The pizza is amazing. The wings are dreamy, and the ranch deserves its own national holiday. This has to be my new favorite fast food delivery pizza chain. My friend enticed me to try it after posting a tantalizing Instagram post of her dish on her story. I love ordering the Triple Cheese Turbo Stix and customizing it to my liking by topping it off with extra mozzarella cheese, light green peppers, light black olives, onions, pineapple and hamburger meat. Yum. The ranch dipping sauce is the perfect combo for me. There was one thing I did HATE dealing with Jet's Pizza. I attempted to put an online order through their website and it did not go through. I received no message that my order didn't process. Also the money was removed from my account. Imagine the disappointment when your hungry and are expecting your meal at a certain time. Man, do I love me some Jet's pizza. And truthfully, it's probably my favorite pizza in the area (and maybe ever). I started out getting Jet's through Grub Hub, even though it was only down the street from where I was. Typically we'd get a large pizza with that delicious butter crust and an order of breadsticks. Delivery would always be prompt and the drivers were always friendly. The pizza was always hot and fresh. The last order I placed online was for pick-up. Again, I got my pizza and breadsticks. I stopped by this location to pick up my order and I was a little early. Both staff members who waited on me were beyond friendly. One noticed I ordered incorrectly, which over-charged me and made sure it was taken off of my bill, which I thought was great and honestly wasn't something I would have ever have realized I did wrong. Okay, so their pizza is so good. So much cheese and pepperoni. The butter crust on their dough is phenomenal. The dough is the perfect consistency and the spices are so great, with the right amount of oregano. Every time I've ordered pizza here, I've always eaten so much more than I ever would because it's always so delicious. I recommend ordering online or through Grub Hub as their own online ordering gets to be a little confusing- they'll even admit it to you, but overall, this pizza is fire and I don't think there is anything better out there and I can't wait to order pizza from Jet's again. read more

So, being from New England, I'm not a fan of deep dish Chicago style pizza but I was very curious about this Detroit style crispy crust but deep. The first time I ordered, I didn't specify that I wanted the deep dish so I got a plain crust circle pizza. Is was okay - I've had better. The second time - I made sure to order the 8 corner pizza (saw they also making smaller ones). Holy hell - it's amazing!! The cheese is stretchy and melty. Crust is amazing!! I've ordered to pick up now 4 times and it's ready in the timeframe they give you which is typically 20 min. Even after carrying out - it's delicious. The place is small so mostly for delivery and takeout. They have a small parking lot next to it and it's in an unexpected spot next to a veterinarian hospital. The first couple times calling in the order was difficult since they had me repeat several times what i was ordering. And my boyfriend said once that they guy helping the customers was frustrated with the kitchen for continuously getting orders incorrect. Thankfully our order has always been correct and aside from the chaos at times there, the pizza is worth it. read more

Food was good but the delivery was a joke. The driver called me and said he would meet me on the street out front of our hotel. I tried to clarify that I'd meet him in the lobby but he said no on the street. So went to the trouble to go out on the street and instead of being by the door he's at the other end of the block. Clearly not paying attention because as I tried to flag him to pull up to the front of the building but he didn't move. So I have to walk to the other end of the block and he doesn't even get out of the car, he just rolls his window down and hands me the food and leaves. OMG!!! The customer service is phenomenal!! I originally ordered via UberEats, big mistake, my order was delivered completely wrong. I got someone else's order. I called Jets Pizza directly and told them the issue, I got someone else's pizza and to boot it's covered in mushrooms which I'm deadly allergic to. I was placed on hold and the Manager answered. He advised that my order was still there and they would deliver my order immediately. They did exactly that! I have never had Jets Pizza before today. It was DELICIOUS!!!
