Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I stopped by right before closing to pick up food, and one of the items--a plain cheeseburger kids meal--was completely wrong. Because my child couldn't eat it, I had to cook something else at home. It was an inconvenience but I figured they'd make it right. When I tried calling last night to let them know, nobody bothered to answer the phone. When I followed up today, the manager, Nani, was extremely rude and outright refused to help or replace the meal simply because I didn't have the physical receipt. It's not even about the money; it's about the principle. It is only the right for them to fix their own mistake, yet they refuse to do it. This place is expensive as it is, so I find it so ridiculous that over an $8 meal, they are willing to lose a customer. Terrible customer service and a total lack of accountability. It took 40 minutes to settle our mobile order, when we walked in to grab it (well after the pick up time stated it would be ready at), our food was not ready on top of the fact that the store was completely empty. We were missing a whole meal from our order, they were out of fish and substituted it with a chicken strip box that was cheaper than the the fish box, the manager didn't know how to put a credit on a gift card and ended up refunding me from the til. Was here the other day with my parents and had a pleasant visit to this Farmer Boys location. At first entering, the line was rather long until another employee quickly jumped onto another register to help shorten the wait. The restaurant was bustling with customers during this lunch hour but didn't seem to affect any of the service. Service was fast, tables were being cleaned immediately after someone finished their meal and from time to time were being checked on if we were ok with everything. My BBQ Chicken Salad was fresh, the chicken was perfectly crisp and tasted great! The zucchini sticks were hot, cooked to perfection so that the zucchini was tender and crisp while my parents burgers were cooked to their liking with crispy fries that were not oily at all. It was my Sister's birthday and every year she wants to go to Farmer Boys and get her favorite sandwich. She loves the California BLT which is a BLT with avacado. She gets it with half fries and half zucchini for an upcharge. She ordered it with crispy bacon. When it came to the table the bacon wasn't crispy so she had asked so she requested them to please fix it. When they came back they had all of our food and sat it down. My sister's bacon was crisp and I had ordered the same thing and mine was crisp as well. Not sure why all the negative vibes in reviews here. Stopped by after grabbing a few things at the grocery store next door. Wasn't overly crowded on a Monday evening. Just a few guests in the dining room at the time. We were greeted as we entered by the cashier. Had a few questions about the menu. She patiently waited and replied. We ended up ordering the Chopped Cobb Salad and the Farmer's Burger. The Cobb was ginormous! Plenty of diced chicken pieces along with fresh veggies and a sliced hard boiled egg. The burger was simply amazing. Double patty with avocado, bacon, lettuce, tomato and onions. Should've asked if they could grill the onions, but was still good. From reading the previous reviews, seems like many were upset with the wait in the drive thru. Guess they were expecting something like the other fast food burger joints. Please note, food is made to order! Some fast food places will pre-cook the burger pattie's and then put the burgers together as they're ordered. Not so here at Farmer Boys. Burgers are put on the grill as they're ordered. Naturally they'll take a little longer to prepare. Maybe avoid the rush hours when everyone and their mother is trying to grab food? Just a thought. Well it was bound to happen. Every time I have a good experience and post about it something eventually goes wrong. Tonight I ordered the Farmer Boys Burger with no onion and no tomato and guess what.?? The cashier was friendly enough to throw those items on my burger just because she was feeling generous. Disappointed. I ordered the guacamole chicken sandwich with zucchini. Food was cold and it wasn't even a real complete sandwich. One half of the sandwich was missing the chicken. On some occasions there might be onions on my sandwiches or burgers when I said none because of an allergy but more often than not my order is correct. The food is consistently good and my go-to is the sourdough chicken avocado. I usually get zucchini and it can be super mushy at times but usually good. The service is okay. There are some employees who are really nice and others that seem to be just going through the motions but it's fast food and not a corporate office. I usually use the drive thru as I have two kids (soon to be three) and I expect a wait which I'm completely fine with to have hot food. I have visited this location at least 10 times in the past 2 months, never had one issue. The food was delicious and prepared with TLC. Always get plenty of condiments and great customer service. I did visit the lobby for the first time and everything inside was clean and appealing. I know the average wait time is about 15 minutes, but it's definitely worth the wait. Price wise it's pretty decent if you stick to the combos, it gets pretty pricey if you order separate items. Pretty much had everything on the menu, my only complaint is the onion rings. Needs more season and more for what you pay for. Never ordering their onion rings again. The breakfast menu and items are great to. Never had any bad food besides the onion rings. read more

Nice new restaurant clean and well staffed The man taking orders could be a little bit happier. Not that he was not courteous just a little grumpy maybe a smile when greeting a guest would be nicer. I tired this for the first time and I must say what I ate was good for $3.00 an egg cheese and bacon biscuit was better than Jack in the box breakfast Jack. I got a meat patty for my dog she liked it $2.09 worth the price. I also had a great cup of coffee which was only $1.00 with my order. So for 6.29 we had a good meal Lady Lou my dog and me. We basically all came at the same time....at exactly 2 pm. 24 minutes of sitting there I finally get to order. I ordered 4 Big Cheese. Cashier tells me they will give me the discount for only 2. I told her the app stated it was a limit of 4 and she quickly tells me the boss said it was ok . Uh huh. I also suggested they let everyone who order park and wait for their food so we can get this line moving. Didn't happen. After 40 minutes I finally pay, only for them to take another 8 minutes to finally get my order and drive the heck outta there. Lots of employees inside just standing around waiting for orders to come out. Maybe they need to hire more people for the back. So I'm gonna give this place 1 star because I have to give a star. One of the employees decided to open a register and attend the people in front of us, immediately the first impression going in was unwelcoming and odd. We ordered and received our food, the food was okay until we realize the meat wasn't fully cooked and to top it off a eyelash was on my burger. Overpriced for what you get. Over $50 for 4 meals, pancakes and french toast. Could have gone to an actual restaurant cheaper. 2 orders of the pancake meal, one with sunny side up and one with scrambled eggs and bacon. The eggs were ok, daughter complained too much salt around edges of sunny side eggs. Both sets of pancakes seemed overcooked. Both of my kids (one is a teen and eats a lot) complained it was dry. 2 orders of french toast. Both with sunny side up eggs and bacon. One of the meals was suppose to be 3 french toast, both had two. French toast was ok, but again seemed over cooked. Eggs were ok. None of the breakfast combos come with a drink. No orange juice or coffee or anything, so our cost was only for the combos with no drinks. Syrup they give tastes weird. Not sure why. Ingredients does say maple flavor, it did not taste like maple. All 4 of us noticed the weird taste. Also noticed a lack of employees. Only saw 3. Overpriced for what you get, I did noticed other meals were even higher. Most of the menu was $15-$23. $18 for salad! There were a few little items lower than $10, but not much.
