I really like this Jiffy Lube. I know the basics of cars not too much, they're always honest about if something isnt right. I always get an oil change here, so they have a record of what ive had done to my car so they're able to recomend when a certain service should be done, which i like so i dont over look something that could become an issue later on. No pressure ever to up sell on me. The guys are approachable and i think thats why i like coming here the most, its comfortable and inviting. Good people working here. read more

After years of going to the dealership for an oil change, I decided to try Jiffy Lube because of a recent experience I had. Not too long ago, my motorcycle died on me at the gas station. Desperate, I pushed it across the street to Jiffy Lube and asked if they could assist. They jumped it and within minutes, I was on my way. The level of customer service I received, despite not being a paying customer, made me want to take my vehicle to them. Today I needed an oil change and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Chris was awesome at ensuring everything was explained and completed to my liking. Going over and showing me all the fluids were topped off and the caps were on tight before I drove away was a bonus. I haven't had an oil change that thorough and fast in years- and they beat the prices at the dealership by half. Jiffy lube now has my business for all 4 of my vehicles. I drive to this Jiffy Lube from where I live in Oak View. Camarillo is my old stomping grounds for 30 years and I loved living there when it was a smaller town but I still go to Jiffy lube because they always take extra special care of me. Well today they told me they were super busy with break jobs and I'd have to wait for a couple of hours, but if I went to their other Jiffy Lube in town on Arniell I'd get faster service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are shady. Went to get an oil change brought my own oil which is of higher quality and they suddenley do not do oil changes with other oil than theirs per the "manager" but other jiffy lubes will do it. The second incident happened when I showed up at 4:00pm for a quick oil change and the manager says its going to be a 1hr and 30 minute wait... But they only had 1 car in the service.. The manager here is shady and should not be trusted. They only want to upsell you and if you aint going to make them a buck they will do their best to turn you away or make you go elsewhere. read more

Went in for a oil change on my van for work, it was the only vehicle in the shop. Oil change still took almost an hour and when I left my steering wheel had oil on it my brake pedal had oil on it and my side step at oil on it. I'm going to say that again, the pedal that I use to slow the car down had oil on it and was slippery and my foot slipped off it. Glad I didn't hit anyone. Button it up. read more

I obviously don't do my own oil changes at my house, so I had to find somewhere to take my car. I tried a few other places in the past but this Jiffy lube spot is way better. When I got there I was welcomed right away by a member of their crew. I told them I needed an oil change, chose the one I needed and waited 30 to 40 mins and was on my way. Terrible. Try to sell you things you don't need at prices that are outrageous. I got the estimate and asked why the coupon price wasn't reflected before I signed it. He told me that it would be applied afterwards when I paid. When it came time to pay the price was somehow MORE than the original estimate, I asked why and he said it was a "mistake" so he fixed it to reflect the original estimate price. I then had to fight with him about getting the coupon discount and he tried to tell me that because I signed the estimate that he didn't have to give it to me. Again. Awful. TWICE (different vehicles) this Jiffy Lube returned my car to me without replacing the oil fill cap. They left me driving around spewing oil inside my engine area. By the time this was discovered (oil cap was left resting on a ledge under the hood)...it was a miracle my engine was not damaged. They CAN"T BE TRUSTED! read more

This place is atrocious never go to the jiffy lube on Daily Rd. I went in the afternoon with my truck to get an oil change and they told me they couldn't service me because my truck was a manual transmission and stated they're guy that drives manual wasn't there that day. They rejected to even let me drive my truck into the bay. What happened to stay in your car because of this pandemic and a $20 off my service. Went across town to the other jiffy lube on Arneill Rd. and they gladly took care of me with no trouble. read more

Arrived between 8 and 815 this am literally waited 18 minutes before any one acknowledged me, when I did get acknowledged, I informed the attendant I just want an oil change (standard) and new wiper blades. He had to go over the "up sale", I interrupted him and said just the oil change, he responded curtly, "I'm just doing my job! "....what? to "up sale" me on something I didn't want. For Pete's sake...i just found the whole experience to be unprofessional. read more

So displeased with the type of service I received the day after Christmas. The gentleman behind the counter tried to charge me $92 for an oil change claiming that's the only oil compatible with my model car -- without offering any other options. When I told him no I will just go to Pep Boys (because I know they had already changed my oil before without charging obscene prices) he was so rude he just stomped off to get my car like I had inconvenienced his time. I can't believe there is no accountability. I work in customer service and it's just shocking to me how some people can get away with that type of scam. Good luck. Thank God for Pep Boys. read more

An oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours. After finally leaving and getting on the road, they called an noticed there was oil leaking when I left. I appreciate that they called when they noticed the leak. The technician I dealt with was also polite and professional. I don't appreciate that no one mentioned how long it would take, and that even in taking their sweet time to do the job, a gasket got pinched and I had to return. Services are also overpriced. Beware. They will not honor your coupon. The service guy refused 3 different Jiffy Lube coupons, even though they were all valid. He kept saying that it was expired. And of course, the customer doesn't find this out until after the job is done. And yes, I think they're doing this on purpose. BTW, I have no complaints about the service staff though.
