I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of care for customer privacy at this location. I sold my car months ago, yet Jiffy Lube recently emailed me a full service receipt for that vehicle -- including all of my personal information -- and also handed a copy of that receipt to the new owner with my name, phone number, and home address still on it. This is a serious breach of basic privacy practices. When a car has a new owner, the customer information should be updated before printing or emailing anything. Instead, my private information was shared without my consent and sent to a stranger. Why were no red flags raised when my name didn't match the person who made an oil change appointment. I've reached out to the location directly to address this as well as corporate, but I want others to be aware. Please double-check your information if you service your car here -- because they clearly don't. read more

I've been taking my truck here for years and the staff is always very friendly, runs repairs needed by me, but does not push to get them. Working with Nick is great. he's very communicative and friendly. Actually the whole staff nice, it's also great to see a couple of g women working here as well. Would definitely recommend coming here for regular oil changes. read more

One of the front headlights from my car needed a bulb replacement and I called this Jiffy lube location based on the good reviews to ask if they have a replacement in stock. I gave them my car type and year and they said they said they have it. No appointment which is great, I am tired lately to make appointments for car repairs. We went today. The guy we dealt with wasn't the nicest, kinda bossy. After all that they didn't have the bulb in stock. The rest they had, mine no and it would take 2 weeks to get it??? He recommended us a place to get it from and they would install for us. We went, bought it, no installation, they don't do that. So we came back to Jiffy lube and another guy helped us, install it for us, not easy and put air in the tires since we needed that. He didn't charge us, which was nice. We tipped since we appreciate the work, his time and kindness. Mixed feelings about this place. Our first time here and it wasn't done in a Jiffy, maybe you buy, we install. We've always gone to the JL in Sun Valley. But my man suggested going to this location as it's bigger. So I went. NONE of the guys working there could drive a manual transmission. What kind of car place has that? That's kind of embarrassing for them. Isn't it? I did like how much bigger it was. But I didn't like the tv with their Jiffy Lube station playing in the waiting room. I got talked into getting more expensive combo synthetic oil. $83.00. I could swear that the Sun Valley guys have gone back to vacuuming the inside(since Covid). But this location didn't and didn't even clean my windshield. I think I'll go back to Sun Valley. read more

Garbage customer service. Lies about price and charges something different. When I complained to the manager, he was rude and dismissive. Manager said he was going to refund me the difference and never did. Prices are was too high anyways. Go to any of the other nearby oil changing places that are cheaper and much more professional. Literally the best Jiffy Lube I've been to. The garage was visibly clean, everyone was so communicative and efficient. Ricky and Dameon were sooooo helpful, friendly, and thorough. You can tell that they were all a complete team and had their rhythm down. Literally there for 10 minutes and what I really liked was just staying in my car. I didn't even have to get out to pay. This location was very good up until Amanda came and started interrogating customers about their car mileage and being very PUSHY and AGGRESSIVE in regard to unnecessary add on services, despite letting her know from the beginning you were not interested in ANY additional services. Not only this, but Amanda doesn't know how to correctly document vehicle details, which will lead to incorrect information being recorded on your account, and GOOD LUCK trying to have her fix it because "the system" doesn't let her. read more

This is my usually Jiffy Lube location. I went today for an oil change. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I also decided to do my windshield wipers, cabin filter and another filter. I know I could probably buy those parts and do myself at a lower cost but it's more convenient for myself to just have the crew do it. Had one of the best car service treatments I've ever encountered in my life!!!! I called with a battery problem unsure if this is an issue they could fix and Nick who answered my call was very kind throughout the whole conversation, he suggested me to come in to see if they can fix it. I took my car in and parked in the wrong spot and one of the workers who was in their car on their lunch break was so nice to guide me to the correct area to service my car. Then comes in the most sweetest gal named Amanda who from start to finish provided the most exceptional service! She fixed my battery problem in a matter of minutes and was just the friendliest mechanic ever. She was the best.
