If I had to summarize this place in one sentence, I would say: "A good sandwich place that is run by fine human beings." After an absolutely horrible experience at the Mongolian restaurant near Jersey Mike's, my dude decided to bring a fellow diner - who he had just met at that restaurant - to Jersey Mike's and get her whatever she wanted from the menu. She had Down's syndrome, and she was really shaken up by that horrible experience. I won't go into details because it was awful, yet irrelevant to Jersey Mike's. The thing is, it wasn't anyone at Jersey Mike's fault. It wasn't their problem, but the manager saw something was amiss. He didn't know what was going on, but he could see she was shaken up. He saw that my dude was telling her "Get *anything* you want, my treat." The manager stepped up, comp'd her meal, and gave her coupons for future visits. He even gave my dude a coupon for free chips and a drink with a sandwich purchase. He didn't have to do any of that, but he DID IT ANYWAY. That, folks, is what you call being a decent human being. Fast service, a wide selection of good sandwiches, made by good people who treat people with dignity and respect and strive to right the wrongs of other horrible human beings - they deserve your patronage. Soooo I just got this for the first time. Holy freaking crap. Screw subway. This is my new sub homeland. I chose a hot sandwich, the jersey mikes Philly cheesesteak. It's incredible. I'm still eating it currently. I couldn't even wait to post my review. But the thing that really got me excited was the cold sandwiches. THEY SLICE ALL THE MEATS AS YOU ORDER IT! Love Jersey Mikes's Subs, but this restaurant is always a hit and miss. When they get my order right these subs are the best!!!! I generally order online, but lately something had been wrong with my order. Sometimes the bread is hard, other times they have missed the vegetables and condiments. Good sandwiches, but high on the calories and--perhaps more concerning--high on the price. This is a sandwich restaurant where, basically, five dollars gets you nothing. Ten dollars might get you something, but not necessarily enough to feed you. I like Jersey Mike's. Fan of their food. But this particular location on this day was a let down. The store is filthy. There is food and used napkins all over the floor. I was staying in Southcenter for work and decided to give this place a try based on the positive reviews here on Yelp. I ordered the Baja Chicken wrap and got the large combo which includes chips and a large drink. The total after tip and tax was $13, certainly a little pricier than some sandwich shops, but the quality here was worth it. The wrap tasted fresh. Just ordered a full sandwich with Uber eats and received about a 5 inch sandwich. I have a receipt for a full big kahuna for $11.39 plus a booking fee and tax for $15.02. All acceptable if a full sandwich arrived. I am stuck at work so I use Uber eats a lot. Today appx 5 inch sandwich arrived. I called jersey mikes. They say I have to deal with Uber eats. I go through the app and there's no phone number only a error form which says they will evaluate and get back to me within 24 hours. That's not acceptable. I guess no more Uber eats. And probably no more jersey mikes at this location. I just want the sandwich I ordered. That's all. Today. Not tomorrow read more

Brought a small group here for some sandwiches - employees acted like it was a bad thing to have a lot of business because they were short handed. Most small businesses would be happy to have the orders. One of them was bossy and rude to the other employee and our group. Fast food is a hustle so if you don't like to perform fast maybe find something more inline with your ability to handle stress. I've been in many Jersey Mike's and I've yet to see one that wasn't overly busy and loving it. Work on your customer service - I wouldn't recommend this location until you learn to calm down and still be friendly under pressure. Hope the food is better than the experience. read more

I love Jersey Mikes, but this location was not impressive. The young guys working seemed stoned. They couldn't get our two sandwiches correct; they kept mixing them up. Then the guy asked if we wanted chips and a drink. I really wanted some unsweetened iced tea. I asked if the tea in the machine was sweet and he said he didn't know. He explained that his boss likes to put lemonade in hers. (What?) I guess it was too difficult to ask one of his more competent co-workers. Just a weird experience. read more

When I am starving for a great sub sandwich and I am in the Tukwila area, I go to Jersey Mike's! I usually get the giant Italian sub with everything on it (except red wine vinegar). The price is a little high for a sandwich (around $14) but it is a huge sandwich and I usually save half for later. So its kind of like two meals in one for $14. Very disappointed with my experience at this Jersey Mike's Subs, simply awful customer service. I chose to drive further out of my way to go to the location versus other closer Jersey Mike's locations because of the check in deal at this location: a free drink, and chips with the purchase of a sub. Given the repeated reviews mentioning the long wait times, and because I was already driving out of my way I decided to order to go. When I arrived to the location to pick up my food and use my check in deal, they refused to honor the check in. The women at the register demanded that I buy another sub in order to use the check in, stating that it was not valid with to go or online orders. However, I was confused as this stipulation is not mentioned anywhere. When I kindly pointed this out, the cashier stated "it doesn't matter." As I was reasonably expecting to use my check in deal I had clicked it and it was fast timing out. I explained this and inquired about a coupon to use at a later date, as I now would not be able to use my one check in, the cashier shrugged and said "that's not our problem." If the cashier is correct regarding the policy, it should be clearly stated, and the customer should not be punished. Additionally, in a clearly disappointing situation staff never apologized, never offered possible alternatives, and was generally rude and uncaring. Sadly, the food surprisingly was also not up to the Jersey Mike's usual standard. I'm sorry to say I won't be back and I would recommend others visit a different Jersey Mike's location, where they treat their customers with respect and dignity, and know how to make a delicious sub. read more

I'm very particular about how I like my sandwich and cook never seemed annoyed like some places do. Very patient and even switched out the lettuce so I would get the freshest ingredients. My friend and I come here at least once a week because we love the sandwiches, however the customer service on 1/14 was absolutely horrible. We walked in at 12:15 to order there were about 3/4 ppl in front of us and we did not check out until 12:45. There was only 1 girl that was trying to keep the line moving. The taller Asian guy was no help and neither was the other girl that was working the line. I don't know if some called In sick but the other 2 workers were lost. Customers coming in just to pick up paid/ Uber orders they were not helped. The 2 guys in front of us ordered grilled sandwiches and they were waiting forever because the guy on the grill was lost. The girl that was supposed to finish making the food and charge the customers made a mistake on the register so when it came time to pay it was literally grid lock. The girl abandoned the register and decided to go back and make sandwiches because the register was not working. Meanwhile we are all standing there waiting to pay. The 2 ladies behind me left. I had to finally ask them to void the transaction that she messed up on because we wanted to pay and get the hell out of there. Idk if management has cameras but they should go back and see what happened on 1/14 around 12:15 thru 12:40pm. Mess mess mess. Jersey mikes is a franchise and during lunch it should be staffed properly. Ppl need to get back to work not stand around waiting for the staff to get it right. Like previous reviewers stated Screw Subway! Jersey mikes offers a much higher quality sandwich with not only extremely fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. The service is second to none when you ask the employee what they think about the sandwich they will give you an honest opinion with no fluff.
