We've been coming in everyday for lunch! This is our spot! We even have our own table now! Everyone needs to try this sub shop it's really this good! I've had the #8 but yesterday ventured out and had the Italian and now I'm torn between favs! The employees are so kind and they all truly care about their craft! I have to give a piece of advice another customer and I were speaking about in line is just be kind. These employees work hard! They communicate so well and their focus is awesome! We saw them switch around so they don't get tired of doing the same thing and that really stood out to me. 2 young men advised my the manager to switch spots and they just did so well. A well oiled machine! Smiles and welcome ins and no problem and thank yous says it all! The crew here is wonderful excellent kuddos! If you have an issue just be kind. They'll fix it. I have to reply to MW's review as we were in the store. The way she acted was completely inappropriate. She literally made the employee (who was not wearing gloves at the time of exchange of money) call the manager (on their day off) after yelling at him! This lady berated the manager on the store phone and demanding that they should be working 7 days a week and then walked out of the store with the store phone in her hand and we watched her throw the phone to the ground! The employees were just doing their jobs and this was shocking to the few of us in line. To the Friday employees you all were doing a great job! Our sandwiches were yummy! We appreciate you! To the manager , as a regular of your establishment, you're doing an amazing job and it shines through your staff, your food, your standards and we will always support your business! We were in the store today, Friday, and we had a wonderful experience 1st of all wanted this known. Food was excellent as well as the service! That's the most important part however I did bear witness to a terribly intoxicated woman screaming on the store's phone apparently to the manager threatening them and making degrading comments then walks out phone in hand and throws it down outside the store. I just felt the need to reach out and offer the management and the employees (Abraham was so calm and did a great job!) an apology on behalf of that customer. I promise we're not all like that! I took my elderly mother in to this establishment today around 3 hoping it wouldn't be too busy. We got lucky and enjoyed a delicious lunch of sandwiches and chips, which we could not decide because the variety was lovely. The sandwiches were extremely tasty. We did have them done the way they recommend and it was quite the treat. The employees were so very wonderfully patient with myself and my mother and that was a joy to see young people so polite. When we went to sit a lady working on her computer, possibly the manager, helped me get my mother situated, made sure the table was clean and helped bring our beverages to the table. It was very much a pleasure to enjoy a good lunch with my mother at this fine establishment. read more

Stopped by to grab a quick bite before we got back on the road. I wasn't planning on getting anything because of a gluten sensitivity that I deal with. My wife got her sandwich, and the lady behind the counter, "Elena", once she found out about me being GF, said she would gladly wipe down the equipment to avoid cross contamination. I was so touched by the offer and the genuine concern that I ended up ordering a bowl from them. In a world short on manners and consideration, this was a breath of fresh air. Incredibly delicious sandwiches . Wonderful service. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was very tasty. My husband ordered the club and it came on a rosemary Parmesan bread that was soft and very flavorful. The staff was all smiles and the restaurant clean and welcoming with lots of windows so we ended up eating there. While eating it was nice to people watch the interactions with the staff and customers. They really showed they took pride in their work along with the fact when it slowed they did not just stand around. They regrouped restocked organized and cleaned. Very refreshing. Wonderful experience! We came in for lunch today and this Jersey Mikes exceeded our expectations! We've tried 3 different others but this one by far is the best! The manager knows how to run the business to a T! She was really on point with supporting her staff while interacting with all customers. You can tell she's been working in customer service for a long time and enjoys her job! Refreshing! The staff works extremely well together! We frequent here very often! Always have had a great experience! Yesterday we decided to eat inside. We know most of the employees now as this has become a favorite stomping ground and we overheard the manager speaking with a customer on the phone. The one sentence that stood out to my husband was "I appreciate all comments because if something is wrong and no one tells me then I can't correct it"! That's truly caring! 1st time trying Jersey Mike's. I'm being honest I was a little hesitant because it's very different than a regular sub shop with their Mike's Way style but let me tell you it's on a whole other level of yummy! I had the ham and provolone Mike's Way. The lady who I believe was the manager said to try it with their honey mustard and thank you because it was perfect! I also liked how the young man explained Mike's Way and the fact he did offer other options so my husband loaded up his turkey Mike's Way with pepperonis and pickles too! Another bonus is they carry the Miss Vicks jalapeño chips! Needless to say with our bellies full and the friendly service it was a 10/10 experience! read more

Came in today for sandwiches for myself and my wife. Unbelievably wonderful experience! There were 3 workers and they were working hard! Lots of to go order's plus in restaurant customers and they worked hard with providing fun conversations with customers, cleaning up after each sandwich all while making absolutely delicious sandwiches. These things really stood out to me because it did not show any stress or frustration which made it very comfortable and pleasant! These 3 worked extremely well together and I really give them huge applause for providing this experience! I asked for their names so big shout out today to Shannon, Gloria snd Abraham! Change of management? Bad decision! New dark haired female manager is a tyrant! Rude rude rude! The other manager (Hispanic man) really needs to be let go! The way they speak to their employees is deplorable and downright immoral! We used to absolutely adore this shop when (I believe it was Shannon) who ran it with Gloria and Logan! We don't recognize anyone, which is huge in our town! Everyone knows everyone with that country vibe! No more welcomes, chit chats just "what do you want"? I ran to Jersey Mikes yesterday to grab my favorite sandwich, #13 on Rosemary bread! It was so good, I was kindly greated with a smile when I walked up to order. It seemed they had many online orders as well as the long line that wrapped around the store! I was provided great service by a wonderful young woman making all of the sandwiches in the topping area! Even with how busy it was everyone had a smile on their face and we got in and out very quickly and enjoyed our delicious sandwiches! These workers do not receive the credit they deserve. This place was rocking and rolling! These employees were on it! The girl slicing was fast slicing multiple sandwiches and very nice, slid it down to the topper and this kid was no joke! Topping multiple sandwiches like he already knew what we wanted, also very friendly kid! I liked how we were welcomed in and thanked goodbye! The sandwiches were beyond grub! We love Jersey Mike's and this store does not disappoint. We're pretty regular here for about a year now and have never had a bad experience. The sandwiches are always on point delicious, staff is always friendly and hardworking! My kids are spoiled with a cookie every time (thank you Shannon) We feel like family whenever we come in! Whoa! This place gets busy! Not just customers but their to go orders! The staff handled it really good! Just took it one by one smiling and making sandwiches. Very efficiently.
