At other locations, I've sometimes waited at the pickup counter for 5+ minutes without anyone acknowledging me, even when my food was ready. That definitely wasn't the case here. The staff kind of pushed us to use the kiosk, which is probably a good move, since it shows specials that are not in the menu board. I ordered a Greek salad with an extra chicken kabob and a side of gyro meat. The salad was awesome, the chicken kabob was very fresh, they mounded in the gyro meat, which was very nice. My wife got a chicken gyro and enjoyed it, but said she would get the sauce on the side the next time. The portions were huge, so it justified the prices. The dining room was clean and staff were friendly. The bathroom could have used a bit more attention, but was functional. Overall a pretty good experience. We will definitely come back for another try soon.

What disappointed me most wasn't just the delay--it was the lack of communication and the lack of concern. A sincere apology or an honest update would have gone a long way. The El Pastor in particular, which is a marinated pork taco, had more of a subtle flavor from the marinade that did not jump out at you versus some of the better ones I have had.
