I didn't know how this experience would turn out during a very lengthy confusing ordering process on my lunch break. After mulling over the lunch menu and making a decision, I started to place my order and that really confused the guy taking my order. I am assuming he is new just based on his confusion and how long it took to finalize the order. It ended up being just over ten dollars for half of a Jetzee sandwich and a personal salad. Wow, the salad could definitely feed "the starving Pygmies down there in New Guinea! Amen! - I don't care who you are, that's funny right there." Website advertises contactless delivery yet when my order was delivered, driver rang the doorbell and waited. He was not wearing a mask either. When I called the store to inform them, the person answering also was not wearing a mask as I could hear them clearly. I informed him that driver was maskless and his response was "my bad". If these individuals aren't wearing masks, how can I be certain that the proper precautions are being taken to a) protect the employees, and b) the patrons themselves. Really disappointed in our experience tonight. The quality of our food was really poor. the wings were chewy and not cooked all the way through, the pizza was the same- chewy. Tasted like it was all frozen and reheated. We were really surprised bc Jets is usually great. I ended up calling to let them know and I spoke with the first person who said we would be refunded when the manager got back. I called later to speak with the manager and he now refuses to refund us and is giving us a credit. I just want them to follow through on issuing the refund that was initially promised. We got a credit for the next time but after my experience tonight there won't be a next time. Very disappointed in their customer service and refusal to follow through on what was initially promised. read more

This place is disgusting. It's amazing what we don't see when we're not watching folks make our food. I placed an order, got there a little early to pick up so my boyfriend and I just sat outside waiting til our order was ready. We were looking right into the kitchen from the outside and saw the pizza maker with NO gloves on scratching himself, adjusting his pants, and adjusting his hat repeatedly, then going back to touch the food with his bare hands. Then another guy kept going outside delivering food, never changing his gloves and touching the handle on the door and other surfaces. Is this the disgusting way they handle orders? They must do this all the time. We cancelled our order and left. I'm glad I got a video of it. read more

I have loved Jet's Pizza since I was a kid! The family that started it is from my hometown in Michigan, so I was SOOOO excited to have them in Charlotte! My favorite is the deep dish, and I love love love the Jet Bread (Get it with Ranch dressing). I have never had the round, always went with the deep dish, so I can't attest to the NY Style, but the deep dish is relish! I have been to the two locations in Charlotte, and the one in Huntersville... LOVE IT! read more

If I could get this particular store rating to be a 0 I would. I'm a first time customer whose wife loves Jet Pizza. I place the order for pizza and wings, being that this is my first time ordering from this franchise I didn't know that sauce must be paid when ordering up front. The clerk wanted to charge my wife for sauce by charging my card. Now, I know the economy is sliding but, I don't think two ranch cups are gonna close this store.I asked to speak to manager, 01/31/17 7:45PM and he was very rude and hung up the phone in my face. I will never use this franchise again. So much for trying to help out the small chains with service like this there reason why they are considered to be small and extinct. Don't lump jets in with your average chain pizza spot. This place is fantastic. The dough and sauce are made in house and it definitely shows. My 5 stars is for the deep dish. That's not saying the hand tossed and ny style are bad but deep dish is what they specialize in and it's miles better. I would recommend dining in to enjoy it at its best. Delivery is still good but since deep dish is more dough than your typical ny style it seems to cool quicker. To really get it at its best you gotta get it right out the oven. The wings were better than expected for being a pizza spot and the turbo sticks are a must try. read more

Their Detroit style deep dish with a crispy chewy garlicky Turbo crust, extra cheese and delicious toppings is worth the drive to Pineville while the Montford location is closed. Went to this place several times when first opened. Good pizza and good service. The last two times was poor. Went yesterday (10/24) Called in a carry out. Rep stated 15-20 mins. Arrived---no pizza stated 5 more mins,-- no problem. I waited and waited and waited and waited. 45 mins later it was ready with No apologize, nothing. I asked several times how much longer, each time 5 mins. End result: poor customer service, pizzas were wrong when I got home But they were good. It was apparent by looking thru the glass of the pizza making process several new people were working but not trained well. Would not suggest this place considering there is about a dozen pizza joints within 2 miles. But this would be a good location to open a real pizza restaurant. read more

Another disappointment at this location today. Stopped in for two slices and two ice waters. Was quoted $7.68. That's twice normal pricing. Kid behind the counter was like, "we removed the soda machine because it kept breaking.". Right. Of course that's why you removed it.
