Save yourself the trouble if you don't want your car service to end in tears of frustration. I have been here about 3 times before and the service was adequate but after my last experience I will never go here again. I was estimated 35-45 minutes for an oil change, I also asked if they could check a slow leak on a tire, but they couldn't do that. After waiting 80 minutes without being given an estimate and seeing people who had arrived after me get theirs, I was livid and asked what was going on. The staff member disappeared for another 10 minutes (we're at 90 minutes waiting now) so this time when she returned I just demanded my keys back. All the staff had to say was "they should have told you it would be an hour" even though it had been well over an hour already. The 2 hour window I had given myself before I had work was gone and my whole morning was wasted in that awful waiting room. I will never use any Jiffy Lube location again after this. As they were talking about how they couldn't help my tire they said "Pepboys can do that they are just down the street." So seems like even they know thats the better place to go. read more

I was scammed!!! These guys at jiffy lube charged me $29.00 for labor on an oil change! I was so mad and outraged when I found out how much they charged me for a simply oil change I learned how to do on my own. I compared a receipt i had from a prior oil change i had done in San Fernando Jiffy lube. The guys in San Fernando Jiffy Lube charged me $6.55 for labor. Dont let this happen to you read more

This has been my go to jiffy lube... until i came in for a regular oil change and left 2 hours later.. I drove home about 10 miles and my oil started spraying/spilling out everywhere, I open the hood and notice about 4 inch crack on the oil tank, I call them up the next day and explain what happen and their answer is the crack was there when i brought it in so why didnt they mention it and change it? Ive never had any kind leaks or spillage until THEY cracked my tank. I gave them the benefit of the doubt replaced my oil tank and brought my car back again months later for a regular oil change, they have my car for about an hour & they say I need a new A/C belt they already have it apart they can just pop it in tell them to do it if it must be done... i went back to work and by 5pm they still weren't done with my car.... I go to pick up my car and at that point they've had my car over 4 hours and they arent even close to having the belt on because they claim they are "missing a part" but are trying to get it on. They tell me I can take my car but just dont turn the air on, okay fine Ive got kids and need to get home, they tell me to bring it back in the morning they'll have what they need and finish the job. So I do just that and I drop my car off at 8:30 and I dont hear from them till 3 that my car is finally ready over 8 hours in 2 days to try and put a belt on... So I guess you can take your car here if you want to leave with more problems then you came in with, kids who think they know what they are doing when they open the hood when they actually have no clue. These guys and gals were cool and smooth! Went for an oil change before a trip. And yeah, they always call you into the office like going to get a molar pulled but, they weren't too picky and luckily the serv.tech noticed my serpintine belt was cracking. That was a big find. I was a bit leery coming here because of the negative reviews, BUT there is a NEW MANAGER (Edgar) who is FANTASTIC!! I cannot say enough great things about him, and the changes he's putting in place. This is also - because of Edgar - one of the ONLY Jiffy Lubes with 10/30W oil - which my older car requires. All the other ones have switched to cheaper 5/30W, which is not good for older engines and weaker seals. Edgar absolutely made sure everything was taken care of properly for my visit, and thoroughly checked my car. I feel like I got a mini-inspection! He did not push or upsell me, but did inform me of several issues my mechanic had either actively screwed up on or missed. I now feel like I have a clear idea of the state of my car, and a suggested plan of action to get the important things fixed properly. He also made sure I got the largest discount available for my services. Edgar is a gem. And because of him, I will DEFINITELY be back! read more

my son had his oil changed there and the jiffy lube crew forgot to install the oil fill cap oil sprayed every where i had to get car towed and inspected that cost 300 dollars and the district manager cody kidder was super cool said he would take care of bill immediately. Since that conversation i emailed him the invoice and he will not return my calls nor answer them the bill is still not paid and it has been a year very unprofessional and a rip off and your risking damage to your car by taking it there i had to have the car towed re inspected cleaned new oil i was better of doing all that without taking it to them. mistakes happen but it is how we fix our mistakes that set us apart from others there is way to many other places to go then jiffy lube if this is the kind of problems and fixes they are capable of.. would you trust your car there? no way! read more

I have come to this Jiffy Lube for a year now, every time I come they are extremely helpful and friendly, they typically get me in and out in about 30 mins. Typically if there are several cars in front of mine they always let me know the wait time so I can decide if I'd like to stay or come back later. I got my oil changed from this location and the customer service was great, however, about a week after I got my oil changed, I was driving on the freeway and my car started smoking. I pulled over and opened my hood to find out that the cap for the oil tank was completely off, and it had fallen down into my engine. Oil had spilled EVERYWHERE, it was a terrible and expensive mess to clean up. I've been here before without any complications, so I wouldn't say you shouldn't go to this place, but just take this as a warning as to what could happen. read more

I was told upon arival that the oil change would take 30 to 40 minutes. After being ignored for almost 20, someone finally checked me in and then said that the wait would be 40 minutes to an hour. It took two hours. I was given no updates. I felt pressured into buying a filter that I just replaced, and the maintaince light was left on in my vehicle. I can't honestly think of anything positive about my experience. I do not plan on returning to this or any jiffy lube. read more

The service changes depending on who is working. I had one car serviced on Saturday and the girl that helped me was nice and respectful. The guy who opened the shop on Sunday morning was too busy just waking up and then checking his cell phone for what ever that was on it. The best part was when I was leaving. They said they checked an cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floors. As I drove off I noticed a large hand print in the middle of the front window. I think it time to try a new place. read more

This was probably the worst service I have ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube. Don't get me wrong, the guys who were there today were nice, but the service was not top notch. I wanted an oil change, the first guy approached us and told us it'll be over an hour wait. I think he was hoping we would leave. He said they were understaffed today, and I totally get how that could be overwhelming. So we were going to go get our other car and leave mine there so they could take their time and get it done while we run other errands. When we told them we'll be back, the other guy said we don't have to leave and they'll take care of it. We still walked across the street to the local Subway so that they could take their time and not feel as pressured. They brought my SUV in and started working on it. We went to Subway and ate. Some time passed, I turned around and was surprised to see my SUV was already parked in front of the Jiffy Lube. I thought wow how great, they're done already! We were surprised and impressed and walked back. The guy charged us for our services, went down the checklist of what they supposedly did. He briefly mentioned a "gas leak on arrival" but didn't go into detail about what was done about it or what I should do about it. These guys really just looked like they didn't want to be there. I said, "a gas leak?", and he said "yea a gas leak" and left it at that without any additional information. That made me not even want to question anything and I honestly just wanted to leave. Then he just walked us to our SUV, put the next oil change sticker and that was it. Now I'm no car expert, but I do have some expectations based on my past experiences at other Jiffy Lubes and car shops like it. They didn't show us our oil level with the dipstick. They didn't clean our windshield or vacuum the inside. When they charged us, the worker read everything on the list and said they did everything on the list (check lights, top windshield fluid, vacuum, etc). When we got in the car and drove off, it was clear they didn't do any of it. So I doubt that they did any of the other services. It's the day before the 4th of July so I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. I would have rather waited over an hour for them to do the job right instead of them doing less than what we were expecting. This was the first time I drove away from any place saying that I will never come back ever again. Money not well spent. read more
