I gave Jiffy Lube a 2nd chance because my 1st experience at different location Cermak and Maple in Berwyn) was beyond bad. (Employee was on his cell phone disputing his phone bill, while i stood there for 15 min without being acknowledged )......anyway ....the moment i arrived at this location, i felt the way a customer should feel upon entering a business.; welcomed. This is by far THE BEST jiffy lube location I have EVER been to! I went in on a Tuesday with my wife and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and speed of all of the staff. The manager Frank came up to myself and my wife and welcomed us with a hand shake. Also my wife was very impressed to see not one but 2 women working here, I believe their names were Janet and Jessica, and had even told me that now she will feel more comfortable bringing the car in by herself! Last night I stopped by because my "low oil" light came on, and I was helped by Bonnie--she was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. As a woman, it meant so much to feel comfortable, supported, and truly advocated for. I love knowing there's a shop where you can walk in and feel confident you're being treated with respect and honesty. I am cheap at my core so I come here for my oil changes but this location specifically is always friendly and helpful. When I went in today they were having a corporate inspection or something so I ended up waiting a little over an hour for my service. I was patient and they ended up giving me a discount and just being genuinely apologetic about the long wait. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and explained the whole process clearly. The wait time was short, and the place was clean and well-organized. I appreciated that they didn't pressure me to buy extra services I didn't need. I didn't have cash on me to leave a tip, but the service was still excellent. This Jiffy Lube gave me a real hard time last time I came about a year ago. I came again because I was short on time and I can truly say the culture and staff has completely changed. In the past I had a very bad experience with a female employee who was rude and had very poor customer service. I was tired of going out of my way to get an oil change, so I decided to stop by and take my chances. To my surprise I saw new faces, who were nice, welcome and overall professional. Ralphy and his crew just saved my truck there was an issue with the screw from the oil which had my truck leaking oil came in and they got it fixed no problem without a charge bcz the previous workers that got fired disnt do the job correctly also to add on Ralphy took a $30 uber to work bcz he wasn't supposed to come in today , now that's dedication respect to all the Hispanics working in there . read more

I got my oil changed here a couple days ago and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was under new management. The new manager is very transparent as far as pricing and products used. He also speaks Spanish which was helpful. The service technician was very efficient and thorough making sure to confirm the services I had requested. read more

I had to wait a half hour just to get in had 3 different people ask me if I was there before with a jiffy lube sticker in my window finally told the last one to look or communicate with others. With that I was told to leave because that was abusive. There was no swearing on my part. read more

Manager Stephanie helped me and i learned something new today about top off your oil filter every 3,000 miles and they will add the oil that is needed after purchasing the new filter .. go with platinum oil cus u could change the oil every 7,000 miles.. very hepful and satisfied read more
