The tech was super efficient and did great work. However.... I'm charged for 5 quarts of oil when the max my car holds is 3.9 with a new filter? And the price they charge per quart is 75% more than what you can get it at Target, much less if you got it in a 5 quart jug. Learned my lesson not doing it myself or not going to a local mom and pop. I don't know about you, but that invoice sure looks like they're charging for product you're not getting. Also, $35 for not even 10 minutes of labor? Worker said they make minimum wage, and that's what they charge? Ludacris. Update after talking with someone from the location: states there's nothing they can do as it's all controlled by corporate. Call to corporate: there's nothing we can do as it's a franchise. Please don't go here. I don't know what type of scamming shit they got going on but in one month my oil levels signal went off. I don't even drive that much. I'm a student so I don't know how this is possible when I came back to let them know supposedly that just happens. I paid over $200. the hole in the wall by my house charges me way less and this is never happened. I came here under the impression it was gonna be quality and professional. I've taken two cars here for oil changes and they were quick and efficient both times and never tried to sell me on something that I didn't need. Both times I got the oil changed and they didn't ask me to pay for anything else. You drive in and stay in your car. They put an ac tube in my back window so that I would be comfortable... I thought that was very thoughtful. They also wash down your front and back windows. Little touches like that make me feel like they care about their customers. I always check for coupons online but prices seem normal for the area. I usually go during the day and there is no wait. read more

Been here countless times over the years, always an awesome experience. The crew is always friendly, always fast. I'm usually in and out in 20 mins or less. I would HIGHLY recommend not going on the weekend, Monday through Friday is always best. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for a while now and never had an issue (occasionally they filled my oil too much and it would leak for three days or so) this time I thought it would be the same situation. Instead my car leaked oil for three weeks! I decided to go to a different auto place to check and it turns out Jiffy Lube did not place my new filter correctly. While I do love the service, PLEASE PLEASE double check your work!! You could've messed up my car! I will now be more cautions going to a Jiffy Lube. read more

Today I got my third oil change at Jiffy Lube. I found them fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I went in without an appointment and they took me immediately. The technicians appear knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If you give them your email address they will periodically send you coupons. I used one today and saved $20. read more

Quick and fast oil change. Angie was the person that changed my oil. Loved it. You can't go wrong with jiffy lube.

1. Asked if they perform all items for the signature service, I was told yes. 2. Then he told no exterior window cleaning due to rain. My windows were bad, and the service does not exclude rainy days. 3. Told me I had to remain in the car as the lobby was under construction. Lie #1. It was not under construction. 4 told the cannot be vacuumed due to the construction. When asked more. I was told the service bays were also under construction and that nothing was working. Lie # 2 and 3. 5. Asked to see the manager and David said he was the manager. Lie # 4. He is the 'lead' and I have to come back to see his boss. When mentioned that I would create a negative review, he just laughed. When mentioned that he needs to have some customer service training, he laughed and said I needed customer training. I will be contacting his boss and the company. I'd recommend getting car care elsewhere. read more

Staff is completely fast and very safely attentive. My new go to location to have my car running for years to come. My last visit was to service several things in my vehicle, was in and out within a hour. Covid Safety is important to them, so you do not have to leave your vehicle, wear a mask since they wear theirs and they take your vehicle information and then proceed to do the work, gloves are worn so just provide credit card information and easy as that. read more

Absolutely terrible service. What kind of oil change location forgets to tighten/torque the oil pan nut???? Completely asinine....took my truck here prior to driving for 2hrs on the road. Needless to say, the lack of oil has now damaged something within the motor. At least 2 qts of oil was lost and now a valve tick is present Management will be contacted. See attached photos for your reference. Service was done today 2/12/2021 UPDATE 02/13/21 Spoke to the manager on duty, "Lazaro". I explained that the dipstick was completely dry when I found the puddle of oil under my truck. He indicated that the loss of 2qts of oil, despite sitting in traffic for 2hrs, would not cause any audible sounds or damage to the engine. Hard to believe... I was instructed to come back on Monday to speak to the District Manager. Will provide a further update. read more

I went in today to get a oil change not really a fan of jiffy lube due to some problems I had with them years ago 10+ years ago, but this jiffy lube in Alhambra surpassed my expectations very good service and seemed very professional at what they were doing . Went for an oil change at around 8am which is about the time they open. I honestly didn't know the process there. It had been years of me not taking a car to get serviced @ a shop. ( our mechanic moved very very far) I got off the car and some gentleman said I can stay in the car and they would take care of the rest. I was like ohhh ok :) So back in the car I went lol Sure enough that's how it went down lol I stayed in the car the whole time. It is pricey compared to what my mechanic used to charge me BUT I did love that I was able to stay in the car while these guys worked on my car. They were very nice, friendly & very professional. I also learned they have coupons but that was the following day when I read the reviews lmfao Seriously though I would definitely go back! I do recommend taking your car there. Until next time! Fast service. Brought my own oil/filter and I mentioned twice to service manager that my car needed 4.5 quartz. He assured me that the technician filling my engine will know. I watched the technician fill my engine up with 5 quartz (some spilled incidentally). They proceeded to ask me to start my engine with ~5 quartz of oil in the engine (as a professional you should never start an engine that's been overfilled, which can cause damage to engine components) . They even chastised me for leveraging Google as the source of truth. Unfortunately, this was not the first incident. The last time they treated me with more dignity for their mess up. This time, they acted like they were doing me a favor. I understand that it's difficult to make everyone happy all of the time but not cool to shame customers for trying to limit damage to their vehicles. I stayed calm through the course of the situation. I can't say the guys at Jiffy was able to hold the same level of calm. They armed themselves with a level of defensiveness and rudeness that can only be described as unacceptable across any professional service. I won't disclose names because I think the guys there are good people and everyone's hurting in this economy. Would I go back? Likely a no go for me. read more

Just want to give an update on my experience so far, it has been 2 months after my post and nothing has been done. I did get a response from guest relations. They were apologetic on the situation They forwarded my info to David from the Alhambra location. Did not get an apology from David for their negligence or any type of compensation or refund. Not asking for a compensation for the car repairs but a minimum a refund for the oil change that was not properly done. After speaking to David on the phone, he said he was going to talk to his associates on correcting this issue in the future. read more

He looked at it and told me yes, but that there were several cars ahead of me if I wanted to wait, estimating 1hour. 45 minutes later he had me pull up to the stall, looked at my car, checked his computer and told me that they're out of stock on my filter. I took my motor home for an oil change today. I went to this store because it was closer than the Downey store where I have gone before. I called on Saturday to make sure they could accommodate (height and width of motor home). I drove up around 9:10am. I spoke to a female employee and she told me to pull up to the service bay. As l drove closer to the entrance she began to guide me in with hand signals. I knew that I couldn't go fully in but only partially to go over the in ground access area. I had previously taken my RV to the Downey store before and they drove it in using two employees. One to get in the RV and the other to guide in forward and watch the height and the sides. As l inched closer into the bay I heard a loud band. The woman who was guiding me looked toward the right side of my RV. My first thought was that the A/C and or the Cell phone antenna hit the roll up gate. When I backed up and got out to see what part of the RV was involved in the banging I notice that awning arm toward the front of the RV struck the right side of the bay entrance. The awning was pushed to the rear of the RV about 3 inches. At that point I decided not to risk any more damage to the RV. I told the female employee that I was not going to have them perform the oil change and I was going to the Downey store for the service. What bothers me most of this whole ordeal is that the woman or the man who l also spoke to in the office did not apologize for what happened and from my perception did not seemed too concerned about what just happened. I ended up going to the Downey store and they performed the service with no problems. read more

THEY OWE ME A NEW OIL FILTER HOUSING! Ridiculous. In December 2018 i went in for an oil change and they said they couldnt remove the housing on my corolla due to it being too tight. So they told me to return later that day when the manager arrives.. So i left. When i returned the manager still wasnt there but another employee tried to take it off and did. So i thought cool... But they didnt mention that the fins on the housing that connect to the adapter for removal broke. Went to another place to get an oil change last week and they notified me that theu couldnt do it because of that reason. So today i called amd spoke to the shop manager ("for the day") and he told me he would check the notes of my last service to see if that was mentioned but that he would call me back. NEVER RETURNED THE CALL so I called 25 mins before closing and he wasnt there. UNPROFESSIONAL! Also, the lady i spoke to when i first called explaining the problem started talking to me like i was a friend messing around saying "oooohhhh sure Juan Carlos, this isnt jiffy lube its Jack in the Box...". This experience gets worse every time with this place. And she was trying to tell me that i was supposed to be back a long time ago for another service (3 months she said) when my sticker says [next service at 84,989] not even knowing how little i drive this work commuter car (18 miles round trip!). read more
