After I met the Jet's delivery person at the front door, I brought the pizza into my kitchen and set it down on the stove. I opened the box, and saw AN ANT crawling inside along the edge of the pizza. I had also ordered bread sticks and a chocolate chip cookie, but could not bring myself to eat any of it after seeing the ant. I had to throw out $50.00 worth of food. OMG! I love this pizza! It reminds me so much of "Youngstown Pizza". The thicker crispy crust is what I was raised on up in NE Ohio. The thick cheese and crispy pepperoni is to die for. I also love a "saucy" pizza. And this place fulfills that desire. If your not a fan of the tomatoey pizza accessory, you may want to go else where. It is sooo good tho. Their specialty pizzas are a surprising treat. The buffalo chicken and bbq chicken are an unexpected delight. I am truly a fan of the standard toppings, so the Super Special is my go to pie. Unfortunately, this pizza is not priced like my beloved Y-town delight. Since I have not come upon anything that compares, I'll buck it up and pay the "elevated" cost. This is one of my favorite pizza places. Usually one of my top go-to delivery pizza places. The specialty pizzas are all pretty great, and I've never had any issues with the customizable options either. My favorite specialities are the veggie, the Jet 10, and the buffalo ranch chicken. The staff are great, and even during notoriously busy hours, pick-up/delivery are still pretty fast. If you are ordering pick-up, just beware that there are two separate Dublin locations. I made the horrible mistake once of ordering to the wrong location once, and I felt so bad when I showed up and the staff were so understanding and whipped up a pizza right away for me regardless. I've always thought the prices were very reasonable considering how good their pies are. But you can usually find coupons too! read more

I order almost every Friday, for months its been hit or miss. Very inconsistent. I called to speak to the manager tonight. As I TRIED to explain the issue and he kept just interrupting me and talking over me going, " I'm sorry about that " or similar, not letting me finish my sentence. I asked him to stop, he wouldn't. He was so rude and condescending that I will never spend a dime with your company while he works there. I have been a chef for 30 years, I know the industry well. With a thick, crunchy, buttery bread-style crust, savory tomato sauce and choices of mozzarella or cheddar cheese (sounds weird but tastes great!), Jet's has risen to the top of my big chain pizza list. Good staff, quick service, and great food. Keep in mind, this will be the biggest calorie bomb pizza you've ever had, but that's not why we're ordering pizza tonight, right?! As an FYI, there is no seating here. This is a purely pick-up pizza joint - so not someplace to take a date or a group for that matter, unless you're going to eat in the parking lot. My fav's are the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and any time we get other, traditional toppings, we always get the "turbo crust," which is basically scrumptious, buttery, garlic, Parmesan pixie dust. Also, for the wing lovers, their wings are baked instead of fried, which is nice. Doesn't really save you much in the calorie dept, but the meat falls right off the bone and the sauce is wonderful (Medium is what I always get). I am what you may call a pizza connoisseur. I could eat it every day. Hubby said he wanted pizza for once. He's more of a fried chicken fanatic lol. We got the Lg pepperoni hand tossed. Thia place has excellent pizza but the ABSOLUTE WORSE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM. The system routinely cannot find a store near my address (I've ordered from Jet's Pizza for several years). Half of the time when ordering (by which I mean nearly every time I hit submit order), the system says the order did not go through, but I receive an email saying the order was placed. Man, my love for Jets is so real. It started at a young age in MI, thanks to my Dad and Step Mom who live there.. I have yet to find something on their menu that I don't like.. I even had the insider scoop, before the first Jets location opened in Columbus.. The two friends and one of their Mom's stayed at my Hotel in the beginning stages of Jets in OH-IO.. Which of course, I was thrilled about!! Their product is consistent, their service is impeccable, I really can't say enough good things about Jets... 4 stars though?? Why not 5? Well, I wish they had a lighter side or smaller portions. I'm only one person, unless I'm with friends eating it, but thats rare..
