Which, I really appreciated this, even though I didn't get it done today . After asking about their bad reviews online, he informed me he was new to this location. I pulled up to Jiffy Lube b/c of the great experience at the Vista location- turns out all JL are not equal! When asked what kind of oil I wanted I asked them to pull up my records (via license plate or vin) and do the same as last time (btw they never did). I also asked for new wiper blades which I know can be hard to find for my car. A few minutes into the oil change one of the young men asked how long it had been since my last oil change- why b/c he couldn't find the filter????? At that point I called JL Vista who kindly pulled up my records 9/23/21 via my phone #. Now I'm getting nervous do these kids know what they're doing? When they finished the credit card machine was down so after multiple tries I had to trust Jackson with my digits and leave to take my son into the city. On the way to Atlanta that eve the new wiper flys off into oblivion!!!! Thankfully no one got hurt - the next day is pouring rain but I called and told them. The following day I drove back and spent 2.5 hours there while 3 young kids try to figure out what windshield wiper blades fit on my car. They go to the parts store and I gave them my phone #. They came back empty handed. Why they didn't call from the store so I could go on with my day is a mystery???? Promised blades the next day at noon. Jiffy Lube fan for years, but won't come back to this location. Went in for oil change end of September. I overheard technician complaining about the undercarriage splash guard. Got home and found the splash guard not put back correctly - several missing bolts and half of it not even secured to the vehicle. I went ahead and secured it back on myself with extra bolts and fasteners I had on hand. Few weeks later, car starts dripping oil on my driveway. I came in for oil change I purchased a Groupon before coming and I purchased the wrong Oil type but the assistant manager Bradley was so amazing to where he was able to help me out. The Groupon i purchase was 39.99 but the type of oil changed i needed would have been 65.99. He gave me a great deal on my oil change my tire rotation and a free glass clean as well. I like how all my needs were met. I didn't have any complaints about my visit here. I ended up paying 50$ for the whole package instead of 70$. I will definitely come back here again. My first visit here was fairly positive. I came to get the oil changed in a Ram 1500 and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes, which pleased me. The staff I interacted with were friendly. The waiting area was not as nice as other Jiffy Lubes I've been to. The area was a bit cramped and, although not noticeably dirty, felt dingy and/or dated. Not necessarily a deal breaker for me, but it could be improved upon. I took 1 star off due to the staff not resetting the oil meter on my dash. I didn't specifically ask them to do this as I assumed since I was paying for an oil change service this would be taken care of. Having to pull over into a parking lot and shut my vehicle back off to reset the meter myself was a bit of an inconvenience. I'm glad I noticed it before putting too many miles on the truck. I will be more intentional about this during the next oil change. Another star was removed for the cost. My oil change consisted of 7 quarts of synthetic-blend oil and 1 oil filter. Jiffy Lube charged $68 for this. I personally feel that is on the significantly high side. I would visit this location again in a pinch, but I believe I will shop around for my next oil change. read more

I was not impressed when I came by this location this morning. I needed to get the oil in my car changed. I therefore decided to take a drive down this road from Windward and look for one of those quick oil change places. This was the first one I came to. Getting in wasn't particularly easy, but that's not their fault. The prices were exceptionally high; It cost $54 to get the oil changed, and they didn't even use synthetic oil. They also topped off the anti-freeze, and that cost another $4 to do. While I don't expect a shop to be really clean, this one was definitely not. All in all, I was not impressed, and probably won't be back. read more

Worst service and customer service ever!!! I had my boyfriend Brian bring my van in for an oil change, while there they discovered I had no breaks, and no AC.. I paid over $1,100.00 for AC compressor , breaks, rotors. My mini van quit running while on lift because the workers poured break fluid all over the engine block and other places because they were careless while refilling my break fluid after bleeding my breaks. I believe this is what caused the damage to my board because it stopped running seconds after the overfill. All I know is they could not finish the work because the van would not restart, again because the car would not turn over right after the overfill. I had to have Brian have it towed off the lift, and was forced to pay for incomplete work. We were told to bring the van back to have the AC work finished. When ford told us the board was wet and the reason why the van would not start we remember what Brian said happened right after the over flow. The board needed to be replaced for just over $1,300.00, when we told them what ford said, they laughed at us saying they did not do it, it was do to age of my van, not the carelessness. Funny right? I had Brian drive it in there and it was towed off the lift, but they did nothing wrong. After I paid for the repairs I brought it back to them to finish the AC work I paid for, I was told no, they are not going to do any more work for me, the work I paid for, or the board. Damaged my car. They put blocks under my car to lift it to rotate the tires and when they placed the blocks they put them right on the body of my car. When it lifted it bent the plastic and they could hardly open my driver side door when it was lifted. They didn't even notice it, I had to stop them. The guy doing the work was completely unprofessional and with an attitude said "well it's either that or no tire rotation!". Needless to say I will never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. If they have that much lack of respect for my car who knows what else they did or didn't do when I wasn't looking. read more

I got right in and that was good. But they kept asking for more money to do different things -- even stuff that they did not check. Also, they said certain things were ok when they were not checked. For instance, they did not look at my battery, but they said it was fine. Problem is that the battery is in the trunk and they never looked in the trunk. I went in for an emissions inspections and did not realize they do other things like oil changes, change wiper blades, check tire pressure and top up fluids. I was out in thirty minutes. They even explained the difference between synthetic blend and synthetic oils, shared a coupon and gave me advice as to what my vehicle actually needed. My tire came off my vehicle in heavy traffic causing severe damage to my vehicle and personal property almost causing a potential catastrophic accident the next day after a tire rotation service less than 60 miles because the technician failed to properly secure my lug nuts. They admitted to this when I went back to file the report by stating they forgot to perform the second tightening when the car was on the ground. They also admitted to only rotating the left side which was one of the tires that came off. The drivers rear tire which is the left rear. I along with others could have been seriously injured or killed. Major mistake. Don't use this company if you value your life. I have pictures. If you value your life and others, don't get your tires rotated at this location. They failed to properly tighten my lug nuts resulting in my tire coming off while driving in heavy traffic the next day less than 60 miles of driving causing severe damage to my vehicle and to personal property that my tire struck after coming off. This could have been catastrophic if the tire caused a more severe accident. They admitted they did not perform the second tightening of the lug nuts and failed to complete the service per standard procedures. I have pictures. Don't ever go to Jiffy Lube! Devontre B. admitted they only rotated the left side of the truck which was one of the tires that came off (the driver's side rear) and that the tech Zachary B did not do the second torch tighten when the vehicle was on the ground. I have failed to get a response from Jiffy Lube corporate Claims Department. This occurred at Store 2184 at 207 South Main Street Alpharetta Georgia 30201. If I am not contacted by the EOB today 11/12/2018 taking full responsibility with a satisfactory resolution and settlement offer to compensate me in full for the damages and all expenses including car rental, and insurance cost such as deductible to my truck and the business owners sign. Actually I want this to be filed on Jiffy Lubes Insurance for obvious reasons and I expect additional monetary compensation for the horrible very terrifying experience and lost time from work caused by such negligence by the "professional" team at your location. You are so lucky no one was physically hurt much less killed. If this is not addressed immediately I will have my attorney contact you to discuss moving forward. Wow it was bad. They said they would pre-order my brakes so that I could come in and it would only take 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later they were done. And they told me something had broke also. So I got in my car and started to drive off and my car could barely drive it was so messed up. Went back to talk to them and they said a wear and tare part broke (while up on a jack....). Got so mad I took it to express down the street and they told me that the part jiffy lube said was broken was fine......but that they had forgotten to bolt my tires back on. I came here yesterday to get their basic oil change service yesterday. It costs $45.00 and according to their website, this is what they CLAIM to do: "Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change is comprehensive preventive maintenance to check, change, inspect, flush, fill and clean essential systems and components of your vehicle." Well maybe it's because I'm a young woman and they thought they could take advantage of me. They weren't busy. I was the only one waiting and was in and out in 15 minutes. I get in my car and check the dashboard to look at my tire pressures. EXACTLY the same as when I dropped it off. Also of note there was a ten pound difference between the front and back tires. So clearly they did not check my tire pressures like they claimed. Also they did not vacuum or clean the Windows (also included in the service). So I called the store, and they denied my claims. I told them I would return and showed them the PSI numbers for each tire on my dash, and the obviously not vacuumed floors. Who knows what else they didn't do that I paid for. So they apologized, finally admitted to their mistake, and took my car back to fix the tire pressures. Here's the funniest part. As compensation they gave me a Thanksgiving coupon for half off my next oil change there. Which expires in a week. Seriously? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! read more

While they were pretty fast about it and the price was initially reasonable. The manager brought me in the old cabin air filter which were very much due for a change. He told me it cost $15.99 but after they changed it and was ringing up the bill, he said that I misheard him and it was actually $59.99! The $15.99 for an engine air filter that I didnt need. When I first heard $15.99 I looked up online how much they were at the local Autozone...$16.99, thats the only reason I told him to go ahead and do it. If he would have said that it was $60 I would have told him NO WAY!...He tried to give me every discount he could but $25 off is far from the $44 difference. A $34 oil change turned into $88 of annoyance. I was VERY displeased that he told me about it AFTER it was all done and he couldnt take it out. NOT COOL! I have a 2011 Volvo and they obviously have no idea what to do with it!!! Took an hour, cost $90 and I'm still not sure my car won't explode! After watching the first mechanic attempt to rip my car apart with brute force, I came outside to voice my concern, at which he got very annoyed and said fine I'll get my manager. The man in line to be serviced after me? Got in his car and left, after that display of incompetence. I asked before I drove in how much the oil change would cost, 45.99 is what I was told. Upon getting the bill, there was a $ 6 additional charge for the "special filter". I have NEVER been charged extra for this Sonata filter, not at the dealer or other oil change places, as it is a standard filter, costing $6.63 at Walmart, so a $ 6 SURPRISE extra charge seems just to be a way to inflate the charges. Honestly I've been letting Jiffy Lube service my cars since I was 16 (I'm now 31) and I've always had great experiences and this location was no different. I called ahead of time to get a quote, it was straight forward and very competitive (I had a headlight bulb replaced) and the price was the same when I arrived, no wishy washy-ness.
