Sorry didn't want to give even 1 star after this meal. Today 5/7 at 3:15pm we ordered a giant #7. The blonde girl with the long ponytail and visor was slicing all the meat for all the sandwiches. She kept flinging her head as she was working the slicer and her long blonde ponytail kept swaying over the meat that she was placing on the sandwich bottoms. I was going to say something but didn't. We took our sandwich home and as I was eating my half I could feel a hair in my mouth. It was a long blonde strand of hair!!!! Disgusting!!! I have short dark hair so it didn't come from me. After a long hiatus I was anticipating a freshly grilled Big Kahuna sandwich. However, after the sandwich was made it was wrapped and put in with the other sandwiches. After asking for peppers and relish the staff had to guess which one it was. After figuring out which one it was, they had a hard time opening the wrapper. Because, sadly, all of the cheese was nestled between the sandwich and the wrapper. I got a refund. After getting home, one of the other sandwiches wasn't edible. So disappointed. I've been going to Mikes since 2005. Always a good consistent sandwich. I order catering from Mikes several times/year for different events. Ordered two boxes, got them home and they were all wrong (ordered Mikes Way and they were just meat/cheese/bread, the avocado looked old, and they were cut into extremely uneven sandwiches some were literally just the heel of the loaf and others were normal size-each should be 1/4 of a giant not 1/5, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5). Very sloppy and unusual for anything including catering boxes I've ordered from them before. I called immediately when I noticed the problems. They remade the order and delivered it. I usually don't visit franchise location throughout my travel, I tend to support the local small businesses. Yesterday the wife and I had court at 1:30pm. We wanted to get a quick bite before trial and we didn't want fast food, so we decided to get Jersey Mikes. When we arrived we where greeted promptly! Not a big deal, but at the end it made an impression. I could see all four staff members where rushing to get a HUGE!!!! order completed before the lunch hour rush. (We arrived at 10:45am) Now I know why this place runs out of food and ingredients early. I didn't think we would have enough time to order our food since they where working on this massive order. We asked how long should it take because we where on a time crunch, the young lady told me not to worry. She told the crew to stop working the order and let get this cracking on our order. Terrible customer service. Walked in to get a an online order. One female employee was helping a customer while the other male employee stood there and looked at me. He then proceeded to stand there. There was no one in line and he wasn't making any sandwiches. Once the female employee finished. Both employees proceed to have a conversation. No spoke to me or asked me if I was here to order or pick up. There was NO other customers in the store. I do feel it had to do with my skin color which is sad and terrible. My review of jersey mikes: What a frustrating disappointment. After picking up and driving home to realize that they messed up half of my order for four people (just the beginning), I try to call them and let them know. No answer. I try to call back four times and still no answer. So, then I have the pleasure of driving back in the rain, which luckily was only a few minutes away. Assuming there was some crazy rush that prevented them from answering the phone, I was surprised to find not a single customer inside upon entering and 3 employees behind the counter. Annoyed at this point, I tell the tall guy behind the counter that they messed up my order and that I tried to call multiple times. He dismissively answers, "Well, when we get busy we don't answer the phone". A tumbleweed rustles past the empty chairs and deserted line in my head. Pushing past that comment in the extremely slight chance that a single person might have been here that demanded all three of their attentions in an epic sandwich frenzy, I explain that they confused the online order and mixed up the sandwiches. After getting some grasp of the error, he tells me that he's going to make them right this time. Then I wait. An hour after my initial order, I finally get my food. As some half-assed assurance, he says "Here ya go, it's made correct this time" and I took my food and left. On this note, as someone who has worked in the service industry in my younger years - if you're going to make someone wait for an hour and jump through hoops to get their simple order correct, offer something to make it right. I'm not looking for "handouts" here, but at least offering something to the customer would be an acknowledgment of the oversight on your part and additional effort taken on theirs. Moving on, I finally get home with my food and the final straw on the proverbial camel's back was the pathetic amount of meat on the "giant" chipotle cheesesteak. At least on the first one that was made incorrectly the portions were adequate, but receiving this was just...disappointing. I was surprised when I tried using Jersey Mike's for the first time. The first time I heard the rumor that Logan makes the best sandwiches in the world, I was a little unbelievable, but what my mouth next tasted was not disappointing! I'm very experienced with sandwiches in my life and know when my mouth feels good, so I'm basically an expert and many say Logan makes the best sandwich Means that. At the time of ordering, you can now use Logan to operate and interact comfortably. I didn't even know that I wanted tomatoes until he told me "I should put tomatoes on this." When I was very hungry, I was amazed at how smart and generous he was that he made me such an innovative lunch. This location is the new kid on the block in the region. I used to frequent the Murrieta location for years, but I've checked this place out a number of times. Currently, the service at this store has been the most consistent out of the three in Murrieta/Temecula. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The space is clean and As for the subs, well, up to the Jersey Mike's standard. I like how their sandwiches are made, especially Mike's Way on my usual #8 Club Sub. The ingredients are made for each other. And that tasty bread somehow keeps most of it together. The only things I wouldn't recommend getting are the hot sandwiches, only because I think the bread to meat ratio is unbalanced. Otherwise, you have a priority line to pay once you put in a Philly Cheesesteak order. You could always call ahead too and the food will be ready when you get there, no hassle. If you're in that burger line next door, try out Jersey Mike's. You won't have to stand out in the cold or wait long for your food. read more

First of all, this Jersey Mike's really lives up to their "Sub Above," values. Every time I order a sub whether through the app or in person, it is always a pleasant experience. However, there is one employee who really goes above and beyond each time I visit this location. This store plainly just sucks. The youth working there just doesn't care about you or your food. I say youth because it's always some 16-18 year old looking kid begrudgingly taking your order. Not only is ordering unpleasant because of their bad attitudes, but they either don't listen or they really just don't give a ____, because once you get your order it's a guaranteed 8/10 you don't get what you ordered. I'm one who's all about respect and treating service worker with kindness because I work in service myself, so plainly I'll just deal with my bad service, but after this last time I can't just continue ignoring the issue I have with his store in particular. Inconsiderate. Insincere. Insulating. We will never come back to this Jersey Mike's again. One employee's completely inappropriate behavior has ruined our entire Jersey Mike's experience. We placed an online order for one sandwich, at 12:49pm. The confirmation said the one sandwich would be ready at 1:04pm. We walked in at 1:00pm fully knowing our order would likely not be ready. We waited after being immediately, kindly, greeted and being told "give us 5 minutes." No problem. We watched as people kept coming and going through the normal line. At 1:11pm another employee asked "are you waiting for an order." We said, "Yes." "Give is a few minutes," was his response. I said, "we've been waiting for 10 minutes, and people who came in-store after us are leaving." He immediately, smugly replied "well, the order said it would be ready at 1:05. So." Three things: First, we waited patiently and caused no irritation, yet, this young kid decided to reply in an off-putting, aggressive, and inconsiderate manner. Second, the order was said to be ready at 1:04, not 1:05...if we want to be specific. Lastly, it was 1:11...if the order was to be ready at 1:05 even, it was 1:11...and again, why order online then? I could've just walked in and walked out in the time it took to be served. Terrible service by one employee. We may just be one customer/family. But, we'll never come back. read more

Worst experience ever , i tried to order a tuna , i ask the lady to make it a tuna melt , usually I am loyal customer, they usually grant me my request in Orange County. I'm from Huntington Beach California I came to Temecula to visit Jersey mike , the response was, didn't wanna cross-contamination on the tuna being on the grill, makes me question their quality of food. If you're grilling a tuna, aren't you supposed to be killing all the germs that comes with the tuna I mean the fish you're cooking it right doesn't that kill all the germs? I wonder what else they're not telling you.I wonder what type of food are serving if they worry about cross-contamination , do they even know what cross contamination means, I would never recommend this place.
