This is me waiting for them to put my plate on for freeeeeeee so kind

These people are so kind I never think to go anywhere else because they always help me with my every need! I literally could cry they are literally so kind!

About 1/2 quart of oil staining my BFs driveway

Morning after (car was parked the other direction, noticed after I got back from an errand). Drain plug was about 1/4 turn from falling out! Lucky I didn't drive too far... lucky we noticed! You guys literally have 1 job...

    Coffee, tv, magazines

Went to get an oil change. These guys were busy, so it took about an hour before it was finally done. The staff were friendly, but not readily available for customers walking in or being serviced. I had to take the initiative twice to get attention of the mechanics to initially be seen and to check out. They did a good job. Oil change went smoothly. They have a small waiting room with some chairs, a coffee maker, a tv, and some magazines. It's enough.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Havana and Florida for a full synthetic oil change. I specifically asked for new cans of oil. I just happened to look while they were doing the oil change, and noticed they had pulled it out of big white containers along the back wall. I asked if they were using recycled oil, when I asked for new oil. The guy, Adrian said, "We have new cans upstairs and don't use recycled oil, because our air conditioner runs on old Motor Oil". I said, "I asked for new cans of oil, not out of big container on the wall". I am paying over 100.00 for new oil and a new air filter. And I've never heard of an air conditioner that runs on motor oil. He replied that, "our policy is to use the oil in the big containers, we fill it up nightly with the cans from upstairs". Additionally, the receipt he gave me showed that they vacuumed by carpets, which they did not. It said they cleaned my windows, which they did not. It said they filled my tires to 40psi (the specs are supposed to be 35), but they did not do that either, my psi was 32psi when I left. I will never be back at this location. Especially when they can't be honest with people. The whole process just seemed shady.

Other than that everyone ive chit chatted with are good. No complaint ive had worse experience at other shops all over colorado and all together id trust them the most. I brought my 1975 Corvette to Kearny Garage for an upper-engine rebuild. After nearly three months…read moreof delays and almost $10,000 in costs, I had to tow the car and engine separately to another mechanic. Kearny Garage repeatedly promised to finish the car but failed to do so, overcharged me--including duplicate fees--lost parts I supplied, and damaged existing parts. When the second mechanic completed the work, he found numerous issues with Kearny Garage's repairs, including improperly installed new heads that allowed coolant to leak into the engine and could have destroyed it. Had Kearny Garage completed the work as it was, the engine likely would have failed immediately and required replacement. I then had to spend thousands of dollars correcting Kearny Garage's work, and I was unable to enjoy driving my convertible for months. Kearny Garage presents itself as a locally owned neighborhood auto shop, but it is actually owned by Sun Auto, a national auto service conglomerate. I also learned that the mechanic often takes shortcuts to complete jobs faster than the time billed to customers, and management appears to support that practice. The store manager was arrogant, condescending, and showed little concern for customer service. Fortunately, some locally owned automotive garages remain in the neighborhood and still value customers over profit.

This was going to be a five star review until I looked up the parts pricing on Google versus what I…read morewas charged on their invoice and that I specified I wanted aftermarket parts, not OEM. Basically feel like I was taken for at least $180 and up to $400 bucks. Quite the bummer as everything else about my experience was so good, I didn't even mind the $130/hr service rate. A shame. Something in my 2009 Nissan Versa blew up and ALL the warning and error lights lit up on the dash. Car would crank but not start. I thought it was probably the fuel pump but beyond my current ability to diagnose and repair. Had it towed to ATR. They were prompt in diagnosing and David called me to discuss the necessary part. I asked for aftermarket but by the price listed on the invoice they charged me OEM MSRP $486, which leaves me very disappointed. I found the same part for $355 on the NISSAN WEBSITE, $330 via simple Google search at local autoparts stores, and other aftermarket on Amazon and ebay for $50-$60. So, I could have literally walked or taken the bus two miles away to the auto parts store and saved $150, or ordered online and saved $400 bucks. Again, quite disappointed with this markup, especially given $130/hr service rate. They also found my one of my axles was leaking. He quoted me a full replacement of the axle but it turned out they could just replace the boot so it was quite a bit less than the quote when I got there to pay and pickup my vehicle. Sadly, overcharged for this part as well - paid $79, found on Nissan's website for $46, ebay for $36. Turnaround time was quick. Labor is $130 an hr as I mentioned, they have all the tools and knowledge to diagnose and repair so I don't have a problem with that rate, but the parts pricing thing is disappointing. (Oil change was $35 including oil and filter. Tire rotation for $16, reasonable.) The office is very clean and minimal.

I found a place called Subie Garage and got the same service, oil and filter for $60. Way better and friendlier service. I'm sure this place knows what they're doing, but they're overpriced.
