I just got an oil change and I'm already low and they said that my car is old when my car is a 2016 model and that it tends to use up a lot of oil which is insane. I've never had this problem before and then they had the audacity to give me more oil that was not the proper kind of oil that I used. I came here in April for an oil change, this is the jiffy lube I usually come to for years for my oil changes and I usually pay between 100-130$. Upon leaving for work the next day I noticed something saturating my drive way. After checking it was confirmed to be oil. I had to take another morning off from work to go back to the Alhambra jiffy lube to find out what was going on. After coming back Jose the manager told me that it was their error they did not put the seal on properly and that is why the oil went all over my drive way. They apologized and said they would fix it and my next oil change would be complimentary/free to rectify the situation as I now have an oil mess at home I have to deal with at my own expense and I had to take off time from work to come back. I was ok with that and appreciated them trying to make it right. Jose told me he would put a note in the system and to reference him the next time I come (mind you I had someone with me who also heard this conversation). Fast forward to today, I came in for my next oil change. I let the check in guy know immediately about the last situation and about what Jose said, he said he saw the note but he needed manager approval which shouldn't be a problem. I waited for 45 minutes, I watched cars behind me come in and out while I waited only to be told by Adrian the shift lead that I had to come back AGAIN when a manager was there to get the free oil change that the note Jose put was not clear and he could only give me 25$ my $130 oil change. Adrian stated no managers are there on a Sunday. So now after coming back a third time they want me to come back a 4th time and had me waiting here for nothing. This is unbelievable. I needed an oil change today because I'm going on a road trip. So I opted to pay today for the oil change $130 with my own $15 off coupon so $115.11 total and I am not happy, this was not right. In addition today's service was not as good as before, they use to wash your windshield and check tire pressure and put your sticker on... none of that today. Adrian offered to put my sticker on after he saw me struggling to take the peel off. I am even wondering if they checked my fluids as no one even went over what they did on my car with me today, it was clear they just wanted me out of there. Lastly, I asked for the manager Jose to call me but to be honest it doesn't even matter now it's been a headache and I'm not expecting a call back. I don't even know who the real manager is at this point. All I know is I did nothing to cause this and I have been more than understanding and a loyal customer. All I expected was for them to keep their word and make it right because I understand mistakes happen but unfortunately here I am having to write a review because it's just too much and I don't trust them anymore. read more

Got a full synthetic oil change, but no explanations of what services are going to be provided. No findings made or talked about and they didn't even reset my service engine soon light so I'm driving around with that light still on. They didn't check my cabin air filter and I didn't notice them checking the wiper fluid, the windshield wipers or the engine air filter and I was paying attention. When the work was done, they had me pull forward out of the work bay and wait outside for about 10 minutes while other cars were being done, Ignoring me, two workers were in the bay next to me just doing their stuff and I'm just sitting in my car waiting for I don't know what. Another few minutes go by and a worker comes and tells me the price, I give him the cash and he walks off, takes several more minutes to come back with the receipt and the change, hands it to me and says OK, you're done. When I asked him what did they find? He said it's on the receipt and if it's not there, they probably don't have the item in stock. So I just looked at him and said what about the air filters or the windshield wipers or the wiper fluid and he said that's all under the hood that was already done. So then I just said OK and I drove away, unsatisfied with no answers. I didn't wanna be a Karen and complain or make a scene! read more

First of all not only did they NOT screw on the oil pan on a car after an oil change went back and they said they had lost the screws and did not have zip ties to tie back the oil pan! WHAT??????
