I will never use this business again. Last oil change they forgot to put the oil cap back on, so I had to buy a new one at the dealer where it was discovered on another service call. Then I take my Jeep to another shop for an oil change, but they can't do the job because the bolt into the oil pan cannot be unscrewed. Apparently Jiffy Lube bolted it on too tight. So now I have to take the car to a dealer to have that fixed. These are basic issues and they failed miserably. read more

Nothing Jiffy about it. Waited in the car for about 20 minutes before being acknowledged in any way. When we finally pulled in we were directed to the waiting room which is extremely small and an employee was working on a computer. We were completely ignored yet again and he was not wearing a mask. Looked into the service bay and only one employee was wearing a mask, most had it around their necks or not over their nose. During a global pandemic with a mask mandate it's disconcerting to know that jiffy lube is ok with exposing their customers to whatever viruses the employees might have. Jiffy Lube n S Havana, Things they did right: Let me bring my own oil, honored a 50% off coupon. Fast service (on a Monday morning) Things they did wrong, every visit they try to upsell me to replace a filter that is not dirty, or replace power steering fluid, which I did on a previous visit and they still tried again on recent visit. Also, the upsell girl wears her mask on her chin with her mouth and nose exposed and insists on getting very close while upselling. When I back off she doesn't get the hint and and keeps getting closer. read more

***update: after 3 days my skid plate is once again loose, had to duct tape it and come to find out two bolts are missing thanks guys***Usually jiffy lube is great and I've never had issues with them before until coming to this location. I had and oil change, waited for an hour and a half, drove home everything seemed ok. (Didn't get on the freeway) Next morning when getting on the freeway I started hearing some kind of scratching sound which my car wasn't making before I got my oil changed. I come later the same day the sound started, when I pulled up the manager didn't really believe me just because everything under the hood "looked ok," until I had to show him the video I took of the sound while driving, I guess my skid plate was loose according to him, and I'm sure it wouldn't of been loose if someone did their job correctly the first time and tightened it back up. Now after an hour, still waiting.... Another thing, on my invoice they marked topping off my wash fluid completed, along with vacuuming my car, which weren't done. This was the worst experience EVER! Not only did the make my engine light come on my 2009 Toyota 4rav. Also my 4×4 and slick light come on, they forgot to connect my air filter back in. They OVER filled my vehicle with oil as well. Then if that wasn't enough they had the nerve to tell me the computer shows it's my spark plugs and they don't touch those (okay) I took my car to my mechanic and he was able to clear the lights and double check my car of course nothing wrong with the spark plugs, they just didn't know what they were doing. Please reconsider your decision to take your vehicle to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I took my 2019 Toyota RAV4 to Jiffy Lube on Havana St in Aurora, CO on February 27th,2021 to get a quick oil change (just like I have done in the past). Well the guy who screwed the oil filter back on didn't tighten it all the way. So when I drove an hour to work on March 1st, it leaked all of my oil out of my car and ruined my engine! I then had the car towed to Toyota and had them looked at it, and then proceeded to tell Jiffy Lube (on March 2nd) what they did to my car. Jiffy Lube has been NOTHING but difficult to work with and rude to me about this whole process. I had to contact them every time, they never offered me a rental car (I had to ask for one), never offered me a refund for my oil change (I had to ask for that), degraded me by calling me 'ma'am' after every sentence, wouldn't take my car to Toyota where I wanted them to fix it (instead took it to Acura). It took them until April 13th to get my car back to me and I just got the refund I was promised (on April 19th). Please save yourself the trouble and do NOT go to Jiffy Lube. After a 3 hr oil change because one of the techs broke the housing to my Jeeps air intake. After their failed attempts at repairing the part, a tech Peter told me he would order the part and replace it once it would get there. He told me to call in a week or 2 to get an update, after several calls on my end and excuses on their end, I still haven't gotten the part. I realize all businesses are doing what is necessary to keep everyone safe by having customers wait in the car while oil changes and other services are provided. However, I think the people who work at Jiffy Lube should be aware that customers can hear what employees say to one another, including when they use profanity. Maybe due to my age, I am more sensitive to the use of such words, but I would appreciate not hearing such words while my car is being serviced. There were quite a few f-bombs and other swear words being thrown about. I would appreciate if the employees be educated on how awful those words sound to their customers.
