I've been to this place several times now, and I'd say all the times I've been they have done a good job. I am convinced that they're $10 off special that runs all day everyday means nothing more than they mark up the price of service $10 then take it off at the end to make you feel better. In my opinion... very over priced for a regular oil change. So I went in a couple days ago with my wife's car to get the oil changed. When I pulled up I explained I wanted to regular oil change and to PLEASE check the tires b/c the senors all say the tires are low. Very friendly, very professional they never try and up sell me which I love. I hate being pressured. I had just vacuumed the entire car that morning (they normally vacuum your floors for you) so I asked if they wouldn't mind just wiping the windows instead. They obliged, and cleaned all the windows... except the driver window that I had rolled down when talking to the mechanic. You would think that when you wiped down all the windows and got to the one that was down you'd think maybe I should roll this up and get it too... not so much. Not that big a deal, but still a little annoyed. So it comes to the end, he explained that they set all the tires to 32 psi and they're all good. So as I pay and exit I see two guys huddled in the front seat of my car pushing buttons frantically. They proceeded to block me out so I couldn't see what they were doing. Turns out the check engine light and tires pressure sensor lights we're still on. 10 minutes past, three different guys trying different things and a huge book of manufactuer codes later I leave. Not 30 seconds down the road... all the warning lights come back on. When I got home I check all the tires... and looked at the tire valve caps and not one had been touched. I could tell b/c they were covered in dirt and there wasn't a mark on them. When I grabbed one to take it off it was obvious b/c my fingers removed almost all the dirt and the caps became black again. So I could tell there way no way they checked the tires. Won't be going back there. I was the only person there so there's no excuse for not checking what they're supposed to do. Lame! read more

Shane answered and let me know there were two cars in front of me and each car takes about 10 minutes (he also performs the inspections). Okay, this place has taken me for the last time. Twice now, I have come into this location of "Jiffy" Lube, and twice, I have been left waiting for WAY too long. A couple of days ago, I went by for an oil change, and my car was pulled into the bay within 3 minutes of my arrival. After 30 minutes, I asked why they had started my vehicle but had not finished. I was told that they were out of the filters for my car, and had to go pick one up. Shouldn't be more than "2 or 3 minutes" was what I was told. After another 15 minutes with no movement, I asked for the manager. He again stalled and said they were waiting on the filter. Not once did they come and volunteer any information about my vehicle. Just left it sitting there, an us waiting in their closet of a waiting room. After nearly an HOUR of our car being in the bay, they finally finished it up. I had ordered their "Signature Oil Change" which I thought included cleaning the windows, vacuuming the interior, etc. Floor was sort of vacuumed, but that was it. For my "trouble" they offered me $10 off. Seriously? Fool me once, right? I came back thinking things were better. Guess not. Find another spot, that is unless you have lots of spare time to throw away. read more

ABSOLUTELY AVOID!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! They broke my car!! I brought it in for a coolant flush, after confirming that they were done, I pointed out that the coolant reservoir has not been cleaned at all, still has the grime in it and also wasn't filled back up to the proper level. The "mechanic" (I wouldn't call them that cause they have no clue about cars) said: ohhh we've never done it that way. Then they tried to close my hood and it turns out that the broke the latch upon improperly opening it. They didn't know how to fix it and sent me on my way with a half open hood. I had to have it welded (they totally broke the welded latch) at a body shop. I also filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS SCAM!!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! I was out here amazed with how fast they had me out of there to then realize the NEXT WEEK that my oil light came back on and my oil cap was missing!!! MY OIL CAP WAS MISSING!!! I paid 88 dollars for this stupid oil change and they finessed me for my oil cap. Went back and told them exactly what happened and you know what that uncultured man said "I'm sorry for you loss" MY OIL CAP!! YOU'RE SORRY??!!?? THATS IT???!!!! Worst service! I have used Jiffy Lube for years, but that is now over! I went to this location to have an oil change. Every time I go, the price gets higher and higher. I had synthetic oil and a couple of wiper blades and it was over $100 - with a discount coupon! On top of that, they failed to do the extra things they're supposed to do like check the tire pressure, clean the windshield, and vacuum the interior. The final straw, however, was they must have somehow lost the drain plug and then replaced it with the wrong one. And they overfilled the oil, too! I had to take it to my mechanic to get it fixed properly. Fortunately, it only cost me $30 (which Jiffy Lube should pay me back for!) and, of course, now I get to clean up an oil puddle on my garage floor. Total incompetence! read more

I was ripped off and got absolutely NOTHING for a $120 oil change. I should have known when I pulled in Inns a gentleman told me he can get me an oil change down the road cheaper... that I was dealing with a shady character. I wanted an oil change with fully synthetic motor oil with a new filter and whatever else they do. I'm the kind of guy that can look at my motor oil and tell by the color by the smell and how the color changes from brand new oil to oil that it's time to replace. They didn't even change the oil I wasn't sure until I drove down the road until I stopped and checked the dipstick oil level and it was the same aged a burnt red synthetic oil that I just looked at before going in there. You can always hear the worker down in the drain pit pulling the drain plug, removing the filter ...you can always hear a ratchet spinning...and sometimes even the oil draining into to the waste oil pan. But not today!! Nope! No activity at all actually. Except when the guy asked the guy in the pit..."Ok to start?" I'm going to go back when I get back into town and I'm going to confront them with this issue and see what they say if they disrespect me I will take it very personal. I was figuring when I drove down the road and looked at the oil that they probably just gave me regular motor oil not the expensive synthetic which I paid for. I was completely disrespected buy a guy that thought because I drive a Lexus I have no clue what motor oil looks like or smells like or even capable of having a clue as who is doing what to my car!!! I will get to the bottom of this issue and get my oil changed or else I will make sure I do all I can to keep others from getting ripped off by this clown. read more

Lately mgmt had been lacking, so to find out today that Brittney the new mgr has taken over, I'm already impressed...she was kind, efficient and knowledgeable! I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in the "service" I received at this Jiffy Lube. I've been to other locations and was pleased but this one in particular was terrible. I went in for an oil change and asked to have my brake fluid and steering fluids checked. My brake light had come on and steering was tight. I was told all my fluids were fine and my filter still had life in it. A week later I went to have my brakes done only to be told the brakes were fine and I JUST NEEDED BRAKE FLUID. I also JUST needed steering fluid... and a new air filter!!! My husband topped me off and replaced my filter and amazingly my car instantly was driving better and the brake light went off. So much for all my fluids being "fine". On top of that, my alert that my windshield fluid was low came on. Isn't it pretty standard to top off fluids during an oil change? Not only was this not done but they lied to me and told me everything was in good shape. I'll never come back to this place for anything. read more

I go here religiously and never ever had an issue. Here is what I don't get about other reviewers. If you are coming in for just an oil change, it usually takes granted around 15 min. On an average day. Now if it's busy maybe 30 min. But it is WAY better than going to a dealership for 1-2 hours! Also, all these complaints about getting inspection done and it being a long wait. Hello people, it is INSPECTION! They need to check every part of your vehicle. It isn't going to be a 15 min. Service especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Operations manager Vinh has serviced my car for many years (over 5) and I only trust his works. Make appointments with him, highly recommended. These guys work really hard (outside in the winter cold and hot summer heat) and a lot of times are short staffed. If you're looking for a quick and careless car maintenence, go somewhere else. read more

Great visit! Decided to go in on Labor day at 2.30pm for oil change, tire rotation and inspection and was done with printed receipt in hand by 2.50pm. Went today 01/10/18 for an oil change. Part of the service is to have the windows cleaned and the inside vacuumed. Neither of these were done. Their register was out of change. No big deal, that happens; frustrated to get receipt stating that windows were cleaned and car was vacuumed when these were not done. I was there and there was one other customer. Went intentionally at an off time, thus location was not busy. I was told as there was not a courtesy clerk there, services would not be done or I could wait longer. Unclear why there would be an additional wait as there was literally one other car there being serviced by the other tech. read more

Even after showing him the owners manual he says he 'doesn't want to argue.' Lies about needing a new air filter 1 month after getting a new one myself at 1/4 the cost they proposed. Tried to rip me off with other unnecessary additional services. DO NOT GO HERE, INEXPERIENCE SHOWS. Technician did not properly tighten new oil filter which resulted in oil slowly and constantly leaking out while driving the vehicle. Made a heck of a mess on the underside of the vehicle afterwards. When it comes to auto work in general do not worry about the speed of service, always worry about quality first because shoddy work can destroy your vehicle. From now we'll change our own oil at home or find a shop with more experienced technicians who are not in such a rush and actually double check their work. read more

I have been to this location one other time! Vinh my mechanic was absolutely helpful, informative and the team was fast! I had multiple services on my vehicle, and they truly did an amazing job! They were fast, but efficient, and I was pleased with the customer service as my experiences elsewhere have been mediocre at best. Had a great experience here! I was in a rush when I came in and they took care of my car in speedy time! They knew my time frame and worked hard to get it done in time. I believe his name was Red, but he was the manager and he was very friendly and professional. I can usually tell when places like Jiffy Lube try to sell you on services you really do not need but here I felt comfortable with what they were telling me and they didn't try to push me on anything. Reason for 4-stars is because my experiences always differ at any Jiffy Lube. One thing I will recommend is to never get their wiper blades!! I went to this jiffylube at 6:54 and keep in mind they close at 7. I had to wait for 15 mi utes. But josh and draca stayed and gave me honestly the best service i have ever had. He notices my army shirt and gave me 25% off and a dicount. They washed my windows and answered questions about the nitris tire pressure i have. They were so happy to help me even know they had to stay 45 minutes after there time of getting off. They could have easily said sorry we close at 7. In a world were customer service isnt important.
