We came in at the perfect time, it was pretty chill. We got our orders started on the kiosk. I got myself the double char burger with cheese and of course all the fixings. My parents got a couple single char burgers while my sister got a burger type sandwich. While it was all being prepared, we chilled outside since it was so nice out today. It was about a 15 minute or so wait till our food was done. Everything was bagged up nicely. I did ask if there were any peppers and ketchup packets that weren't communal. With my new kidney, I unfortunately can't use the tongs and ketchup dispenser that everyone uses. The jalapenos and peppers were a no go. But ketchup packets were available. The young man grabbed me a handful for me. He did drop a couple packets on the ground and proceeded to hand them to me. Common sense as an employee, I wouldn't give them to customers as they have hit the ground. I ended up throwing the packets away. I wasn't going to risk putting/ using dirty packets on my food. My burger was decent. The hamburger was a tad dry. I ended up putting some mustard on it to help with the dryness. I haven't eaten here for a while. I don't remember my food being so mehhh. If I remember correctly, I thought the food was great last time. Today was mehhh which is such a bummer. I was hoping for a killer burger. Customer service was ok, considering we ordered from a screen, no one really talks to you and the employee handed me ketchup packets that were dropped on the kitchen floor. My burger did it's job but could have been better tasting. With another burger joint in the same strip, you'd think they'd step up their game. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days.

She wasn't nice but not rude, just there. Got my husband's ordered squared away and hung out till it was done. Needless to say, the sub was perfect. My husband devoured the whole thing. It was topped with extra cheese and the salami was nicely placed on the bottom so it's easier to eat. No complaints today, just a happy guy with his yummy sub. I'm sure I will be back soon grabbing another sub from this joint. Again, it would have been a 5 start visit but customer service is unpredictable here. But we can say their subs are 5 stars.

The odd thing to me is that whenever I've eaten at any other location in the past, I think the longest I've ever waited for my meal has been maybe 9 minutes, tops. No matter the time of day or night. We waited 23 minutes for our meals. It seemed that drive-thru is priority, then to-go, then dine-in. The animal style fries were pretty good, though I'm used to it being slathered with more sauce. Thankfully, I was able to get a few sauce packets and gleefully doused to my delight. However, the bun of my burger was so over toasted! The buns were actually hard and crunchy. I'm not used to that. The burger tasted like before but it was dry and overcooked as well. The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese were very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the same experience with his burger as I did. Tables were not wiped down and the condiment station was out of almost everything when we got there. They didn't refill all the cups, chilis, etc. until right before we left.
