Classic bait and switch. Asked for the conventional oil change associated with the coupon they mailed me. Showed them the coupon. Twice. Receive the invoice which now shows a price 2.5x the advertised cost. When asked about the mistake in price, I was told that I had asked for the synthetic oil change service despite only asking for the service referenced on the coupon. They overfilled my oil and my car was making crazy sounds right when I left. I returned and they fixed the problem. They rush in my opinion.

I just received excellent service today from this Jiffy Lube. I went to get my standard oil change and noticed all the staff were extra courteous and efficient. They made sure fluids were topped off and they even vacuumed the interior and washed my windows. I've been to many Jiffy Lubes where this does not happen. I live closer to other Jiffy's but I think this branch is worth traveling to. read more

I usually go to the Jiffy Lube at the corner of Camden and Hillsdale but the day I went it was unusually busy so decided to go to the location on Camden in Campbell. They weren't very busy so only had to wait a short time, which was nice, and the customer service was excellent! The manager talked to us about our service and what we needed and also checked us out (feel bad that I don't remember his name) he was really nice, as well! Great Jiffy Lube! read more

Can't be bothered to greet customers. Tried to drop off my car for an oil change. Instructed by a mechanic to leave it behind the bay and take a seat in the lobby. No seats in the lobby. Stood at an empty lobby desk for 20 minutes without being even so much as greeted. Walked out and drove away without any acknowledgement. read more

I went in for an oil change last month. They broke my oil cap and said they were going to order a replacement which should be in within a few business days. They said they would call when it arrived and that my car would be fine in the meantime. About two weeks go by and I don't hear from them so I call for an update and the part hasn't come in. They tell me someone will call me when it does. Another week goes by and I receive no call so I call again for an update and I'm rudely rushed off the phone by someone who clearly remembers me that says "stop by anytime tomorrow afternoon and we'll replace it." I stop by the next day and they replace my oil cap and my car breaks down on the way home. It stalls twice more on the way to my mechanic the next morning. My mechanic tells me that the cap wasn't put on properly. It was signaling my service engine light, which is why I brought it into the shop thinking something else was wrong with my car. Nope, just made the mistake of taking it to jiffy lube. Will not be back and do not recommend. read more

I bring my car here for oil changes because 1) service is affordable, attentive, quick, and thorough 2) complimentary (meaning FREE) window wash on your windows as well as FREE basic vacuuming...READ: They won't armor-all your dashboard or deep clean those nasty kid- stains, that's YOUR job, because it's YOUR car. They aren't a car wash and detailing stop, folks; be realistic! Technicians there check engine fluids, brakes, wipers, tires...basically all externals and fluids that keep your vehicle and its performance safe while on the road. Anything else is just a suggestion; if they see a major issue, fixing it w a mechanic is your call to make once you leave the lot. I want to applaud the guys at Hillsadale, and Mark, especially. (Hes the cute Blondie ). I hate to admit it, but I was THAT jerk who showed up at 6:50 one night, knowing they CLOSE at 7Pm. He was still a gentleman, opening the car and store doors for me, and didn't show even a hint of annoyance at my late arrival. Kudos for his great attitude and awesome service after a long day! The District Manager did call me after 3 days. I gave him specifics of my poor experience, but did not offer to make it right with me. No free oil change. Nothing! The only promise was to escalate to his management. I will never darken your doorsteps again at ANY location. read more

Came in early morning. Zero wait time. Staff is honest about work that needed to be done. Friendly customer service and very helpful.

I will be a returning customer, even though after changing my air filter they didn't reconnect some hose, which meant: Engine light came on, I had to bring the car into my repair shop, they diagnosed, and it cost me $70. But after going back to Jiffy Lube and telling them the story, they apologized and sent me a $70 check in the mail. I'd give them a 5-star rating if not for the inconvenience of taking my car in to the shop, and I appreciate their remedy of the situation, and I hope they will have more employee training or quality checks. read more

I am miffed that they installed synthetic oil when I did not request it. The oil charge almost doubled my bill. He then told me that it was better for my car. He also wanted $50 for a cabin air filter that I got for $8 on Amazon. They had changed my oil for over 5 years. They will not not change my oil again. read more

This was the first time I've ever gone to get my oil changed by myself and I was feeling pretty intimidated. When I arrived the employees were super friendly and helpful. The guy helping me in the front showed me everything on his computer what needed to be fixed on my car and he gave me an extra nine dollars off! They didn't make me feel stupid or intimidated. Sal the manager is terrible. It is clear the mission is to rip people off unfortunately. I don't know much about cars so I hoped to be able to trust them but no the job was done incorrectly and the car was given back to me with the same problem but I was told "it's ok it's a new part" but it wasn't okay and it costed me 200 extra on top of the $100 spent. Wanted to drop the car off here, get a cheap oil change, and come back later to pick it up. Took about 15 mintutes for them to check us in and make a estimate. Its fast, but if you want to do something while they fix your car up, your out of luck. Gotta sit at that place for at least 20 minutes no matter what. Wasnt a cheap oil change either( 40 bucks). After the employees quit working on their own cars they came over to reluctantly greet me. I had oil change and tire rotation. They did not have the right size socket and after 2 weeks I noticed a lug missing. When I called and spoke to Sal the manager he criticized me for not calling him earlier. Huh, what a jerk. not much to say about this establishment except to not use them. i got my oil changed and the next day i notice a oil stain on my drive way and when i crawled under my truck it was covered in oil. instead of using a funnel or something to drain it nice they let it drain all over my cross member and drive line. after seeing that i got curious about the oil level and it was way above the operating level. i drained three quarts before getting it to a normal range. and i guess while im complaining ill say the wait time sucks too. they told me a thirty minute wait and it was over an hour. read more

I'm a little 'tardy' on writing this review! In Oct ?? I went to Jiffy Lube on Camden Ave in Campbell and was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism & care. They really did a very good job on my toyota. I use to take it to Toyota on Capital for servicing but I had to wait hours for them to complete the service and since I have a very low mileage car for 5 years I felt like they wanted it back !!!! Sooo, I went to Jiffy Lube in Camden, close to where I live. A very nice experience. ALSO, 6 months later I went back for my 6 month check-up & oil change. Because of my low mileage I really didn't need one at that time. Matt checked out my car & put air in my tires and the other nice young man's name was Chris who explained to me to bring it back after summer and showed me the oil was clean & still to the top! Not often you find companies with honest employees. I have made a point to tell everyone in our community to go to that Jiffy Lube on Camden in Campbell. As for me, I can't imagine going anywhere else! They will also get my tune up business when the time comes. Thank you Chris & Matt for making that day pleasant for me. read more

I'm just going to start taking my car to dealership., it's worth paying the extra money. So this is what happened...Took car in with 15,000 miles to get oil change, they tell me i need some differential thing for 100 bucks. I ask if they are sure I am due for it. the guy says yes for sure and i, like an idiot, trusted him and said ok. Well I get home and start looking through my manual and i don't even need the service until 30,000!! The kid was wrong. I called, guy said that the kid who told me this had looked it up in the computer incorrectly etc etc they would train me and send me a check for 100 bucks...that was four weeks ago, now i'm calling and chasing the 100 bucks and can't help but think this was all a scam. if it was an accident why not correct it right away?!!? why keep me here waiting for this "check" calling and calling feeding me bullshit story after bullshit story. They promised i'd have it by the end of this week. I will wait one more week, if not 1. i am filing dispute with my credit card and 2. filing a complaint with bureau of auto mechanics and in addition, I will let you all know that they are a bunch of lying sacks. So my advice to the rest of you yelpers, don't trust what they say and stick the services that you went in for, don't let them talk you into anything else. You are better off going to get the big stuff at a more reputable place. read more
