NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN Got an oil change from here 2 weeks ago (almost $100) and all of a sudden my oil light is coming on my dash today. Fortunately I had to take it to the Subaru dealer for other service today so I mentioned it to them. Jiffy lube DIDNT replace one of the gaskets properly which is causing my oil to leak, therefore causing my oil light to come on. Way to go jiffy lube- you've lost another customer. read more

This was my third time to Jiffy Lube, i went with a coupon and was told the standard non-synthetic oil was cheap and not good for my engine. I told this Jiffy Lube clerk that i have been using this cheap oil forever and no problems, he persisted and pushed me to switch to the much more expensive sythetic. I refused, so he gave in and supposively installed the "cheap" Penzoil oil. Minutes latter, the clerk said the car was ready, but when i got home, i noticed that they did not put a sticker in my upper right windsheild. A week latter, I was watching TV and learned that JIffy Lube was running a scam all across America. They were charging for work not done. Now im sure i was ripped off. No sticker = work not done. I think i will have to start doing my own oil changes to make sure the job gets done! read more

Just terrible. First time in with my girlfriend, they didn't have her filter. No big deal, but not so good for a business that deals specifically with oil changes. Second time in with another car, they change the oil and "vacuum" the floor. Complete lie. They also "check" other fluids and claim bla bla bla. I respectfully decline the services as I check and change them regularly. In fact, only reason i cane in for the oil change was due to a lack of time. Anyway, fast forward a day and the car feels funny. Never again jiffy lube. Never again. And customer service personnel were also hard to find and unfriendly. read more

Fantastic and incredible service. The mechanic, George, was eager and very helpful with repairing my vehicle for me. He ensured and delivered expedient customer service. I felt like a King. He was even very kind and humorous to tell me, the he would carry me to my seat, as I wait for my vehicle to be finished from its repairs. Why this place gets bad reviews I have no idea why. I come here every time I have a maintenance issue and my problem is quickly resolved with excellent concerned service. Thank you George for your help. I go to Jiffy Lube in Alhambra, CA on a regular basis and have done so for many years. Admittedly, I am always suspicious of the mechanics there, many who have filtered in and out and more who look as if they were trained at a correctional facility; however, and for the most part, the service is always generally quick and done well. Yes, there is pressure to add-on services, but they quickly back down if you stay your ground. Yesterday, I drove to the place. I was quickly approached by Andre who asked if he could help. I told him that my car's computer was indicating a need for an oil and filter change. I was far too early for it. He stated, "No Problem" and proceeded to adjust my car's computer. These guys are just plain lazy. So, apparently my Mini only takes the finest of oils, which happened to cost 80 bucks! Ok, fine. Since I know that they -- are supposed to -- wash your windows, vacuum the interior and put air in the tires, I called it even and waited for my car to finish being serviced. Unfortunately, they totally skipped out on vacuuming and did a pretty haphazard job of smearing old rags into my windows (see the pics below). Disastrous. Will not be returning here - the least they could've done is vacuum and provide a proper window washing, given I paid so much for my oil change. -_-/ read more

I happened to stop here because I had an hour to kill before a meeting with the County, up the street. I informed the CR who approached me I was on a bit of a time crunch and he promised to get me out in 30 or less. Wow!! Been a long time customer at this location. Always happy with service until today. Went in for a simple oil change. I asked for the price of windshield wipers. The cashier said they were $14.99. When I received my bill it was nearly $70 when I expected it to be about $55. I asked her what happened to the price? She said, "Well, the wipers are $14.99 each." She never stated each wiper was $14.99. I would never pay this much money for wipers when I could easily go to O'Reilley's Auto Parts and get them for $7.49 each and they are so kind they have actually put them on for free!! I decided rather than argue about the situation and stress myself out further, I'd pay for everything and just go home to do my research online as well as contact the stores to confirm the availability of the wipers. O'Reilly's proved to be far cheaper so I called Jiffy Lupe to talk with the manager. A young man answered my call. He claimed the manager was not there at the moment. I told the person what happened. I said I'd like a price adjustment. Next thing I know he either hung up or put down the phone and never came back. Alright, now that's not very professional. I gave the person the benefit of the doubt and called back. He hung up. Tried one more time. He answered and when I said hello, he said, "Oh, it's just another crank caller," then hung up again!! As someone who is disabled and currently struggling to get around with the use of a walker this treatment and behavior is absolutely appalling!!! If you are either a woman or disabled I suggest staying clear of this location. They clearly need new management or perhaps a whole new staff of employees. read more

This is really a bad place for changing oil. First their staff broken the oil seal of my car, when I got home I noticed that my car was leaking oil so I back to their shop. They made me late for my job schedule. At that night when I got off from work and I drove my car on I-10 freeway, the bottom engine cover of my car suddenly fallen down from my car. It never happened in the last few years. I think it must be wrongly mounted by their staff, so I back to their shop in the next morning, a manager named Fernando told me he would order the engine cover for me and wanted me back after one week, I back to their shop after one week, Fernando said they lost my contact information and the part hasn't arrived yet. He wanted me to wait for two more weeks. Two weeks later I back to the shop, Fernando said he had already told his boss to order the part for me but it has not arrived yet so I still need to wait and he didn't know how long I still had to wait, I told him I don't trust them any more and I will leave a bad review for them. Until now they never call me to explain the case status so I have to leave such a review like this here for them. NEVER CHANGE OIL IN THIS SHOP, YOUR CAR WILL BE DAMAGE AND THEY WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT! read more

This is my first time here. When I arrived the guy was short staffed but soon after another employee came. He showed me that I was low on oil and coolant but said he would take care of it. Also suggested that j get synthetic oil for my 2012 Nissan Sentra. Which at first he thought was a Nissan Vera. Not sure if he even took a look to see what type of car it was. Said I can choose which ever oil I wanted. But said the better choice would be the synthetic or that one that was recommended to get for my car. If I got the other type of oil it would burn out fast. So I choose the 62 dollar synthetic oil. I also had 13 dollar coupon. The guy was really friendly, I always feel scared to go to places like this because I am a car noob. So I ended up paying 58 with my coupon . When I stepped into my car thought my mats had oil all over the floor carpet. A huge foot print definitely not mine. Because I'm a size 6 in shoe. read more
