Great Location, great service. Pizza is always consistent with previous orders. The 8 corner is what I always get. It's so much better than the paper thin pizza all over CBus. Fine if that's what you like, it's crispy and everything but this ZZA is filling and delicious for the same price as those pizzas that only fill up if you eat the entire thing. Pizza is mediocre at best. All the chicken is crappy frozen from a bag. They funnel you into a text to order queue and never respond. I rather do it on-line/text but if you can't get your order acknowledged, how are you supposed to pay and receive your food? Best pizza in the area is Sextons. Flyers is decent. As a first-timer with Jet's, but not Detroit style, we were, surprisingly, very disappointed with their 8-corner. We didn't get the sesame crust we ordered and crust was incredibly bland. Also, for the price, I assumed that the mushrooms would be fresh, not canned. Wouldn't do worse with a Little Caesar's Detroit style for much less cost. Worst pizza that I can recall and I'm not particularly picky with pizza. Jet's is vastly over-rated or our order, was an exceptional botch and waste of money. These PIRATES charge a $4.99 Delivery Charge & don't give ANY of it to their Drivers. My wife wanted a Detroit style pizza, so I reluctantly placed an order with Jet's. Turned out to be a great decision. Only time in past 9 years that I've received a Detroit style cooked correctly. Absolutely the worst. Ordered online at 6:15, got a 2 hour estimate and accepted that because it's Saturday night. At 8:20 we got a text from door dash that the oven was down and our food was delayed, we did not order through door dash. I called the store to find out what was going on and was told they didn't have any dough. This was over 2 hours after we had ordered and no one so much as called to tell us the order was not going to be made. I asked the manage (Josh?) why they didn't call in 2 hours, and he said they were too busy...DOING WHAT????they have no dough and apparently the oven is down...what could they possibly be doing. Not the first time they've let me down but it will be the last. I have ordered from here several times and had great service and food. Today my order was 20 minutes late. The pizza was cold and stale and had very few toppings for a premium pizza. It has probably been 8 years since I've had Jets, and that was a shame. My girlfriend never had it, and I've been wanting it for awhile and it was so good. We ordered the Eugene Supreme and added mushrooms with the turbo crust and it was excellent. We good the deep dish (the only crust I've ever had from here) and it was so crispy and delicious. Even the next day cold, it was still crispy. We reheated it on my Ninja Foodie Grill and it was perfect. Good toppings and delicious flavor. Definitely a unique pizza place. read more

Customer service sucks. They have discrepancies on their 8 corner pizza. If you look at the wall menu or call in they won't know what you are talking about. How did i figure it out a prior yelp member mentioned it... They also say its on the register and now listed as a specialty pizza. Chris and haley were no help. Will give you a regular deep dish and say now what's the problem.... My answer you didn't give me what I asked for. If you can get pass that pizza is still good. Ordered a pizza from Jets on line. An hour and a half later with no delivery checked my checking account. They took the money but then it was put back into my account. Called and was told they had no order but they couldn't have accessed my checking account without an order. Complained to a manager who sounded like a teenager and she never apologized or offered to get me a pizza asap and then a supposed "owner" named Nick said they weren't taking phone orders and hung up on me. I am giving them a 2 because I do really like the pizza. I called in last night to order a pizza, and the connection was cutting in and out. It is what it is. However, I do have a serious problem with the young man that answered the phone. I tried to give him my card info, and because of the phone connection we had trouble understanding each other. On the third try the number was still wrong. On the fourth try he then yelled the number which was wrong. I asked him why he yelled and he aggressively said because that is what I told him. I hung up and ordered from a place down the street. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. The manager told me he knew who the employee was and that he had multiple complaints when the employee answered the phone. I asked him why, have him answer the phone then. No, reply. I have spent years in the service industry and was baffled by this. You have lost a customer for life. Shame because the bbq chicken pizza is really good. I would imagine they would want pleasant people on the phone since there is a pizza place basically on every corner. read more

You can read this entire review or you can just read my next statement in regard to Jet's Pizza: 8 Corner Crust or nothing at all. I've been enjoying Jet's for years. Their pizza is spot on and consistently good. Instead of a traditional thick crust, their rectangular pizzas feel and taste more like a foccacia than anything. It's really it's own unique style. The cheese goes all the way to the crust so you get this extra crispy edge on it. We always go for bold pepperoni as a topping, which is smaller and looks more like a pepperoni cup (aka. crispier and more delicious). They have a variety of sauces and you can pick how much/how little you want and divide your toppings if needed. Their sauce is great - not too sweet like some chains. Plenty of cheese on the pizza as well without being overwhelming. Don't waste your time getting banana peppers as a topping (if you get the normally) as they always end up burnt on the pizza. The Jet's Bread is always a win too, so plan to carb up! The only thing I'm not really a fan of are the wings. They aren't awful, there are just better places to get them. Four stars for this location only because it consistently takes over an hour to get the food to my house, but I've learned to adapt to it! read more

It hurts to write this review. Jet's earned our business several years ago. We pretty much forsook our previously (unnamed) favorite. We love the 4-corner. I really like their sauce, toppings were generous, and plenty of chewy cheese on their basically "fried" crust bottom. The toppings have become sparse, the sauce is painted on (I like plenty of sauce), and the cheese is 1/2 of what it used to be. Jet's - don't try to remove pizza toppings and cheese to get to a certain price-point. Make a great pizza and price it and I'll buy it. We've started ordering extra sauce and extra cheese (we shouldn't have to prompt you to make a good pizza), but even with those requests they remain marginal, at best. Yet every once in a while we get one that gets us to try it " one more time". But we are about done! Come back up to quality, Jets, or lose this customer. read more

I like trying new pizza joints, so I figured I would give this one a shot since I got an ad in the mail. Well the ordering process was painless and friendly enough. The pizza arrived quickly and is still hot. Unfortunately that is where the good times stopped. The crust is spongey and the sauce is flavorless. In fact, the whole pizza is pretty much about as flavorful as a piece of cardboard. The cheese and vegetables are rubbery and unappealing. Still liked the food, which we ordered for dinner tonight. Followed my own recommendations and got an antipasta salad and a large deep dish pepperoni pizza for my family of three (we like leftover pizza for breakfast). The pizza was as good as ever. Only one disappointment: The coupons I had weren't really coupons. They looked like coupons. They had items with pictures, prices and a small print. I wanted to use the one that said: "The Best of Jets-premium mozarella cheese and one topping" with prices that said "small 6.99, medium 7.99, large 10.99 and x-large 14.99" In small print it read: "Expires 5/1/11.......Must present coupon." Over the phone, I told them that I had thecoupon. Then, I asked, "Out of curiosity, how much is this pizza regularly?" Answer: $10.99. The guy then told me they weren't coupons, just suggestions to order. Well , it does say "must present coupon". This makes me mad. I will have to think next time if I like their pizza enough to over-ride this blatant dishonesty. So...I docked them a star. Pizza good. Truth in advertising...not so much. read more

Jet's was on the menu for our second office lunch while I was in Hilliard and I was loving the fact that the Jet's here is as consistent and well made as it is up in Michigan. The crust on the square was light and airy and well sauced and cheesed. Jet's Pizza in Hilliard is our all time favorite! I normally don't like deep dish pizza, but I Love, Love, LOVE the deep dish pizza from Jet's. It is not too doughy, not too hard. The edges are crisped perfectly. First off I recommend making your crust flavored. This is free, but they sometimes forget to ask you when you place the order. We prefer the Jet's Turbo Crust (romano, butter, and garlic). The flavor is subtle, but the butter garlic really adds a crispiness to the edges of the pizza, especially on the deep dish. We like the parmesan (shredded parm cheese, not the sprinkle kind) on thinner pizzas. We often get the Best of Jet's special on the website which is a one topping pizza at a special price. (You can add extra toppings which they will charge you for.) Another favorite of ours at Jet's is the NY Bold Fold. Sometimes we are craving a big wet sloppy pizza. (I know it doesn't sound appetizing, but it is really awesome.) The crust is pliable without being too wet. It comes with spicy pepperoni which is perfect for this type of pizza. Usually we get it w/o flavoring on the crust. Sometimes we will add parmesan or romano just because you can't have too much cheese. ;) Service is great! Pizzas are delivered in a timely manner and the driver is friendly. If you order ahead, it will arrive at the time you specify. It will be hot and fresh. We've also ordered thin pizzas and the round pizzas. But usually when we order from Jet's we are craving the Deep Dish and/or the Bold Fold. We have never been disappointed in any of the items we have ordered. We have not tried anything other than pizza so I cannot rate on these additional items. The kids like Flyers so I usually don't have a say in pizza pickings, but last night I got to be in charge and a friend recommended Jet's, so I went for it. We had a medium round with half pepperoni, half peppers and olives. It was baked perfectly. We also had a four corners pizza with half pineapple, half pineapple and ham. The crust was super thick. Both pizzas, but especially the deep dish, could have used more sauce and toppings, but I was pretty satisfied besides that. I like Jets but this location is terrible..didnt use to be but the last handful of times I ordered from there. It's either cold, missing items, takes well over the time that is estimated or they didn't send out my order all together once and didn't seem to know what they are doing. They charge a lot for extra toppings but half the time you don't even get what you paid for. Compared to other places there prices are higher..so you pay more but get less. read more

I stumbled upon Jet's while waiting for the Cuzzin's Frozen Yogurt to open up one day. I walked inside Jet's to grab a breadstick or something for myself and my 2-year old. The worker was very nice and told me about the $5 deal that included 2 slices of pizza and a pop. So, we tried it. It was SO good and brought back memories of the old Little Caesar's back in the day when they made awesome pizza. I convinced my husband to try it and he loved it as well. It is consistently delicious and I loooove the crispy cheese on the edges of the square pizza (which is the only kind we have tried). Very good pizza. Very good price! read more
