I visited this Jiffy Lube for an oil change during the week, on a Tuesday I believe. I stopped in and told them what I needed. They proceeded to ask me all the necessary questions about what kind of oil and all that. I wasn't too sure, because this was my fiancés car, and I was taking care of it while she was gone. He gave me many options and explained everything to me. I can't remember the guy's name, but he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I am highly upset because not only did i trust them to service me with integrity and honesty, but i paid hard earned money that could have been spent else where. I moved to Sandy Springs years ago and have faithfully been going here for oil changes. No issues, the usual banter with people who have become familiar because of how consistent i have been coming here. So you can imagine the fury I'm feeling learning that they are sneaky, grèedy, dishonest, and who knows how many times this has happened to me or others... My oil being changed this last time around seemed off, it seemed too soon but "oh well i can't drive around with 10% oil in my car" so i went to get my car serviced like normal only to forget i had a tune up appointment with my mechanic coming up (which includes an oil change).... i still went for my tune up and he still drained the oil because i didn't mention that i had just got an oil change. Only for my mechanic to be completely confused by that because as he says "what was done" he begins to pour out this black, tarry looking oil, mind you, i just got my "oil changed" on 12/6 and i was meeting my mechanic on the 13th. Not only did it seem my oil was never drained but they just poured SOME oil on top of what was there. I emphasize SOME because my car takes 5-8qts and not only did the jug pour out to 4qts, there was already about 1qt worth of oil in there previously. This is crazy, mind blowing and a complete waste of money. Every staff member here goes above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure each and every customer is taken care of professionally and responsibly. So, I took my car for a simple synthetic oil change, nothing more. When I agreed to the work to be done I was quoted $109.50. Service was quickafter I rebuffed the usual up sales for "necessary" fluids, cabin filter, etc which were all recently replaced prior to my purchase of the vehicle. I simply wanted to replace the conventional oil with fully synthetic. When it was time to check out, the total I was told needed to be paid to release the vehicle had climed to over $140.00. I was showed an additional "labor" charge of $25. Of course, this was met by my objection. Then I was offered $10 off the bill as a "gesture of good faith" which I quickly rejected as well. They did not even bother to explain the up charge. When I threatened to involve law inforcement, they quickly took the agreed upon cost for admission and handed the key over. 15 minutes! Ha. I had the worst time trying to have this location honor my complete Groupon... I had a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation and fluid top off. They asked me to come back for the rotation and for 5 attempts in 2 months they couldn't accomadate. I show up in the morning and spoke to the manager but he said the break lift person would not be in unit 10am. I asked for the manager to top off my fluid bc it was not done. He said hi team didn't do that bc they had not received the order yet. At this point I don't even know if they put full synthetic oil in my car. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. Our son had his oil changed at this location. They did not reattach his skid panel correctly. We are very lucky he did not get hurt. He had a long road trip in a rural area and his skid panel was dragging. When he could safely stop and get under the car to figure out what was wrong, he and his Scout buddies helped him get the panel off. As you can see from the photo, 1/4 of the panel is gone. This is for a 2020 Honda Civic. The part is over $800. Labor will cost $160. We have been unsuccessful in getting store manager, Ken, Oliver, to return our calls after he said he was going to order the part. It is now been several weeks. My local Honda dealership has the part in stock so I know that is not the issue. This problem will be escalated to corporate level for resolution. read more

If a no star was avail you would have done it. After leaving my car and entering the waiting area I immediately went on the line for the register to ask a few questions. One couple was helped before me and the attendant disappeared after telling me he would be right with me. Next, as I continue to wait, the same attendant disappeared and returned later only to completely ignored my presence at the counter while he helped others. After a substantial time not being helped I noticed a car that arrived well after me being put into service so I stepped out and said something. The response was for a confrontational manager to come in and bully me. It was a brazen enough attack that the only other person in the waiting room commented he would also be mad/upset in my situation. Next, the manager Torrance, came in and handed me my keys saying they refused to work on my car. As I was leaving I asked for an explanation and he said they don't serve rude people?!?! Then there were several men employees that bullied me as I left. Including the one that ignored me in the first place. It is honestly the worst I have ever been treated by any business. And the fact 5 young men ganged up on a 50 year old woman is not only deplorable but borderline worth a 911 call. read more

I was able to get an oil change in less than 30 minutes, so I did appreciate the timeliness. Couple of thing to note: I asked the tech if my tires were ok. He told me he couldn't check them because the machine was broken. On the receipt, it said I decline it. Nope, Jiffy Lube didn't check it. When I started the car, I noticed that Maintenance light was still on, which is supposed to be reset upon oil changes. The tech didn't know how to reset it, and asked another tech. Simply wanted to get my tires rotated. Went the first day and they said they did not have the proper personnel to rotate the tires. I understand the employment situation so I left to come another day but to call before I went. Next day I called in the morning they said the tech would be in at 1 o'clock. Before I left I called again and they said they were ready to rotate tires for me. When I get there one of the employees comes out and greets me and says they do not service Audis or Subarus anymore. I said I just wanted to get my tires rotated and ask for the manager. Manager then agreed that they would rotate the tires and told me to pull my car in line. But five minutes later he comes out and said can't change your tires today because our air pump is down. So two days attempting to get my tires rotated which is a very simple exercise for a garage and no luck. No communication with regards to the employees regarding tools working or not working and company policy regarding working on certain vehicles. It reminded me of the gang that couldn't shoot straight. Certainly will not be returning to this place anytime in the near future! read more

The guy before me in line some how ended up having to pay 105$ for a full synthetic blend, which I understand can be expensive, but over $100 for an oil change is ridiculous. I thought using Groupon would help save me a little money but they still manages to tack on an additional 12 dollars on top of the $57 I paid for the Groupon, so I still ended up paying the same amount. While I was there they told me my car had all these bogus problems ( I know better so I denied the excess services ) and because I wouldn't let them scam me, they did not put the cover back on when they finished my oil change. They are great for a fast oil change. They are horribly overpriced for other services (my girlfriend was sold a new set of spark plugs with installation for $200, -- they didn't need to be changed) My one observation regarding oil changes is that they check off everything on their checklist without doing the items. Either remove the items from the paperwork, or only check a CHECKLIST ITEM once it's done. Examples from today: They did not: Clean any glass (windows or windshield) Vacuum carpets Check tire pressure Place sticker. All were checked off as completed. Has me wondering if they didn't complete these, what others are they not doing? Update 7/14 Back in for an oil change again. The oil change itself was quick. They continue to check all boxes on the receipt, but not really do the checks. They still did not: Top off fluids (washer fluid was empty) Check tire pressure Clean all windows Vacuum floor Place sticker Either do the things listed on your form that you are chor remove them. Slowest service in the world! Honestly the longest I've ever waited. I'm use to driving up and not even leaving my car. Here they bring you to a waiting room and then you can sit and watch the employees standing out back chatting, laughing and no working on any of the four cars in the garage. Ridiculous. Found out the next day when I went to use my windshield washer- it was empty even though it was noted that they added fluid. Opened my hood to find the top of my battery protector not connected as well. Did they even give me a oil change? Seriously would not recommend to anyone. *and note that I wasn't the only one with problems. A lady was sitting in the waiting room prior to my arrival and she finally had to ask where her car was: she was heading out of town and had an appointment to make. Took my Mustang into this location about 30 minutes ago. Asked them for synthetic and told the girl at the counter I was walking across the street for Starbucks. When I walked back and sat down, I could see my car in the first lane. While watching, I see the mechanic sit in my car and raise his hands out the window to a friend and pose. Then, he turns on the engine and starts REVVING THE ENGINE as loudly as he can for his friends. (If you don't know, revving the engine while in park is awful for a car.) When he turns his head and realizes I'm seeing all this, he points at me and says "this guy knows what he got!" Never in my life have I seen mechanics at an oil change place act this amateurishly. They want to make sure you car is taken care of - and let you know costs associated with maintenance. You don't have to say yes! This location is in a prime location - so expect 20 minutes for an oil change, but know they are taking care of your car. I've been here a few times because I'm lazy and live close. That said, they totally rip off everyone that walks in that door. I have a company car, so I have required maintenance that includes much more than an oil change. I have never seen them do any of the maintenance on the list outside of the oil change...yet they charge my company for everything on the list. We asked specifically for windshield wiper fluid to be checked. On the receipt it said windshield wiper fluid was checked. I was still 100% out of windshield wiper fluid. Went to Walmart and refilled it myself. Receipt also said they added a sticker saying when my next oil change is. They did not. My windshield still has the same mileage from the previous oils change (not from Joffy lube). Said they vaccumed the car interior. It was obviously not done. There were still a few leaves I tracked in on the floor. I didn't need this done so it doesn't bother me that it didn't happen. But, you shouldn't say that you did something when you so obviously blatantly did not do that service. It makes me wonder if you even bothered to change the oil on the car. Absolutely ridiculous. This doesn't include the previous time I came for an oil change and you didn't open on time, you opened nearly an hour after your posted time. And the poor employee sent to open couldn't even get into the building because he didn't have a key. I came back because your location is so close and I assumed the delayed open was a one time fluke. read more

I took my car in to get an O2 sensor replaced. They told me it would take 20-25 minutes at the most. An hour and a half later, during which they blared obnoxiously loud music, one of the supervisors yelled at workers directly outside the waiting area (and all customers could hear every word, including the profanity), and none of their employees wore, I asked for an update 3 times. I was either hushed or dismissed. An employee just popped his head in and told me it would be 20-25 minutes. I am in disbelief. Extremely unhappy with this beyond unprofessional behavior. read more

They were really honest. I thought I needed another oil change because my car was telling me Maintence Needed Soon but these guys informed me that the last place must not have reset the alert system. I don't need an oil change for another 7,000 miles because my car uses synethetic oil! There were itemized items marked 'complete' on my invoice that definitely were not completed. They were vacuum floors and wash exterior windows. Not a big deal that they weren't done, I didn't even expect those services. It just makes me wonder what else was marked complete that wasn't actually done. Next day I went back and Marquis (sp?) refunded the amount for the "special " oil filter. He should be promoted to a higher position like the supervisor who gave me the runaround about the up charge. Regardless, the next day the rain appeared and the strange question: re my windshield wipers came back into play. My perfect wipers are no longer perfect. I don't know what they did but I will be contacting them again. I suspect their legal department will be interested in hearing about this entire situation. In retrospect I'm now wondering about the oil they put in my car. The receipt said it was Pennzoil, but it came out of a white plastic container which could have held maple syrup. PLUS as with ALL containers that carry hazardous they must be marked via MSDS standards. read more
