Needed an oil change because I was passed the Aladdin miles and while driving from Kroger Fuel decided to have it taken care of while it was nearby The challenge was deciding what type of oil I should get. I'm still not sure that I made the right choice but I got high mileage. It's cost $85.99 versus $79.99 but I was able to use a 20% off coupon. Now here's where the Service part of this review went well. Pro:They checked my wipers and I purchased new ones for $15 each and also confirm for me that I should repair my oil filter. Con:Here's where the value part it comes into question . Usually a new air filter is included in the cost of an oil change. I noticed someone else had a similar comment regarding the coolant and so I made sure to ask if I needed it to be topped off and they filled it up for me. But I had to ask. Pro: Once you get an oil change here if you ever run low, you're able to go back for free top offs. Con: The struggle for me is I honestly don't know if I got the type of oil that I requested because they have really large containers versus individual bottles that show you exactly what you're getting. And other locations that I've visited I've seen the brand and oil type which made me felt at ease and that it was not a bait and switch situation. I can only trust that this place is reputable, but I will say that the men were very friendly and quick. Well done read more

I got my oil changed 2 months ago and it was very quick. They then upsold me on getting my engine filter replaced when it didn't need replacing. Today my engine splash shield/ underbody panel detached while on the highway and I had to get it fixed because it was dragging. Found out that this jiffy lube location did not put the screws back in after getting my oil changed. Not sure how that happens. read more

Went for an oil change, did the same old "your air filter is dirty. No thanks, I'll buy one and replace it myself" spiel. By the time I went to change it myself, I opened the hood and found the filter compartment open and the old filter laying on the wheel well. Drove my car cross country from LA to GA and it got me and my co-pilot pup Hela to our new destination safely. However, the car needed some lovin' after that trek - most noticeably - the breaks. They started screeching so I called on a Tuesday morning around 8am and after the manager gave me the highs & lows I said I'd be in that morning. I drove over and was greeted by Pablo who had the cheeriest smile and treats for my service pup. He reviewed my needs and then laid out the plan and pricing. Then he went to work. Don't be tricked. Yelp and the jiffy lube website claim that they have emissions testing. They do not. They have a sign up that says no inspector on duty. From the looks of it, that sign is pretty much permanent. read more

I had a great experience here. I arrived and was quickly greeted by a woman. She showed me the guest area and was very courteous. My service was quick. They vacummed my car and didn't offer me services I didn't need. The only thing I would change is that I didn't care to have my car waiting for me in front, running (with the key in it) and the door wide open. It's still the city so I wanted to rush to my car before someone else saw the opportunity to grab a car and go. I also don't like the door wide open because... bugs. This center charged me $100 for a brake flued replacement in February 2022. In June 2022 Curry Honda was doing unrelated work on my car and suggested that I replace the brake fluid in the car due to the poor condition of the fluid. I told them Jiffy Lube recently replaced it and they said that they probably just replaced what was in the reservoir. Translation: Jiffy Lube ripped me off. read more

Great service! I wish I would have gotten the techs names but they were awesome. I wanted an oil change and my Freon levels checked. Someone told me that low Freon could be the reason my air conditioner was stopping. They explained that they couldn't handle my Freon but did the oil change. They also checked my air filters and turns out there was mold growing in my air filter. He showed me the old filters and explained the importance of keeping them clean. Turns out that was also the issue with air conditioner. It's blowing cold again!! Great, quick and fast service. I'll be back !! read more

I usually go to the Jiffy Lube near where I live, but this was convenient as I had to be in the area today. Unfortunately, the services promised were not rendered. Not only was the window sticker that was supposed to be placed on my window nonexistent, their promise to clean the outside of my windows was not fulfilled. No clue if the other things that were promised were actually performed. Worst of all, I had to sign when I ran my card, and apparently I signed saying all of these things were actually performed! I'm torn.... I'll be back... but I'm torn. My experience was pleasant, but the aftermath led me take away a star from this particular Jiffy Lube. This isn't the first time and it probably won't be my last that I enter a Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and a shady employee attempts to give me a deal. The guy who welcomed me immediately asked me if I were paying with cash. Of course, if I were, then I'd be eligible for his great deal of $10 off that no doubtably he won't ring up and pocket all of the money himself. I have no problem with that as long as my car's maintenance isn't jeopardized. Alas, I don't trust people and I'd much rather get a receipt so I paid full price and was on my merry way. The staff there is pleasant and the service is quick. The patrons in the waiting room with me raved about how this location is the only one they'll frequent. A week later I bring my car to Honda for my 20,000 mile check up and am told that who ever replaced my air filter did this simple task incorrectly. No major issue because of it, but it still speaks about the level of service they're providing. So... I'm torn. Great staff, pleasant waiting environment, a little bit of shadiness, great reviews from the regulars, and a slight miscue on the air filter. I returned for those tires. A young lady told me to go to Pep Boys for what I was looking for, she was unsure which tire I was referring to, but she figured I'd find them at Pep Boys. I'm sure her specialty isn't tires. She didn't attempt to search or offer suggestions didn't ask my tire size to give comparable options. After I gave her a look and sound of astonishment she told me to write down my information, then she'll call and may be able to help. I declined, for many reasons. Just down the street from the new house is this bright, shiny, "new" Jiffy Lube. I say new because it's so fresh and clean compared to the Howell Mill location that it just feels new. I pulled up around 6ish on a Tuesday, and was promptly greeted at the back. The attendant asked if this was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and proceeded to walk me to the neat and clean waiting room, pointing out that they had tv, magazines, free wi-fi, and free coffee. He said they'd call me up in about 10 minutes. The light in the front room was so bright that you couldn't really see the TV, the magazine selection was somewhat limited, and I don't know who drinks regular coffee with a heat index over 100F at 6 in the evening, but I thought they were all nice gestures. The cashier was friendly and efficient, and found my name in the system from the Howell Mill location, even saying that since I'd enrolled in the frequent visit program at that location, that this counted. It was a little pricier than I remember the other location, but she gave me a stack of coupons that should last me at least a year. She also asked if I wanted a new air filter, so it was my choice to get the new one (Atlanta in smog season and pollen season.... I'd rather not risk it), which made it more expensive. And the whole thing was done in 20 minutes. I will definitely go back. read more

Pros: Fast service, convenient location. My car is very low to the ground and they take good care when pulling it in. It's too low to go over the ramp in the front so they will actually back my car back out of the garage entrance when they're done and drive it around to the front. This is a huge inconvenience for their system but they are always happy to do it for me. Cons: Get ready to be sold. They will try to upsell you at least 3-5 additional repairs every time you go. If you know how to say "no", you'll do just fine. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Took out oil from the car and didn't replace it!! My fiance took his car in yesterday right after having an emissions test completed. Jiffy Lube takes his car back, starts the process and then the guy at the front desk says, "Oh, yeah, that's going to be $69." Basic oil changes do not cost $69. So the fiance said he wanted his car back. So they did just that but after having already starting the process... they never replaced oil back in his car! On his way home, the check engine light came on and the car started sputtering. Come on, that's not normal. And remember, he just had an emissions test before that. This IS their fault. I knew this wasn't the ideal place to visit, but I needed my emissions tested at 4pm on a Sunday. Brandon was the technician who helped me. He was condescending and rude (on the phone and in person) and I never appreciate that. My dad was a mechanic so I grew up learning about cars and I know a thing or two. There was no need for talking down/rudeness in this situation. If I had had more time I probably would have done more research on where to go for emissions testing, but I waited until the last minute so I was grateful that Jiffy Lube was open on Sunday. Their waiting room was crowded and loud with creaky chairs and weak coffee. Definitely don't expect a luxurious experience here. I'm so grateful for the folks here. I had a headlight that burned out and purchased replacement bulbs with the intention to replace them myself. I quickly realized this was not going to happen, and drove over during lunch and brought them my replacement bulbs. They got to work immediately, and when they realized I bought the wrong bulbs, they were able to quickly find the proper ones. I went in for an oil change before a road trip of over 1,500 miles. Over the next couple of weeks I began to detect a slight 'exhaust' smell. I had my car checked again by a different mechanic who told me that the oil lid had been left off (it was in the corner of the engine) spraying hot oil all over my engine. They had to throw away the foam of the hood and fully degrease the car. They told me the engine was covered in oil and the oil itself had to be re-filled again as it was almost empty. After over a month and 1,500 miles my car had been without an oil cap. I don't know how much damage my engine has because of this, but I have incurred some expenses so far. Please beware. read more

Tragically slow service. Arrived around 1 pm for emissions test. One person ahead of us. 45 minutes later we are told that the employee licensed to test emissions has left the premises to tow a car, and should be back in 10-15 minutes. 90 minutes after our arrival, the emissions tester returns. He is on the phone for 20 minute doing god knows what. I'm writing this review 105 minutes after we arrived. They have just started working on the emissions test. This location will lie to your face about how long their service will take. They are incompetent at simply managing expectations. Who knows where the incompetence ends? Trusting them to work on your car seems like a risky gamble to me. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere. read more
