They failed my car for State inspection saying it needed a $399 brake rotor and pad replacement because the rotors were badly scored and glazed and pads too thin. There was minor scoring on rotors, no glazing and pads were 1/4" thick. I took the car to an inspection only shop where they don't sell automotive repairs and they passed the car with no hesitation. I'll bet if it had been closer to quitting time and they had been busy, the car would have passed the first inspection.Draw your own conclusion. I did. read more

I brought a friends car here for her while she had a broken leg and could not drive. Her Lexus needed an inspection. The service was prompt and friendly. The 2018 Lexus did not pass. The service personnel (or owner, maybe both are true- not sure) explained the likely fix for the issue and recommended how to address it. I followed instructions, bought a product at an auto store that I added to the gas tank and then drove it 100 miles, w friends permission of course. Went back in and it passed. These folks are so honest, nice and encouraging. Very communicative. Note: There may be a worker there w a disability, maybe a bit slow- but they're showing up, working, essentially being productive and were helpful also. I had a terrible experience at this jiffy lube, especially with the employees. I came in for an oil change and the mechanic was on the phone the entire time while working on my car. He installed the gasket wrong and didn't check for leaks. This caused my car to leak a large amount of oil and break down while out of town. I had to get it towed to another shop for them to figure out what was wrong and fix it. The other shop was unable to tell me if my engine had been damaged because of the leak. Since then, the employees, especially David and Carl have been incredibly rude to me. Carl, the 'district manager' (not sure if he is but thats what I was told) yelled at me and got in my face when I asked for a 3rd party to inspect my engine after the bad oil change as I didn't trust the people there to give me an honest opinion.  When I raised this issue to the customer service line and filed a claim, I received a call from David (wouldn't give me his last name) and he proceeded to dismiss all of my concerns, refusing to help any further. He wouldn't give me the name of the owner or manager or anything and then he hung up on me.  I am a small woman and felt very intimidated and unsafe around the employees. I'm too afraid to go back even to have them inspect my engine if something goes wrong from the bad oil change.  I have tried repeatedly to get in contact with whoever owns this store but no one at jiffy lube will tell me who that is. Tonight. I stopped by Jiffy Lube to get air in my tires. I have ALWAYS stopped here since I lived in this area for the past 8 years at least twice a year due to pressure change because of the weather. I have always felt welcomed and tonight that changed. Ani harassed me over FREE air. Yes. You read that correctly. At first she said "they don't do that" Lying. I told her that isnt true. Then she changed it to "we close in 10mins go down the street" Mind you, they were not doing anything. Air doesn't take a long at all and she made up a lie about the machine not pumping all because she simply because she didn't want to pump air in MY tires. Hmm I wonder why. The things she said seem "weird" as if I wanted a HANDOUT for FREE air! I told her she was wrong. She told me I wasn't a customer over FREE air! Harassing me, yelling at me about MY money.Who knew she made the rules of what a customer is for Jiffy lube when she's not a manager or a owner. I pulled up for service. That makes me a customer. I have all of this recorded FYI.. She called me a B*** (I have it recorded) and mind you, she said she was there alone. Lying again. A nice guy pops up, he pumps my air with no issue, done in like 1 minute and Ani continues to throw insults at me while he's servicing me! She would not leave me alone. She might need a drug test because her behavior was erratic and that type of person shouldn't be around machinery or the public if she's high on the job. Her behavior was unprofessional, ignorant, embarrassing, and a poor representation of this company and the behavior was unwarranted, and honestly disgusting. I felt JUDGED. Degraded. Who harasses people over a free service! Because not one time did she say the price it ...because there is no price instead she starts yelling "Are you going to pay him?"I have it recorded with she and I going back and forth. She said she didn't care if I complain (its all recorded) because apparently Jiffy lube rewards their employees for poor behavior? Don't bother wasting time or money. I had the $199.00 Winter Special done to include an oil change, wipers, tire rotation and coolant flush. Took a call and got distracted waiting. Told I needed a cabin filter, agreed. Charged $282.25 went to pay, signature was already on file?? Manager wasn't in, went home and realized, I have a rim locks system, Rimgard, my tires weren't rotated. Called Monday, Porter told me my tires were rotated, I told him it was impossible. He said, your rim locks keys were probably in the glove box, I explained how my tire lock system works, he said he wasn't going to argue, he wasn't there. Dude, didn't you JUST vouch it was done?? I questioned the cost and the other services, he told he wasn't going back and forth. Filed a complaint, called by Martin who said all the services were done and to bring the car back. Said he would pull the cameras to check...amazingly, no cameras were working that day. Questioned if I had an additional car to leave my car with them, what?? Said it was too late for a refund on services NOT provided under the package since I can't prove they weren't done(sir, its been 3 days?) and they cant take the oil back out. This is a scam. I've been going here for years and never had a problem with this place before this experience but it's ruined for me now. I went in for an oil change and they charged me $80 to replace my air filters. They also claimed my headlights were yellow and tried to charge me to clean them when I cleaned them myself a week prior. Upon leaving my AC was making a loud noise, I was uncomfortable going back so figured I would just take a look myself when I got home. When I took out my cabin filter, the brand new filter they charged me $45 for was mangled and bent, and the fan was full of leaves which is what the noise was coming from. I came here for a car inspection and left pretty upset because I had to pay a fee for my headlights but I needed to pass my inspection. I tried to pay for my registration online and a error message said I never gotten a inspection, so I check my paperwork. Well look at this they put my inspection on another VIN number but my receipt VIN was correct and I handed them my property tax paperwork to avoid the confusion. Took my car in for an inspection. Was told it wouldn't pass because of the headlights and that to "fix" the issue would cost an additional $50. Got home, looked at the invoice and saw that they charged $50 just to "clean" the headlight. I called to complain but got nowhere. Wish I had read the reviews before using them. I was greeted immediately upon pulling around the back entrance of the facility. While I waited inside, the car was inspected and I was registered and checked out in less than 15 minutes. My family has been using this Jiffy Lube for several years and have never really had any major complaints, until this morning. I took my husband's car in for an oil change ( we had actually purchased a package of three last time). Dropped the car off, went inside and began reading my paper. Stepped outside (out front) to notify them to ,please be careful when refilling the oil as at the last visit it was overfilled and the pan was not wiped clean and when I left the facility and went to a friend's new home oil spilled all over their new driveway. I returned quickly that morning to I inform the technician what had happened and she said;" Oh yes, it was a little full" and cleaned it up for us. So, fast forward to this am and why I wanted to please remind them to be careful when refilling the oil. I then went inside to quietly read my paper. There were three other adult male customers in the waiting area. The technician, Shane, ( whom I later found out was the manager) came and asked me to come to the desk. He showed me the usual ," you need to change your air filter" which I declined, as well as to inform me that our battery was bad h which I declined) ( FYI- they've told me the past year and a half that the battery was bad, but, Auto Zone says perfectly fine, I did not inform him of that) And then asked ," so all you want is an oil change?" And I said "yes." At that point he then said," And you can take your attitude down a little." I could not believe what he said to me. I was stunned that a "manager" would EVER speak to a customer that way. I said "excuse me , I don't appreciate you speaking with me that way," and he said ," you've had an attitude since you got here." Ummmm, not sure where this was coming from, but, stepped outside while they finished our car. I did not engage such inappropriate and rude behavior with the "manager" of the Jiffy Lube and had nothing further to say, other than when I left I did advise him that he may want to "improve on his customer service skills." We will never bring another vehicle in this place as long as "Shane" is the manager. Hopefully the email sent to Jiffy Lube's corporate office will hasten that occurrence. If it would let me post with 0 stars, i would do it but unfortunately i have to leave one. They failed my inspection for bad tires & told me it would be $800 to get new tires. I typically get services done at the Honda dealership that I bought my car from- included in their services is a full inspection of your car with each oil change. Now... if less than a month ago I got my car serviced & all 4 tires were PERFECTLY fine, how in a month did ALL 4 of my tires need to be replaced? So I declined their offer of getting new tires and went back to Honda to get them to look at my car. Not a single tire needed to be changed & my inspection was in fact fine to be passed. I went back to Jiffy Lube & requested my money back for that inspection they failed me for& of course "no refunds". Through this process I did find out that you can file against a false "failed inspection" & the place will be ticketed a fee for doing so. So, unfortunately my time & money were wasted through this place but they will receive something on their behalf of doing this. NEVER GO HERE. read more

Convenient spot to get maintenance done near eating and shopping although it's hard to exit. Water and coffee is always offered free to customers. Outdoor seating is available. I usually don't have to wait a long time to be served and usually out of there within 30mins or less. These guys will try to help you with the cost of your maintenance by checking for coupons available. I try to check beforehand but I like that they also check. They will also make recommendations needed for your current or next visit (small & big). I like they're open everyday of the week. Men, never let your wife go here. She just needed an oil change. Nearly $400 later she calls me crying. They did all kinds of ridiculous unnecessary stuff at exorbitant prices. One thing they did get right was replacing the cabin air filter. That didn't go well at all however as instead of vacuuming the leaves off the filter first they pulled the filter and dropped leaves down into the heater vent. Now the dashboard fan does not work right and makes a lot of noise. We will now have to take the van to our "REAL" mechanic to be fixed. She is still upset and crying hours later. I stopped at this Jiffy Lube location, and not only did they get my inspection complete, they changed my oil, topped off my fluids, and vacuumed my carpets in time for me to get to work. First, the cost for the oil change was too high; at least twice what I would normally pay at the dealership for the same work... oh wait it wasn't the same work. They cleaned my glass with a dirty rag, didn't really vacuum the interior all that well, topped off all my fluids by spraying most of them (including the oil) onto the engine bay, side, and front of the vehicle and failed to close the air filter canister correctly. However, most troublesome is that they didn't bother to pull the skid plate on my 4Runner to access the filter correctly. That is a big job for a shop like this I suspect. I would have been happy for them to explain that they don't normally pull skid plates and offer me the oil change at a lower price (without filter change), but they didn't. So, now I have a skid plate full of oil leaking all over my driveway and I have to pull the plate and fix their inability to be professional. read more

They make a point to show you the bathroom and get you comfy in the waiting room, both of which are shockingly clean and have... hard wood floors?! The bathroom at this Jiffy Lube was nicer than many bars I've been to. And everything else is the quality you need - super fast oil change, vacuum, check other fluids and filters. We always bring our cars here for oil changes , the attendants are always in great moods and the customer service is outstanding . They will vacuum your car , and suggest other services when needed but will never pressure you into getting anything.
