I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the time or resources to seek a second opinion, so I'll have to move forward and hope everything is in good shape. Fingers crossed.

I remember being offered $700 for my 04 Tacoma because you guys said it was scrap and then putting 10,000 more miles on that vehicle and thinking you all were crazy the whole time I was driving it before I totaled it. Their voicemail was retaliatory at best. There was no reason to call me after I left this review. I gave my feedback. It's a terrible business that this is and I would never recommend my worst enemy to go there. It makes you feel grimy walking in. It's a disgusting place.
