ensued with no resolution and the manager sticking by his story. The manager said the owner refused even a discount on the order, let alone a comped order. We could have ordered lunch from anywhere, even likely had a donation. That the owner would prefer a disgruntled customer rather than trying something to make amends just baffles me. Jersey Mike's prides itself on community give backs...
