Had an excellent visit to this New Jersey Mike's location. It was their grand opening kickoff with a great fundraiser for the Hart school district school's libraries. For a $2 donation you get s regular sub free. There has been a great turnout. Despite the big crowds the lines moved very quickly. This location is larger than other locations in SCV. There was plenty of help behind the counter to take orders and make the sandwiches. Also two cashiers on opposite ends of the restaurant made a lot of sense to keep lines moving and sandwich orders going. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Hopefully it lasts beyond the grand opening days. Food was on point and delicious. Ingredients were fresh and my orders were accurate. Outside and indoor seating is available as well as a restroom. Only slight downer is the shared parking lot. It is in the same lot as other eateries and Target so finding a spot can be a challenge at times. But I can't hold that against Jersey Mike's! read more

I love Jersey Mike's, but the location on Magic Mountain and McBean is the worst. I have tried several times and every time something is wrong. Today I went to buy my sandwich and when I got to the office ready to eat it, it was not what I ordered. Not only did I pay to add avocado, it had mayonnaise, I am allergic to mayonnaise. I have been to this location multiple times and it is just not up to the customer service standards that have been apparent at most Jersey Mike's around the SCV. Overall, they would go out of their way to make it a personable transaction. Nothing personable at all with the service at the Magic Mountain location. It is obvious that training and oversight are extremely lacking at this location. The worst offender was the employee named Doran who went about every action with a deep sigh, drooped shoulders and an obvious want to be anywhere but at work and making sandwiches for people on their short lunch hour. It was obvious that everyone else was having to make up for his slow nature and lack of care behind the counter. That being said, it is really the owner/manager (leadership) that are accountable by not being more present and setting the tone for their employees. So many places to buy a quality sandwich out there that it really does come down to service. read more

The girls in this store are less than enthusiastic, have attitudes and are a bit abrasive. The also weren't necessarily paying attention and they way they put the sandwiches together showed that they definitely do not like their jobs. I frequently find myself in this area with time to kill. For years I only ate at Brother's Burgers. But Jersey Mike's is my favorite chain sandwich place, and I was happy to see this one open . The people here are cheerful and efficient, this is a very clean well ran store. There are several of the sandwiches that I order, they are all good. In this large plaza there is always plenty of parking. I will be back, my trips to this area have been made better by coming here to grab a sandwich. read more

The last 3 times we have been in the store it is filthy. Dried up cheese siting with the bread, meat slicer covered in all different types of meat remnants (like a 2 inch pile), and all the food prep areas covered in various food crumbs. One employee stood out to us as so disrespectful and condescending that he gets a mention. We had him on all three visits so either he has a lot of bad days or it's just him. A young man named Riley acted inconvenienced he had to make our sandwiches. He is even rude to his co workers. When his coworker asked what kind of sandwich it was, he snapped at him too. He wouldn't tell his coworker the type of sandwich he had just wrapped up and I had to tell the cashier so he could complete the order. We will not be going back to this location again.
