Pizza is good but they have cut the pieces basically in half and charge more for their pizza. I understand everyone raising prices but cutting amount in almost half not so much. Pricey for what you get, I just wished I didn't like it so much read more

I love Jets pizza but today I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a pizza and chicken wings for my family for Mother's Day dinner we had been out running around all day. Placed the order and it was supposed to be ready at 5:55. Got there at 5:53 and hey said it was not ready asked my name and saw I paid online. I sat and waited multiple people asked my name and if I was waiting. Finally 30 minutes later I ask them if there's a problem and they realize my food has been ready the whole time. Just sitting in the warmer waiting. The employee asks if I would like a new pizza, but after waiting 30 minutes in the store I just took my cold food home. I love jets and this is the first bad experience, hopefully next time is much better. read more

Worst Italian sub (Jetzee) I've have in Columbus. Undercooked, soft doughy sub bun with a small amount of meat and cheese. Cheese was barely melted and meat wasn't cooked at all due to them not having the correct conveyer belt speed on their oven. Ordered a pizza and it was also soggy and undercooked. Ordered two sides of marinara and didn't receive either. Step your game up. There's a reason why you have the lowest stars of ANY Jet's around town. read more

I am shocked to see Jet's Pizza rated at less than 5 stars. Shocked. If there is another pizza place that is better, please respond to this review and let me know. Their square pizza is the king of pizzas. This isn't just from me, but my friends always ask about Jets when they come over for football games, gatherings, etc. The BBQ Chicken is awesome and the regular (pep, sausage, etc) is also very solid and you will NOT be disappointed. The crust was good - thin and crispy. That was the only good thing. The sauce was tasteless. Although there was very little actually there so maybe that was the problem. There was plenty of cheese but it was just kind of globbed on top and it, too, was tasteless. First time ordering from Jet's and it will be our last. read more

Very unprofessional employees and drivers! They said they will come out in 45 mins, but didn't come out until an hour and 20 mins. Then my husband called and the the guy that answered it hung up on him saying he was there. We have 2 door bells and a phone number!! I tried Jets for the first time about 4 months ago and it is now my new favorite! I love the $5 pizza deal and also the Turbo crust (butter, garlic, and parmesan/romano). We ordered a pizza last night from the Hilliard location and an order of jets bread. The pizza arrived in about 20-25 minutes which was awesome, but they forgot our jets bread. The driver politely apologized several times and said he could send out another driver but it would be another 20-25 minutes. I said not to worry about it, and they adjusted my total bill and removed the price of the bread. About five minutes later, I received a call from the manager of the Jets in Hilliard. He apologized for the mishap in the order, and said he would be sending out another driver anyways with the bread. I was really impressed with the level of customer service the manager, driver and employees at this location possessed. About ten minutes after the phone call, a new driver showed up to our door with not only the bread, but also another large pizza, on the house. I truly appreciated this gesture and the time they took to make sure their customers were happy. I will continue to order from Jets and will always recommend them for their product but also their great customer service. read more

This is by far one of the best pizza places we have eaten at. Their pizza is great and they have a variety of great sauces to choose from too. Our favorite is the rance dressing, unlike anywhere else. Jet's bread is great too!! You've gotta try it. read more

We have been ordering from Jets since they opened in Hilliard. Always ordered the 4/8 corners and never had any complaints. Last night we decided to order a thin crust and were we surprised. It was terrible! It had exactly 10 pieces of pep and the crust was raw. A major dissapiontment. read more
