It was my first time in, and I was greeted promptly and cheerfully by the manager, Robert Garcia, who was very helpful with my decisions. We bought 8 giant subs total, which I picked up right on time the next day, and they were delicious! Everything tasted very fresh, and they were a huge hit at the party! We dine at the Napa Jersey Mikes quite often. Recently we had an experience where we were delivered the wrong order. The manager of the Napa location got in touch right away to correct the issue. We played phone tag for over two weeks, but the manager did not stop until we were able to chat. He invited us to the location and gave us a great meal to make up for the little mistake. I also made a Google review, but my wife and I were pleasantly impressed by what we thought would be an impromptu stop that I also wanted to post here for others to see. Stopped by to pick up lunch while my wife and I were visiting Napa for the week but we ended up dining in since there were also tables outside and the weather was great. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked through the doors which surprised us. We've been to other places before where the people working hardly look at you even when ordering so this was a nice change of pace. Cleanliness: 5/5 (decent looking store, different chip, dessert, and drink options) Friendliness: 5/5 (which impressed us because even though they were busy from lunch rush, we didn't feel rushed at all) Taste: 5/5 (for both the #9 and #13, see below) #9: My wife ordered the #9 which is the club supreme with turkey, roast beef, and bacon. She asked if it could be toasted, and the guy warmed it for her on their grill even though it's listed as a cold sub on the menu which was extremely accommodating! I asked him when the bacon is made, and he said they actually make it every morning! I tried hers and definitely recommend it warmed as it brings out the flavor of the bacon best. This tastes like your classic american with all the meaty flavors from the roast beef and bacon especially. She had this on their "rosemary parmesean" bread option which was amazing! I think they make this on site too because I could actually taste the flavor of the bread and it didn't taste frozen/thawed at all. #13: I ordered the #13 italian "sub bowl" which is their non bread option. It has all of their italian-based spiced meats. I was surprised that the worker actually took the meat from their meat case and sliced them fresh - we thought it was just for display when we first walked in. He also wrapped up the meats and cheese into these rolls which made it way easier to eat. I ordered this Mike's Way which is their standard toppings, and asked for the "juice" (vinegar and olive oil) on the side. I recommend doing this because then you can control pouring in how much you want into your sandwich. From what I could tell on their cold sub menu, the #13 has the most meats in it so you're definitely getting a bank for your buck. They also offer hot subs (think philly cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks) but we didn't try any of those. However, I noticed that they create them to-order so they are fresh off the grill (no heating lamps here). We're glad we stopped by and plan to let our friends know about this place once we get back home! read more

OMG!!!! I walked in to Jersey Mikes because I wanted a sandwich. The service was amazing. The guy that made my sandwich was attentive and made my sandwich just the way I like it. It was so good. Came here today for lunch and the place was very clean and the staff treated me very nicely!!! I'm not a fan of Jersey Mikes and before coming to this specific location I never really went a Jersey Mike's. Subway, Firehouse, and Safeway is where I typically go for my sandwiches but a teammate of mine persuaded me to try it and I have been a fan ever since. Fresh vegetables and well cooked meat as well!! The staff here was very nice and they seemed to work as a team as well!! Will be coming here more often. read more

I was greatly disappointed with this location. Usually the JM staff is very polite and attentive and the food is delicious, unfortunately that is not the experience I had at this location. The staff seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional. I was given an attitude and talked down to by the woman "helping" me. She was the heavyset African American woman. When I asked to speak with a manager it turns out she was in charge. I saw her pull out her phone several times while my order was being made. I got the 17 and when I unwrapped it the bread was disgustingly soggy and several toppings were forgotten. How hard is it to make a freaking sub for Pete's sake! Catering too !!!! I work at an elderly care community in Napa, and last week we got lunch for our nurses and staff catered from Jersey Mikes & it was really perfect. Beautiful, casual lunch. Individually wrapped sammies served in a large catering box. Everything was neat, clean, fresh & yummy. They followed every singe direction I gave them in regards to the order and EVERYONE LOVED IT. Picture it. Napa California~ Labor Day Weekend~2021. Bottlerock at one end of the city and "Newly Opened" Jersey Mike's at the other. Hubby and I had heard great things about this Sub Shop so decided to check it out. It's 12:30 lunch crowd...Place is packed? We persevere. Our eyes immediately caught a young lady behind the counter slicing bread and meats like she was gutting a deer before some wild beast could carry her catch away!! I kid you not! Watching her skills was well worth the wait and a show of It's own. I didn't get her name, but she is apparently on loan from a Roseville, Ca. JM to help out. Girl!! You were charming, engaging and made our wait entertaining. I had the #6 Roast Beef reg Sub. Hubby had the #13 Original Italian. Both were packed with fresh meats they slice right in front of you! I usually don't write reviews and I almost forgot to write this one but I just couldn't let this go unnoticed . The restaurant was very clean and the food was very tasty. But what stood out the most was the service I received. I went in on Tuesday on my lunch break and received the best service I have ever had. This very sweet polite young woman who's name was Sam I believe took care of me and my order. She was the sweetest most polite person and treated me like I was family. Her energy and attitude lit up the room and made me feel so comfortable I just had to write this review. The food was great but even if it wasn't I would return here just to see this incredible young woman again. 10/10 service. You guys need to give her a raise asap!!! read more

I love the sandwiches here and the staff is great but I downloaded the app and thought it would be cheaper than DoorDash but it wasn't. I got the exact same sandwich like I always do, with the same tip and I pay less through DoorDash. I ordered through The Jersey Mike's app and my bill was around $31 and then when I ordered through DoorDash it was $26. Regardless, the staff is fantastic and I love the food. read more
