After getting my taste buds on a super duper burger, I think about these burgers in the slow parts…read moreof my day and wish to be reunited with them. I make the 30 minute drive to Super Duper because this is the closest location and I'd rather not settle for a mediocre burger. This is the burger I want when I'm craving one. I ordered the double patty super burger with bacon, aged cheddar cheese, and avocado. The burger is always so juicy and delicious and the best bites of the burger is the end where all the juice is sitting. The house made pickles are so amazing, I always grab a plate of them, they are self serve next to the fountain drinks. I also discovered these cute little burger pockets that help catch the juices next to the fountain drinks so I grabbed those and my super duper burger fit in it perfectly. I was trying to get some ketchup and it was coming out a little slow so I accidentally poured out some mustard from the fountain next to it. For some reason, I have never tried the mustard here before and that has been my biggest mistake! The mustard is house made as well as the ketchup and they are the best condiments I have ever tasted. I have honestly never been excited about ketchup and mustard as much as this one really wakes up your taste buds and adds so much tangy flavor from a prominent vinegar taste that it has that makes it feel fresh! I had fries at a fancy restaurant a couple days later that came with basic ketchup and I found myself missing Super Duper's Ketchup!! My boyfriend tried the chicken sandwich and it was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! He enjoyed it! Don't sleep on super duper burger when you're near one!!

Quality/Quantity - We are going to lunch at La Cheve Bakery and Brew, so only got a soft serve today. Atmosphere - Decent size location if you include the outdoor space. Plenty of indoor seating, table seating, and counter seating. Open 7 days a week. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self kiosk service when you enter. Two kiosks available. Self service drinks. Self service everything/counter service, if that means anything. Plenty of employees everywhere. The manager was visible. Price - $7; expensive, but that is the cost for quality. Decent portions also. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2010 and now with your 21+ locations

If you remember the early 80s when that little old lady came out and was complaining about where's the beef? well in this case where's the chicken? If it weren't for the onion rings--which are still good--it would have been a complete waste. The Habit started in Santa Barbara in 1969. I've been eating there for 50 years because that's where I'm from. Spreading all over the West Coast was a mistake. These so-called fast-food places need to take a hard look at what they're serving before they lose the customers who built them.

Located on Trancas St., this Jersey Mike's is the only one in Napa and definitely feels like a spot for the locals. I've had Jersey Mike's before and have stopped by this location in the past when they opened years ago, but it's been a while since my last visit and I was craving a quick bite. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the team at the front. There were three people working: someone slicing the meat, one person handling toppings/add-ons, and another at the register. It's always nice to see a store with a solid team where everyone has a clear role and does it well. I came in on a Saturday afternoon around 2 PM, and there was a bit of a line, though fortunately I didn't have to wait too long. It was also clear they had a lot of online orders coming through. The guy slicing the meat, who I think was maybe the general manager, was really nice and asked how my day was going, which made me feel pretty welcomed. As people came in, they were greeted right away and the team would naturally start conversations with them. It was obvious some customers were regulars based on how familiar and easy the conversations flowed. Mini #13 Italian: The Italian is my favorite cold sub here. There's a ton of meat packed into it, so I always feel like I'm getting the most for my money. I usually get it Mike's Way, and it's been such a solid classic for me. My other personal favorite is the #17 Mike's Famous Philly for a hot sub, both that and the #13 on rosemary parm bread. I've also tried their "sub in a tub" (breadless bowl) option, which honestly works really well as a salad. Their brownies and cookies are also nice for a sweet treat, and I was told the cookies (and bread!) are made daily in-house! It's great to see this store is still going strong and has maintained that sense of camaraderie while continuing to make consistently good food. This location is owned by a local family rather than being just another corporate-owned spot, and I've seen them do a lot of catering and community events around Napa. I can always appreciate a business that gives back to the local community. The space is clean, there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and I like that I can come here depending on whether I'm craving a cold or hot sub. Would definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you're looking for something down-to-earth, reliable, and local. read more
