We came on a sunday at 11pm, so felt like there were minimal serving staff, so food took longer than expected, but the serving staff was very nice, and attentive. Service, environment, cleanliness, cute holiday decorations, sports on TV, 4.5 out of 5 Food was more of a 3, best thing we got was the Poke nachos, loved the fried wonton chips, nice cuts of tuna, great toppings. regular fries and parmesan fries were good, standard restaurant fries Philly cheese steak was ok, meat was good, bread was too thick and chewie. Burger was ok, average meat and bread. Fish and chips were ok, nice crisp, batter not too dense, needed seasoning, very plain. Chicken wings were ok, little dry, not too much flavor. As a returning customer, unfortunately this visit wasn't as good as the last one I called Ahed to make sure they were dog friendly, which they are. I sat on the patio with my German shepherd and my Doberman. I even came inside to let the lady with green hair know that I was outside. I was completely unattended. No one came out to check on us. No one asked if we needed anything. The good news is I ordered the fish and chips and it came out a little bit cold and I was unfortunately disappointed. I really enjoyed this place. I really enjoyed the view but unfortunately the service didn't live up to the hype And by the way I still left a 22% tip I'm not that type of patron who won't leave a tip, but I was really disappointed with the service. I like to take my dogs to arrowhead village and bop around from restaurant to restaurant order a beer and a small appetizer and just explore. Visited Lake Arrowhead from West LA for a long three day weekend and because we were staying at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa we decided to walk over to the village and grab some breakfast. We chose Jetties because of its proximity to the water and it really does have great views of the lake. We already tried the waffle place on our last visit so we really wanted to try something new. They don't have a very large breakfast menu, but the restaurant itself is large and comfortable so it seemed like a great place to try. I will say that the food is pretty good, not great, more of breakfast sandwiches, don't think full service or a large menu. Also, the service itself was not the best or most polite, but I understand smaller towns are not known for their service usually given limited staff. They have a very large parking lot attached just above the restaurant so parking is very easy. For this visit, I chose the Breakfast Smash, which was basically a very thin burger patty with a fried egg on top. It was honestly pretty small but the egg was cooked perfectly. I feel that this place would be a better option for lunch and I would be willing to give it another try in the future, but I can't recommend it for breakfast itself. read more

Weekday Wednesday stopped into Jettie's. Beautiful lakefront location with seating inside and outside. Happy hour for drinks, no food. I tried the Luxado Cherry, gin forward. Holy cow! Only need one and still can't drive. We split the Turkey Sandwich. My half was stuffed with turkey, nearly unable to put my mouth around it. The fries were really good, albeit lukewarm. We ordered the following: Nutella shake: this was for sure the highlight of the meal - not too sweet but perfect. Cauliflower tacos: better than expected. The cauliflower was crispy and well seasoned. Impossible burger: delicious! The sauce inside was tasty and the burger was cooked well. The garlic parm fries on the side were even better with mayo. Looking for something tasty with a lovely view?? This is the spot, with inside and outside dining. Ordering was a bit...odd. You need to find a table and then place your order at the counter so....divide and conquer essentially. The counter ordering takes a while because it's at the bar. So the staff is taking orders in between making drinks, including any that you happened to make. Naturally, we thought the food would take a while to come out. It was no more than 10 minutes. They find you based on the number on your table. Like I said, the view is breathtaking. Finding a table, especially with a group larger than 5, can be a task. Especially, since they didn't seem to be cleaned consistently. Probably due to it being a self-seating joint. Overall, all the food was flavorful. I do wish the poke tower actually came with ...chips? My favorite was the crab cakes. The drinks were okay, hardly any salt/tajin on the rim and the drink was subdued. I'd venture back and try it out the happy hour items. If you need any condiments, extra napkins, or you're missing something; be sure to ask when getting your food. Otherwise, you might not get another chance. I do appreciate that the restroom is kept clean and well stocked. read more

The positives: this place has GLORIOUS VIEWS and I appreciate how they advertise their inclusiveness/being LBGTQ-friendly. The food was delivered VERY QUICKLY and I loved the crispiness of the fries. That being said...ordering was a nightmare for my friend. We were given menus for outside seating with instructions to "come inside to order"; that part was clear...but not where or how. My friend went in first to order and it took forever. She said the employees kept telling her to go to other registers then ignored her. She finally asked a female employee if she could order and was told "I'm busy helping someone else." What very unwelcoming vibes; maybe they hate tourists? Maybe it was just someone having a bad day?? I went directly to a male employee who switched me to a different register "due to some issues with them" but then he immediately took my order. The burgers were okay and the gluten free bun was a little crumbly (which can be usual with those). My friend's Ribeye Tacos were so spicy hot her lip lines got inflamed. I asked if the menu described them as hot/spicy...she said no. Eek! So even though my personal experience here was meh to okay...I was upset about my friend's bad experience...because it was her idea (and longtime dream) to explore Lake Arrowhead and this really put a damper on our day. Happy Hour is offered Monday-Friday 3:00pm-5:00pm (excluding holidays) and includes burgers w/ fries, tacos w/ chips, wings, margaritas & more. We tried the nachos and chicken tenders - both delicious for what they are - bar food/quick bites. I'd recommend Jetties for reasonably priced quick service food with a great view. The family and I came in for lunch January 2nd. We were shocked at how busy it was, which is always a good sign. We found a table on the outside patio. I waited at the table while my husband went inside to place our order at the counter. After placing the order he returned to the table with a numbered placard. We enjoyed people watching while waiting for our food to arrive. The food came out in a timely manner but was overall disappointing. The portion sizes have dramatically decreased over the years and the prices have inflated. We were shocked- there was seriously one piece of chicken on the chicken nachos- the ahi was decent and the lettuce crisp. The best thing on our table was the fries- yikes!!! This place used to be called Woody's, we have been coming here for over 20 years. We had no idea this place changed it's been a few years since we have been up here. It is still really beautiful overlooking the lake with lots of windows. You walk in they greet you but you go to the bar to take your order and they give you a number and bring it to your table. We came here with our friend and his two girls, the kids all order chicken strips and fries, we ordered fish n chips and shared cause I wasn't that hungry. But wow the fish batter was perfectly light not to thick so you actually get bites of fish. It was so good, the fried were pretty darn good too. Our kids enjoyed their meal we enjoyed ours, our friend ordered the burger and fries but didn't take a photo. The guy who took our order at the bar was friendly and nice but didn't catch his name, the girl who brought our food was nice too. We had a nice time the kids had fun and enjoyed their chicken strips too. It was so beautiful looking out the window with the fog getting thicker you couldn't even see the lake. They do have parking but we walked a little way to get to the restaurant but it wasn't too far. Lots of parking around and very busy. We really enjoyed our meal, absolutely will be back again since this is our old stopping grounds and we love this area. It's a bit confusing to figure out where to order or if there is a hostess but once we figured it out it is a very easy and fast way of attending to customers. You order your food at the bar they let you look over their menu which has a lot of options. Once you've ordered they hand you a number and you sit down at a table of your choice. They are friendly and very quick to bring out your food. I had their classic smash burger which was delicious, juicy and flavorful! The sweet potato fries were a bit too hard sadly but their original fries were amazing crispy and soft on the inside just like I like them. My husband had to share with me. It's an American bar. The food is excellent. I had the 4 x 4 Smashburger that was awesome. My wife had the patty melt that was excellent. We watched the nacho platters go by and they were amazing. The wing orders were also ample. So, wings and nachos for dinner not a bad call. In addition, they have four dollar domestic beer but the good stuff is only nine bucks. Not bad for Lakeside view. The tacos had zero flavor and no salt. The salsa was from a packet and has again no flavor. The burger was overcooked. Service is sparse on a busy day after new years. What's the point of tipping when no one even comes to check on your order? Ambiance is the only reason I give it 2 stars. It has a good view of the lake. This place definitely has taken one of the most spectacular views of Lake arrowhead and the marina. Everything was clean and new and we decided to try a couple of snacks to go with our drinks. Had lunch and dinner here while visiting Lake Arrowhead - it's a good casual spot! It has Great Lake views that are visible whether you sit in or outside. We had salads and the pole nachos. The salads were pretty good and did really like the nachos - lots of flavor and a good amount of tuna. I think there could be improvement in the communication between the person taking down orders and the kitchen/bar - our second visit, they completely forgot our drinks and forgot to put chicken on one of the salads (paid extra for it). read more

Big space. Nice view. Decent food. Long wait. Upon entering, it looked quite empty but you need to go inside to the bar area and place order on the counter. They will give you a number for the table. Like a fast casual place, but with restaurant vibe and price. Staff was nice but food took like 30+ minutes to come out. Not sure if they're understaffed all the time or only during our visit since it's holiday season. Each food give or take is about 20 bucks. Burger was small but delicious and came with lots of fries. Fried chicken caesar salad was alright, chicken was juicy and came with a lot of shaved parmesan. You can sit inside and enjoy the lakeview through the big, clear window. Or outside with the wind. The outdoor area was closed at the time of our visit. We ordered to-go (thinking we were gonna sit elsewhere). Us and a couple of other groups decided to sit there anyway and they were cool with it. This is a order first, find your own table type of establishment. The food comes out quick and hot. Tried their Caesar Chicken Salad Wrap and West Coast Smash. The wrap is filled with lots of salad and a small amount of protein. The West Coast Smash is a double patty burger that reminds me of In N Out. Fries have nicely battered and fried. The kids meal burger is the same size as a regular burger, I would highly recommend it if you're able to get this (comes with fountain drink).
