Jetties is getting better every time. Stopped in for a bite and beer Saturday afternoon. Wife and I split a double smash patty melt that was good, but a little too small to split. Side of onion rings were also good, but slightly undercooked (could taste the uncooked batter). Service was off the charts great though so we will be back!

Visited Lake Arrowhead from West LA for a long three day weekend and because we were staying at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa we decided to walk over to the village and grab some breakfast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We chose Jetties because of its proximity to the water and it really does have great views of the lake.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We already tried the waffle place on our last visit so we really wanted to try something new. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They don't have a very large breakfast menu, but the restaurant itself is large and comfortable so it seemed like a great place to try.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will say that the food is pretty good, not great, more of breakfast sandwiches, don't think full service or a large menu. Also, the service itself was not the best or most polite, but I understand smaller towns are not known for their service usually given limited staff. They have a very large parking lot attached just above the restaurant so parking is very easy. For this visit, I chose the Breakfast Smash, which was basically a very thin burger patty with a fried egg on top. It was honestly pretty small but the egg was cooked perfectly. I feel that this place would be a better option for lunch and I would be willing to give it another try in the future, but I can't recommend it for breakfast itself.

Went here for lunch not expecting to get a seat because the lake was bumpin! Got right in and a waterfront seat. I ordered THE BEST salad: grilled peach and burrata with grilled chicken. It has toasted almonds, pickled onions a yummy dressing. I was craving the whole day after. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was super loud in there, which normally isn't too bad but if you're going to catch up, be prepared.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Or don't sit by the door/fan

I disagree with the low average ratings on this spot! It's gorgeous on the interior and has a fantastic view of the lake, especially when it's cold or windy outside! Come in to get some great food or drinks at their cute bar. The milk shakes, tacos and breakfast were delicious. Super kid friendly. We always make a point to go here inside the Lake Arrowhead Village. It's the best place we've been to there, has good service and never overly busy.

Haven't been here in ages. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice place for lunch on the deck overlooking the lake.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very dog friendly. Brought our 2 GSDs and the establishment provided water for the pups![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was great. People are friendly. Menu has solid choices. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Environment was family friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Really nice atmosphere on a sunny Saturday before noon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Should come back for live music and beer specials! Weekday Wednesday stopped into Jettie's. Beautiful lakefront location with seating inside and outside. Happy hour for drinks, no food. I tried the Luxado Cherry, gin forward. Holy cow! Only need one and still can't drive. We split the Turkey Sandwich. My half was stuffed with turkey, nearly unable to put my mouth around it. The fries were really good, albeit lukewarm. But the oil used to fry them made them delicious. You must order at the bar counter and can seat yourself. Overall, would come again.

Cool spot with a good vibe but food was mediocre. That being said, it's still worth stopping by for a drink and some appetizers.

Just had the most perfect coastal lunch of my life! This fish & chips is LEGIT. Perfectly golden, ultra-crispy batter that shatters with every bite, and the fish inside is flaky, steaming hot, and tastes like it was pulled from the ocean five minutes ago. The fries are crisp outside, fluffy inside, and generously portioned (no skimpy handfuls here). Tartar sauce is clearly homemade -- creamy, tangy, with just the right dill kick. Even the coleslaw was fresh and crunchy. Lemon wedge on the side for that classic squeeze? Chef's kiss. But can we talk about THAT VIEW?! Eating this basket of fried perfection while staring out at sparkling blue water and distant mountains felt like I accidentally wandered into a postcard. The ocean breeze coming through the open windows made everything taste 10x better. Service was fast and friendly, prices are fair for the portion and quality, and they clearly know how to fry fish properly (no greasy soggy nonsense here). If you're anywhere near the coast and see this place, DO NOT HESITATE. 11/10 would demolish this basket again. My new happy place.

Love eating at Jetties! Fast, casual good food with a super lakefront view. Staff is friendly and the food and drinks are good. What more to ask for?

We came here for a nice lunch and we got an awesome view along with delicious food! When we walked in, we saw a sign that told us to order at the bar area. We were given menus and told we could sit at any table and when we were ready to order, to come up and place our order! To drink, I ordered the Jetties Mule and my husband got the Royal Oak Old Fashioned and both were great! For food, we got the fish tacos, side of fries, ahi tuna nachos and the chicken tortilla soup! Everything was delicious! The view of the water was beautiful! We really enjoyed our time here!

This restaurant was right in front of the lake so it was quite beautiful and scenic. We stopped by for a quick meal. We ordered the following: Nutella shake: this was for sure the highlight of the meal - not too sweet but perfect. Cauliflower tacos: better than expected. The cauliflower was crispy and well seasoned. Impossible burger: delicious! The sauce inside was tasty and the burger was cooked well. The garlic parm fries on the side were even better with mayo. Overall, the food was delicious and much better than expected. Great place for brunch.

Ask the Community - Jetties Waterfront Kitchen + Drink

Hello, what salad dressing options do you offer?

Hi! In addition to the salads on our current menu we have blue cheese and ranch. Our current salads can be found at https://www.jettiesla.com/menu

Do you have any dishes that may be lower sodium? I'm a dialysis patient and have to watch what I eat. Thanks.

Yes, we have meals low in sodium. Most of our ingredients are listed on our menu and you can decide what is best for you.

What are you business hours today and tomorrow (1/27-1/28)? I read from another Yelper that hours vary and not what's posted on Yelp or your website. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out. We will be open from 11am-8pm. We do sometimes have to close early if snow accumulates on the roadways to ensure our team gets home safely.

Do you host large groups, like 13 people?

It's a decent size restaurant. You order when you walk in and then sit down. You can definitely move tables around to accommodate your party. FYI food is not good at all.

Can I make reservations for 4? We traveling about 1 hr 40 mis away.

Jetties doesn’t take reservations but with plenty of seating inside and on our lakeside patio you should have no problem finding a table. See you soon!

Do they allow pets on outside sitting?

Yes! Our outdoor patio is pet friendly, see you soon!

Being my first time I like to gauge the staff/table ratio ti get an idea on wait time for service. While waiting for my friend, I noticed a large table off to the side having drinks and playing a card game. I was impressed seeing that they were consistently getting rounded on by their server. Finding out this was a family run small business made this even more impressive as it was a full house. Additionally, it felt like the entire bar was excitedly watching the FIFA game, which was surprising because the difference in noise level from the outside of the building was significant. From the bar perspective, the bartenders were so kind (A), provided short/sweet conversation and excellent recommendations (A+), AND gave us time to look over the menu without being pushy (A++). I tried the lavender buzz and the oso espresso martini, my girlfriend had a lavender lemonade seltzer both being DELICIOUS. We Comfortable chairs, bathrooms and business were clean, and water is available at any time by the door with a self serve station. Overall, great spot, amazing staff, great variety of beers and seltzers, the pizzas are killer, the nachos were perfect, cocktails were a hit, great space for watching a game or hosting a group apparently, and even better for a date night! Stoked to have a place like The Bear Trap in Big Bear. Already planning our next trip.

Hey Brian, I wanted…read moreto reach out about something that happened tonight that I feel you should know about. I also want to be clear that all of this transpired after you had already left for the evening. For context, I'm a regular at the bar and have been coming in for quite a while. I've never had a major issue with Brent or Steven, even though they both have personalities that can come across as sarcastic or abrasive. I've generally let it go because my reason for coming to the bar is simple: I come in to have a few beers, relax, and enjoy myself. Tonight, while I was still drinking one of my beers and had some left in the glass, Brent came by and took it away as if I was finished. I jokingly said something along the lines of, "I guess you're not going to let me finish the last bit." I wasn't upset and wasn't trying to start an argument. It was an obvious mistake that could have been solved with a simple apology. Instead, he responded with a snarky comment rather than acknowledging the mistake. Later, he brought another beer to my table. I made eye contact with him and before I could even say anything, he asked, "Do you want to say something to me?" I replied, "No, I just wanted to say thank you." His response was, "Your eyes are telling me differently." Again, I found that unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. At that point, I decided to leave a $0 tip. I normally tip very well, often around 30% or more, and this was the first time I've intentionally left no tip because I wanted to send a message that I was unhappy with the way I was being treated. After that, Steven came over and confronted me about leaving no tip. He asked if I was really zeroing it out and questioned me about whether something had happened between me and Brent. I told him that whatever issue I had was not his concern, and he responded, "Fair enough." I assumed that would be the end of it. Instead, Brent came outside and confronted me. He told me Steven had said I had a problem with him. I explained that I didn't have a personal problem with him; my issue was his attitude and the way he was treating me as a customer. Rather than listening, he became increasingly hostile. I reminded him that I'm a customer and that I'm only there to buy beer from the business. I'm not there to deal with sarcasm, attitude, or an employee's emotions. As a paying customer, the minimum I expect is basic respect. I shouldn't have to walk on eggshells or accept being spoken to disrespectfully while simply trying to enjoy a beer. That confrontation ended poorly and he went back inside. A short time later, he came back out and confronted me again, this time in front of other customers. The situation became even more uncomfortable because it was happening publicly. During that exchange, he ultimately told me that I was not welcome back. Again, I reminded him that I am a paying customer whose only purpose in being there is to support the business and enjoy a beer. I should not be getting into arguments with employees, being confronted in front of other patrons, or being told I'm not welcome because I expressed concerns about how I was being treated. The bigger issue is that, in my opinion, this isn't just about tonight. This has been months in the making. I've noticed a pattern with both Brent and Steven where they seem to have become comfortable treating customers with attitude and sarcasm in ways that shouldn't be acceptable in a customer-facing role. I've overlooked it many times because I enjoy the bar and didn't think it was worth making an issue out of. On the other hand, employees like Kim, Josh, and David have always treated me and other customers with professionalism and respect. They know how to joke around while still making customers feel welcome. I've never had an issue with them. From my perspective, the problem is specifically Brent and, to a lesser extent, Steven. Brent especially has developed a demeanor that I find unwelcoming, confrontational, and disrespectful toward customers. I don't think I'm the only person who feels this way. Tonight was simply the point where it crossed a line. I'm not sending this because I want anyone fired or punished. I simply think you should know what happened, especially since it all occurred after you had left. I've spent a lot of time and money at your establishment over the years, and I would hope that customers--especially regulars--can expect basic courtesy and respect from the people serving them. I wanted to give you my side of the story directly. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

The folks/beertenders were very friendly and you can tell they're enthusiastic about craft beer and the craft beer community. I've only visited once, but I've been told that they regularly rotate out their taps and have cans of local and not so local breweries for sale out of the fridge. At the time of my visit, I noticed some cans from some of my favorite breweries in the LA and SD area. The place feels like a craft beer oasis in that it's a bit of a destination and I'm not sure what else is around. Although, to be fair, I don't live in the immediate area and don't really know the area that well in terms of craft beer offerings. Definitely a spot I would like to frequent. There seemed to be plenty parking when I went. Not sure if it get's really crowded when some more of the surrounding businesses are open, but I had plenty of spaces to chose from.
