On Dec 2nd I ordered their CHICKEN PARMESAN CLASSIC SUB. First the picture on their website is an exaggeration of what you will receive. This sub was nothing more than diced chicken and red sauce. Nothing else. No parm cheese, no cheese at all. At $8.00 this was a major disappointment. read more

I'm getting really tired of these restaurants with three and four stars around Bradenton on Yelp turning out to be less than one star in service and food I've been finding these mom and pop smaller restaurants / franchises being run by people that are no where near qualified to run and operate a business or a small restaurant. Judging from all of the posted reviews this place appears to be as inconsistent as a coin toss. You never know what you will get as far as the quality of the pizza, wings etc or the service you will receive from visit to visit. Ok, so I walked into Jett's Pizza very much looking forward to trying their pizza. Female said "welcome to Jett's" as she was Fast Walking Away from me so I just sat myself at a table. I sat there alone for literally 11 minutes with no site of a person that worked there. I heard them talking in the kitchen but no menu, no drink order NOTHING. Just sitting their alone at an empty table. Then she passed me again and said "Hello sir " as she delivers a pizza to the one customer in the whole restaurant other than me, and walked back into the kitchen and continued to talk to a male person. I waited another 4 minutes, still no menu, no drink order taken NOTHING. The place was EMPTY ! Just one table of two and me. I'm now hungry as heck so I got up and walked out ! Can't give you a review of the pizza here, couldn't get one on this visit. Maybe this is just good for take out pizza's ? Even though I like my pizza hot out of the oven I will try that next time so I can a least see if the pizza is good here. read more

Ordered a small sausage pizza from Jet Pizza in Palmetto. It was by far the worst pizza I ever had. Not to mention way too expensive. The toppings were cheap and expensive. I wouldn't recommend this pizza to anyone. Do yourself a favor run, don't walk the in the opposite direction. read more

I have been searching for a great pizza place around here and I have found it!. Being a Yankee, its hard to get N pizza anywhere but NY. Well Jets isn't any different but they have awesome pizza. I have only gotten the deep dish pizza so far but it was spectacular. I am so happy I'll be moving to Lakewood Ranch later this year and I'll be so much closer to them. Hopefully others will enjoy this place as much as I and keep them in business that long. It is a small place to eat but par for a pizza parlor. Only problem is it is obscurely located on the north side of 70 where you have to turn into Rosedale entrance to get to them. Finding it may be a task but you will love it! Oh my gosh they have a double door to get in but only one is open..... This is always uninviting then there is the nerve grating buzzer at the door also horrible. Then lousy noise from the kitchen. Sounded like loose trays on a metal cart being dragged along a cobble stone road for at least a min or so. As far as the pizza goes the crunch was good but the sauce not good. Fantastic pizza. By far the best delivery pizza on 70, however, avoid their wings all together. It is blatantly obvious they came straight from the freezer the hot sauce isn't distributed evenly. Unless the taste of cardboard and freezer burn is your thing then I would avoid their wings. read more

Quite simply....the best pizza in the area. The flavored crust choices are great, however, they can be overwhelming at times. The "garlic" crust is overpowering, but good. The sauce portions are average and the pizza is more of a hand-tossed style. Delivery is quick and always hot. read more

Really this is what you call good pizza?? gross!! The sauce tastes like too much tomato paste was used and it's kind of gloppy. The dough is chewy but not in a good way. Oh and the garlic on the garlic knots should not be burnt...you just can't fix burnt garlic. read more

I decided to try Jets pizza today.Well I won't make that mistake again... The boneless wings are coated in so much dough you can't taste he chicken. The Italian sub I ordered hot... nothing about this sub was hot. The bun was passable and fresh but that was the best thing about this sub. They advertise "Slices" on their door and that's what I originally went in for. Then I'm told their "slices" are not slices at all but squares, so I tried one it obviously came right out of the freezer and they sprinkled some toppings over them prior to putting them in the oven. Their deep dish pizza alone makes Jet's the best pizza chain I've ever been to, and wayyyy better than Domino's and Pizza Hut. I don't know how they do it, but their pizza even tastes awesome as leftovers (with other chains like Domino's, the pizza tastes awful the next day!). I will not be ordering from Jetts ever again. The last 3 pizzas had the wrong toppings on them and they didn't even taste good. Well, today was my breaking point. I ordered the SuperSpecial with half cheese at 5:00 today. How hard could it be? Surely they can't mess that up, half the pizza has only cheese, right? First, I had to repeat my card number 4 times to the young trainee answering the phone. No problem, I was young and in training once. I place the order and he repeated it back, "SuperSpecial half with only cheese. When we got the pizza, the cheese had so many green bell peppers in it, I could not see the cheese. We spent $40 dollars on the order and when I called to tell them I could not eat the pizza the way it was, the "manager" told me "Well, that's the way you ordered it online." Problem is, I called in my order. They couldn't even get that right. No, I won't spend any more money at Jetts. Way above average chain pizza joint. Of the pizza options in the area, Jets is a very solid choice. Stick to the deep dish square pizzas with turbo crust. The salads and antipasta are really good as well. I've not tried any of their other options like their subs, but I'm sure they are tasty as well. read more

We have been customers of Jetts for three years. At first the delivery was excellent but over time it has continued to become worse and worse. When ordering we are told it will take 45 minutes to 1 hour for delivery but it still takes much longer to deliver just a plain pizza which has become cold. After calling a number of times last night to find out where our order was, I mentioned to the manager on call that they have an excellent product but they cannot deliver. Admittedly they are willing to give you a free pizza or cash settlement but the damage has been done. Please beware..... read more

Awful customer service. Manager sounds like a teenager and isn't interested in making things right. Delivered the wrong pizza, with toppings I can't eat, and the best they can do is a coupon for next time. There won't be a next time. You can get better service from Dominos which is very inexpensive, or you can pay Jets $50 for two pizzas and be out both your money and your dinner. read more

Just arrived in Bradentown from Vero Beach FL & checked into the Best Western Plus. The desk clerk suggested Jet's for a delivery order, & I couldn't be more pleased. The small deep dish pizza was enough for 2, as was the small Greek salad. Mmmmmm good! Service & food get A+++++. Oops! The salad 'looked' good & people make it differently. However, there was ONLY ABOUT A TSP OF FETA--which should be the main ingredient besides lettuce--& the dressing lacked a lot.
