Best sushi I've had along Colfax to date. Everything Jett sushi does is perfection. The spicy garlic edamame is seasoned and marinated in what can only be described as pure bliss. An order of Crab Rangoon is also a must here. Really any sushi item you order will be excellent. I ordered a couple of hand rolls that were divine. Highly recommend Jett Sushi- dine in or take away (which is what we did)- it'll be great.

Jett Sushi is like my second home at this point. While I'd love to gatekeep this place, I need them around for the rest of my life! Their food is fantastic - my husband and I love the Heart Attack, the Smokey Roll, and the Spicy Mango Roll. That said, we've tried a majority of the menu and have truly never eaten anything we haven't loved. Not only is the food great, but the service is impeccable. No matter the server, they treat you like family (though like a previous review stated, David IS THE national treasure!). They have been more than willing to accommodate any requests, food allergies, taste preferences, etc. I've brought numerous family members and friends here and they have all claimed it is either the best, or one of the best sushi experiences they've ever had. Their BOGO drink deal is also such a steal and my partner is obsessed with their house sake. We typically go earlier in the day on weekends, so sometimes the projectors aren't on yet, but we do not mind a bit. There is very rarely a wait, and even with a packed house the food comes out quickly and with a smile. Please try Jett Sushi! Maybe I'll see ya there. ;-)

Jett Sushi is absolutely amazing!! The food the atmosphere the staff man they all just hit it out the park with their amazing food!! Highly Highly would recommend if you're in the area stop by and meet david absolutely amazing waiter!!

The place is quiet and comfortable and service and preparation is delightful. Our favorite is the Smokey roll which is always outstanding and we're crazy about the spicy edamame. The calamari was too smoky and tough.

This is such a great place! We were immediately seated and our server David was so kind and treated us like regulars even though it was our first time visiting Denver. The sushi was delicious and honestly so beautiful. The restaurant is very clean, the projections on the walls are a nice touch, and an overall relaxing environment. We'll definitely come back when we visit again!

3rd visit in so many years, and the food is still very good, on par with the top sushi places in Denver - great combos and creative rolls. The presentation is also fairly unique - the dry ice presentation is pretty cool. Gotta say tho, the restaurant decor is not as nice as it was since they seem to have become more karaoke centric - projectors and monitors that show music vids w/ lyrics.

I came for dinner on a Tuesday night and there wasn't a wait. The restaurant has plenty of seating and a bar area. The server was super attentive and ensured a pleasant experience. I ordered the Spicy Blue Crab Roll and Christmas Roll. The fish was fresh and tasty. For dessert I ordered strawberry mochi ice cream which was also very good.

A few of the amazing dishes we tried

The food, service and presentation was some of the best I have experienced. Highly recommend Jett Sushi!

I ordered take-out from this place after finding it on Yelp and was surprised at the large portions and delicious food! The staff was very friendly when I picked up my order and made sure to double check they had everything for me.

They offer cocktails and a light food menu + Charcuterie. I was first to arrive, but shortly later another 10 persons arrived in various groups. Plenty of seating on 2 floors. I sat at the 2 sided bar. I asked for recommendations. They have a classic French champagne, Domaine Berthold Cremant d'Alsace, normally $18 for $9. Crisp and refreshing. I got the Hummus and Onion Dill dip plate with crackers & veggies with red peppers, heirloom carrots, radishes and apple slices. I paired it with a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Lots of minerality but not as sweet from Sauvignon Blanc's from New Zealand. Next was the Brioche Melt with cappiola, Brie and raspberry habanero jam & Spanish potato chips. Jennie recommended the Barahonda Monastrell from Spain. A fuller bodied red wine with a bit of tannin to compliment the sandwich. They do not have a service charge, but do add a credit card fee. Very enjoyable happy hour. Jennie said reservations are not necessary on Fri or Sat. They have occasional wine events and you can create your own wine flights.

As our walk got longer and extended we found ourselves in this little pocket of business area in the Park Hill neighborhood. Come to think of it, I have utilized a good handful of the restaurants in the last 5 years or so and Neighbors was one of them. I remember one of my friends (out of touch) and I came here for a flight of mezcal or tequila or some sort. The Yelp review I wrote back then dated over 5+ years. It all of a sudden became a moment of "walking back the memory lane". The time was 8:40pm or so. Although the restaurant doesn't close until 10pm, the kitchen was about to close (at 9pm.) Our stomach was still quite full from the dinner; we only needed after dinner drinks. Monday night at 8:45pm, the bar barely had any people in it. Dimly lit, the ambiance was quite exquisite. We noticed all sorts of wine cork art decorations on the walls and even the ceiling The kind waitress of ours allowed me to sample a few different reds (a Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi and a blend from Washington state.) Although the blend smelled better on the nose, the Cabernet tasted better on the palate. Decision making as to which one came easy: the Cabernet was the winner. I'm not much of a jammy Cabernet person. This Cab from Lodi, no wonder, appealed to me. Very structured, not necessarily velvety either and yet it's got a good character to it. The name of it is Klinker Brick (and the vintage is 2023). As of early June 2026, a glass of this solid Cab is/was $14.25. It became a nice "after dinner" wine to settle into the late night. As I stated earlier, this is a little picket of neighborhood that's mostly consisted of beautiful homes with $900k ranges. Unless you specifically do searches for restaurants in the very area, this will easily escape many people's notice. But that's the charm of it. Being away from the so-called "hip town vibes", I like this little quiet spot. And this wine bar's existence in it perfectly fits the description.

Ok no big deal I guess - it didn't look very busy, but these things happen. We were sat and our server took our drink order right away. The cocktails were very good - I tried the Living on a Pear which was very refreshing and the rest of our party had the 1858 which they liked a lot. Once we got our drinks no one came by for 30 minutes and I had to flag someone down to bring us some water. At 30 minutes we asked if chips and guac was an option while the kitchen was "temporarily not serving food" but the server said all the fryers were full with fries so no they can't do that. Ok... so we continued to wait. It was around the 45 minute mark we were able to order so they were true to their word. This is what we ordered: - Pork Belly Bacon Scoops - these were just ok. The fries were nothing to write home about and there wasn't a lot of toppings. The pork belly bits were very small and kind of hard and chewy. The sauce was decent, but just not enough of it. - Li'l Wig - I'm sad to say this was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I requested medium rare and I don't know what the patty is made out of it, but it resembled more like meatloaf than a burger. It was very dense and had a strong gamey taste, reminded me more of bison or venison. Idk, it was just not very good. I only took a few bites and left the rest. The brioche bun was tasty and so was the W sauce. The fries were really good and had a nice crunch. I wish the appetizer used those fries instead. The service was inconsistent. We were barely checked on until the very end when we had a few different people come by and refill waters / bring the check. We never saw our original server again. It is a nice vibe inside, great lighting and decor with both indoor and outdoor seating, but I don't think I'll be returning. The bill was $133 for 3 drinks, 1 app, and 3 burgers. Felt pretty let down leaving still hungry and over $150 in the hole (after tip). Hoping it was just a fluke and other people have better experiences there.

Cons for this paragraph is the wait for the food is ridiculous. Why 45 min at least for any dishes. If you're ordering multiple. They're not coming out all at once. The appetizer orecchiette we got was tasty in regard to the texture. Nicely al dente. But it was extremely salted and extremely sour. Unsure of what flavor profile they want to have. Our server recommended the roasted chicken to be the most seasoned dish. I'm not sure whatever they marinated actually puncture the meat. It was cook well but virtually no flavor. Not any difference if you just boil chicken breast by itself. Everything was really pricey for no reason. Sure it was a good size? But if you compare it to restaurants located in downtown, a similar dish is at least 8-10$ cheaper. $14 for a basket of shoes string fries, $41 for roasted chicken and $43 for steak? On par with coors field at least. My assumption is that any new coming restaurants at the Stanley market is just a test run with a safety net to see if the restaurant actually performs well if it was a stand alone business.

I usually get two of them because it is so creamy and delicious. I also like the salami a lot, probably my second, and the lox/salmon is good, too. PS, you can also recork your bottle if you aren't a pro wine drinker for the board & bottle special. It's truly a no-brainer for the price to go ahead and get that bottle and 4 slices for a mere $25. My friend also ordered the salad with the candied walnuts, and when it came out, it had barely any toppings. She almost was too shy to say something, but I spoke up for her and the kitchen remade her salad with no issue, luckily, it was much better the second time around Our server was super sweet and attentive. I don't think we got a name though. Thank you for a nice time!

They also had their AC blasting which helped cool us off from the heat outside. Our server was great and quickly took our order and received waters. Our appetizer came out pretty quickly and I do want to call out that the guac looked like it was sitting out for some time. Once our 3rd person arrived, we ordered our food and drinks. Drinks came out pretty quickly. The elderflower prickly pear drink was stellar and pretty strong! I would definitely come back just for that drink! Food tasted great! Tacos were seasoned well. I do wish they had spicier salsa options but that's just my preference. I also think the tacos should be doubled up with tortillas because they started falling apart and made it difficult to eat. I ended up just eating the inside of the tacos and left the tortilla. Overall though, nothing bad that would deter me from visiting again. It was a good experience! I would definitely return.

Three of us had driven from significant distances. Two were late, due to crazy snow. Our friend had made reservations for the high-top table IN THE BAR AREA. Upon arrival, the hostess DID mention to our organizer that the table was ours until 6. That sounded odd, but certainly they wouldn't expect us to leave if we're still eating and drinking, right? We were having a great time, and being gracious despite a few issues, like my friend getting a strangely colored margarita that tasted bad -- unlike her first, or any of the others in the entire restaurant. She explained and asked for it to be remade. Another girl brings it back again, making her re-explain. She begrudgingly took it back and replaced it. At 5:40, as people started bugging out, our snow-delayed friend arrived and our waitress took her food order, along with another friend's order for a pitcher of beer. They arrived quickly. At 5:50, we got a visit from manager Alex, asking us to wrap things up and leave. We were confused, and asked why this was necessary, since we were in the BAR section, had just been served food and beer, and people were leaving. Alex was not amenable to applying practicality to the situation. My friend who'd just been served her pitcher of beer asked which option she was supposed to exercise...pay for and leave her full pitcher, or slam it and then drive home to Boulder. Alex didn't like that, and reluctantly offered to comp the quesadilla and beer -- like it was some grand gesture. As we gathered our things, more customers left, leaving four seats open around the actual bar. EUREKA! We didn't have to leave! My friend and I sat in two, and two others sat across from us. We knew we'd find one more, and we did. Cool, right? Nope. Alex confronts me and says, I noticed you guys moved to the bar. (I thought I was being punked.) So I reply, "Yes, is there a problem with us taking available seats after having to leave our table?" He says something about us being rude. To which I said, "I'm not being rude. If you're referring to us talking amongst each other about how this situation was handled, we have the right to speak." He then informed us he was cutting us off. I wasn't one of the ones comped, and we weren't drunk. He just didn't like that we pushed back. He left, and seconds later, the drink I'd ordered before this "chat" was placed in front of me. When Alex saw it, he pulled bartender Hunter aside and had words with him. Which made matters worse, because Hunter is so kind, and he knew we were cool. Anyway, I happily sipped my drink, and we started watching the Avs. We weren't obnoxious, but it was loud, and since we were seated across the bar from each other, we needed to shout a bit. Around this time, we noticed the table we'd been forced to vacate was STILL EMPTY -- 20 minutes after being booted from it. The table right next to it? Also empty. A few minutes later, we noticed he'd moved some girls who'd been at the bar since our arrival TO OUR TABLE. Obviously to make it look like the party that wanted it had shown up. So I took a pic of that with my phone. And a video of how many seats and tables were open. Nobody knew what I was doing, or cared, except Alex, who'd been spying on us. He comes back AGAIN, suddenly claiming our "BEHAVIOR" is a problem. Despite us trying to reason with him about what this experience was like for us as customers, he tells us to leave. I have been kicked out of two bars in my life. Once justifiably at age 22, and again on this day, age 60. All because of a manager on a power trip. We ended up going to Mezcal four miles away where the food and the service were exemplary, and we were welcomed! Lady Nomada? Lady, No-thank-you. You can't defend a policy like that, take a food and drink order right before the time limit, take our table and then harass us for not liking it. There are too many cantinas out there to treat people this way.
