Finally tried this sub place today. We ordered Club Supreme #9 and Classic Italian #13 in regular size. The portion is big. We added the chips and soda so we were stuffed. They are better than Subway, however if you prefer to have a choice of bread, then you will e disappointed. We prefer Jimmy John's sub by the Everett Mall (not in the food court but right outside Macy's). So if you are in the neighborhood, give it a try. read more

Hands down my favorite sandwich chain. A little more expensive than most, but in my opinion worth every penny.

I called them to see if they could cater a work meeting for us. They don't usually open until 10a but agreed to have 5 sandwich platters ready for pick up at 10:15a. I showed up at about 10:10a and everything was ready, packed, and waiting for me. A younger gentleman even helped me load everything into my car. From start to finish, they were helpful and awesome. We all know this place has great sandwiches right? I have to say, I really feel sorry for the employees at the Mukilteo location on the Speedway. Ever go there in the Summertime? Man is it HOT. Whoever owns this place really needs to get some central air. We were going to eat there but ended up with take out because it was just too hot. I really enjoy Jersey Mike's but this location has immature employees. I walked in and one of them said "welcome to taco bell" and then continues to ask me of I'd like a chimichanga. Completely inappropriate and wont be going to this location ever again. read more

Mr. Mike, Today was the first time I tried a hot sandwich and I got to say, it wasn't all that good Jersey. I am a huge fan of your cold Supreme Mike's Way with extra bacon...it's a great tasting sandwich! This hot sandwich was sub-par at best. It was a shame when half of it fell out when I opened it. There was nothing real special about it and the taste was ok. I finished it however, I'm going to stick with your cold sandwiches. I guess I expected more from a hot specialty sandwich. However, if you haven't tried the cold Supreme Mike's Way with extra bacon - do. It's GREAT!!!! One of the best COLD sandwiches out there!!!!! read more

Usually don't do reviews but I've felt bothered by the service at J.M. for a minute. I came in a little while back to get some food and the lady with the tattoos was.... At the very least, rude. She seemed frustrated before hand and I understand no one was helping her but jesus, why take it out on the customers??. My food was ok but the service was trash so when I got home I "Kobe'd" the other half of that expensive ass sandwich into the dumpster (I didn't miss btw). Realistically, I believe I have had the same experience with another tattooed lady and a younger woman in a location in Shorline. That time I called to talk to a supervisor and a man named Steve handled it but he was so damn smug it was just adding fuel to the fire. Don't even bother with these restaurants. The service is failing to meet the expectations I'm sure the company holds it to. The food makes for a good ball trash can basketball though. read more

I used to come here often for lunch as I work right down the street, but due to poor customer service I will not be back. The sandwiches are good if expensive, however the service can range from so-so to outright hostile. In the past I've seen other customers get spoken to as though they were annoying the employees, but that was usually for inattention and making them repeat themselves (something I imagined I'd never do). A few days ago a younger guy, maybe early twenties, argued with me about what comes on a sandwich and whether I had to ask for it. He asked if I wanted anything else (I only ever get it Mike's way) and I said no, another co-worker reminded him that the sandwich gets bacon and I agreed, he then told me that you have to request it and I pointed out that the board right behind him said bacon right on it. "You still have to ask for it" he replied in a really disrespectful tone. Uh, ok. This was also the same guy that didn't seem to care that the chips they had in front expired in 2010. "I dunno, I just get them from a box" is what he said. I'm sure they're still fine with all their preservatives, but it does make me question the freshness of their product now. tl;dr Hostile to customers Nearly 5 year old chips make me wonder about the freshness of other items in the store read more

Jersey Mikes is very good, the sandwiches are delicious, and a great sandwich is all about the bread and they've got it. The best in town! Another notable thing besides great food is Steve Berry, he is really involved in the community and involved businesses owners is what makes Mukilteo great. read more

I frequently visit (2-3 time a week!). What I love most is the fabulous staff and the fresh consistency that I can always count on. You can't compare Jersey Mike's to Subway. There is a reason Subway has $5 foot longs. The quality at Jersey Mike's is far superior to Subway's. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is the long lines on double punch day. But this just shows how amazing it is! read more

Usually I have enjoyed Jersey Mike's Subs but the last couple of times I have visited this location the sandwiches have not been as good. The last time in particular the bag had vinegar and oil all over the bag and it was on my seats and by the time I made it home to eat the sandwich half of the bread had to be removed due to saturation. I think they are in just too much of a hurry to make the sandwich and not paying attention. read more

Had lunch there today with my husband. Food was great, but customer service could be better. Both my husband and I were greatly surprised that the employees would talk to each other in such a disrespectful way in front of us. We got about halfway through our lunch and the employees started smoking IN THE BUILDING. The smell was so strong that we couldn't even finish our lunch and had to leave. read more

Haven't been in for a sandwhich for about a month at this franchise. It was like they were training a bunch of new hires. It took over 30 minutes to place my order and get my food. The gentleman ahead of me was given the wrong bread. The guy that was adding the condiments was short a piece of bacon for my giant sub and was too lazy to reach back and grab another piece. I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's and I've never given those Jersey Mike's a 5 Star. Why this one? I'm from the Midwest and this place offers the usual great sandwiches, but they go above and beyond customer service. They actually care about your sandwich! It's just a sandwich, but they treat it like an experience. And they want you to have the best experience. The guy with Gold Eagle and Dog Tag Necklaces and his Co-worker give you top notch hospitality. It gives you that barbershop feeling of "how's it going _______ (insert first name)," and you see the regulars come in and respect the employees here. It's a lost form of customer service, I'm not that old, but it was pretty nostalgic for me to witness this type of Customer Service. I don't know when the staff changed here and why there are even 1 or 2 star reviews, THIS IS THE BEST JERSEY MIKE'S I'VE BEEN TO IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY!!!! No exaggeration, no filters, no kissing butt, I promise whoever reads this review and comes here won't be sorry. I know the review that I'm writing seems overly cliche, I mean cliche to the point that maybe this review may look fake. Party for 60 + Called and spoke to Brandon, and team some are Beda & Jacob took excellent care of us- We were gong to order 6 boxes of sandwiches, he explained we did not need that many and he was right, so when the experts tell you how many to order for a family/ work party- Listen they know what they are doing!
