Everyone wants $15 per hour but they can follow simple instructions. Every time i order from the jersey mikes the order is wrong. Every F@?"ing time. It not even a special request it keeping certain items on the sandwich. Every time i get food from this location i get reminded why i have only ordered food from here 2x in the last 6 months. Double points= Half the meat??!!! Ordered online as we usually do, and specified customization on the app. Two of the changes requested were ignored. Upon opening the sandwich to take a look inside, I found a smattering of roast beef. The cheese was wrong and onions on both sides. When ordering a Giant sub, onions on one half is not unreasonable. Don't they bother to read the order? This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, but if the wrong person makes your sub, and they don't care about putting out a nice sandwich, maybe you should hire folks who do! read more

Friendly staff, quick to complete order. Good place to get sandwiches in Maricopa. Not a huge seating area, meant more for take out.

In a random conversation my husband say's he has never had Jersey Mikes. I tell him well we will put an end to that bc they are delicious we have to have them immediately tonight for dinner. We've since ordered 3x from them on Door Dash. Each sandwich I got were amazing and the ones my husband got were made perfectly. All I can say is watch them closely while they make your order and bring a beach towel to dry your sub off. I ordered two veggie wraps today, one for me and one for my wife. Mine was completely drenched in mayo or oil so I had to wait til I got home to even touch it without it falling apart. I dropped my wife's off to her at work and she called me to let me know hers was the same way except they had also put bacon on it. So much for what their website says about the veggie wrap, "The perfect choice for those who prefer not to eat meat." Had it been during the lunch rush, I could almost understand but I was one of only two customers in the store. Pretty annoyed and disappointed. With Chipotle right next door, you really can't afford to have service like this. read more

This is an update to my previous review. I went back into Jersey Mikes and ordered a bunch of subs. They had 4 people busting their butts thru the lunch hour. Everybody was helpful, courteous, and eager. The Manager Corey set the tone and was extremely professional. The general manager stated he was implementing changes and clearly the changes were in a positive manner. I highly recommend Jersey Mikes in Maricopa. Once again, I look forward to making Jersey Mikes my weekly lunch spot. read more

Second time at a Jersey Mike's Subs, love the Famous Philly. Why? The meat is so GOOD! The cheese seems just the right amount. It doesn't overpower the meat, but is gooey and satisfying. Now, to the bread, love the crusty outside, yummy inside. I was impressed with this location due to the fact a gentleman...I think probably owner or manager, was leaving and came through and gave a word of praise and encouragement to each employee before he walked out the door. We decided to get Jersey Mike's sandwiches for dinner tonight. I went in to order and was greeted by Daniele, who was assisting another guest. She acknowledged me saying she would take my order in a moment. When Daniele took my order she apologized for the wait! I didn't think there was a need to. Not only did my order was taken but, a customer cane in and said that there was a mistake on one of her sandwiches. Immediately Daniele apologized to the customer and said that she would make it correct for her! No argument or anything she just made her another sandwich,while thanking the customer for coming in and letting them know. Even a mistake was made the customer was surprised that the problem was fixed so quickly. To me that is great customer service and builds a positive relationship between Jersey Mike's and there returning customers. Please thank Daniele for her customer relations ! In today's world we don't see or hear about the good employees! I witnessed this and wanted to make sure that you are aware of, THE VERY GOOD EMPLOYEE! The staff here are great! They also work very hard to get the food ready quickly. I like the management change and the speed of getting in and out is definitely better. Not fond of the Jersey Mike's system of "almost" requiring a tip... but that's a corporate oddity and the workers here are working hard. read more

Pretty decent, nothing special. Not to sure about a huge pile of bacon sitting out on the counter that tasted like it's been there all day... also the cookies were raw that are being sold in the individual packages. Might try again, but I don't recommend. read more

I have heard from numerous friends how great the subs are at Jersey Mikes. My wife is on a low carb diet and wanted a salad from next door so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the regular California club and was shocked when I watched them cut what looked to be a 12 - 13 inch bun in half and then a piece of the other end cut off for my sandwich. The California club is not on the menu board, just a sticker on the front of the glass. To make a long story short I was shocked to get a 5 1/2 inch sub with a couple of thin slices of cheese, some paper thin sliced turkey, a slice of bacon, a ton of lettuce and some tomato for almost $10.00 once tax was added. I will not be backs and will continue to go to the other sub shop in town that is not a subway. read more

The food is great but the workers never listen when you tell them to not put a certain ingredient on your sub. Most of them defy the law of intelligence and it's sickening. read more

As sandwich shops go this one is top-notch! They always have the friendliest staff they are so helpful and always smiling! I honestly would steal all of their staff for my company if I could. Of course their sandwiches are always great, how could they not be, their sandwiches! Went here for the first time tonight, and I must say.... ooouuucchhh. The staff was friendly, but they couldnt run a lemonade stand at the corner of your block. There were only three other customers there when we went and it still took 20 mins to receive our order (only to find it messed up when we got home.) Its a new place, so you have to cut them some slack, but not a good first impression. read more

My first two visits they took FOREVER, I had tried to call in my first order but, no number available anywhere. Second time, used number on the first receipt, which was wrong. The sandwiches were the tastiest in Maricopa. The staff at this location is sooo incompetent I would not be out of line staying many of these people rode the short bus. My third was improved, the big kahuna & the #13 were better than subway or firehouse here in Copa. The staff still are subpar, but I think it's just very poor management, since the guy who looked to be in charge said he was from another store and did not give a crap, at all! If they could get it together, they could kill it here. If not, their weird location will be their undoing. Had a great experience at this location yesterday. I was on business in Maricopa and visited twice in one day (I know, i need to cook more). Both visits were awesome! This Jersey Mike's was busy, but the efficiency of the management and employees made both trips super smooth and pleasant. During my last visit around 4pm, one of the employees (Shelbie, the manager I think?) kept all the customers engaged and smiling with small talk about the weather, current events, etc. It's refreshing to be treated as a real person, rather than "just another order" while you're standing in line. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recommend this Jersey Mike's to everyone who appreciates great customer service, engaging employees, and smiling faces. Five stars! read more

Work staff needs better work ethic. Went in there for a regular Jersey Mikes Cheesesteak. They took my boyfriends order and he sat down to wait. People that came in after him were getting their food and leaving. One of the workers finally came up to him and asked him he was waiting on something - he advised them the sandwich order he places 10 minutes ago. They said they 'FORGOT' to make his sandwich. So he had to wait another several minutes. In a small town with too many fast food choices your game should be on point if nor, people move along to the next place. read more

I just came from there today on Monday, and it was okay but it was strange, I was disappointed. I was just there 2 days ago the staff was perfect, they introduced me to a diet burrito and it was delicious. I think they're a little pricey. The staff was great I went in today and said to myself it's okay. I'll go back so I did. I told my wife and my son if they want something. So they wanted 2 subs and I wanted a tuna burrito for $35. To me that's a lot of money and then you're in a position to put tip like but you makes you feel like you're obligated. So for me first time service yes. I will return but for a second time service to pay $35 for two subs and a burrito no I was very disappointed so there's a perfect staff okay c staff. So we ordered a kids meal and we added a gator raid to our meal for an additional $2.50. I've been trying to call Jersey Mike's for the last 45 minutes to explain the and clarify the order and I can't get through.. it rings and rings then goes busy. So now my grad daughter is upset because she didn't get what she wanted!!! We have ordered from Jersey Mike's so many times without any issues. But when we tried to order yesterday our order was rejected because they were too busy.. i am a customer you should never be too busy for a customer that is willing to pay you money!!! read more

Tried Jersey Mike's a couple months ago. Firehouse Subs was our go to, and as good as Firehouse is,....... Jersey Mike's was that on steroids!!! Staff was great, it's super fast considering the steps that they put into making the Sub's, the food was hot and plentyful. No skipping on meat here! Everything was fresh, and full of flavor!!
