The ribeye came closer to medium rare, which was why I ordered it rare plus instead of medium rare, and it was ok with me. The shrimp was a surprise, lightly breaded with shell on. Shell was thin enough to eat, pupu style which I did with the first shrimp, but it's never been my thing so I peeled it off the remaining shrimp. Pity to waste the crisp breading, but oh well. The four shrimp were large, firm, cooked just right, not dry at all. Steamed veggies were good. Meal was good, and there was plenty. Had to take half home. Hana came back to check on us and ask us if we wanted more drinks and how the food was. Derek the manager for the evening also came to check on us while we ate. We were well taken care of.
