I'm here right now, and needed to write this. I have been getting services from Jiffy Lube for years, with no issues. Today was a different story. I was helped by (Jorge) a young hispanic man. He was Extremely rude and unprofessional. Not greeting me or even giving eye contact. Every question I asked about the services he blew me off l, as if I was bugging him. I am very disappointed in the service here. It sucks because I love this company even having family working at another loand never had a problem in the past. This is the 7th time I've returned to this location (San Dimas/Glendora) with multiple cars to complete oil and filter changes. They've always been fast, communicative, and provide recommendations of what parts may need to be replace soon. We went to this jiffy lube for the first time. I usually go to pep boys but decided to give jiffy lube a shot. When we got there, we were told to get out of the car and the service tech walked away while we stood there confused. He came back and didn't explain anything to us. Just said you have synthetic and synthetic blend. We had to ask the price as it was not offered to us. He seemed like he really didn't want to deal with us. Then when it came to registering, he was short and cold with his responses as if we were a burden to him. Jorge was an unpleasant service technician. The only reason I'm giving this jiffy lube 3 stars instead of 1 is because the PRICE was great and the oil change was QUICK. but as far as customer service goes, 1 star definitely. read more

This has been my oil spot for about a year since moving to Covina. So after bringing one of my cars in for a oil change , I was told I needed a new oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket but no mechanic on duty. Came back the next day, got the oil change then was told valve/oil gasket not needed. read more

Not only did you idiots try and overcharge me for a serpentine belt replacement and say that I needed a new air filter, also overpriced and still clean, and not fill my oil tank up enough, but you also drained my car's battery. When I needed to get somewhere important on a time crunch, my car wouldn't start. A complete waste of a business transaction I could have done myself for way less and with nicer people. SLOPPY WORK! Don't come here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Here's why: Last week I thought I'd get my oil changed/tires rotated before a roadtrip to San Francisco. That was a big mistake. 2 days after the oil change, halfway thru my roadtrip to the bay area, my car started having problems (shaking, delayed acceleration, jerking when starting). This was concerning since I was on the I-5 by myself, 200 miles away from home. Already, big yikes. The last 150 miles to go were very stressful, as I was not sure I was going to make it to SF but had no choice--I was in the middle of nowhere. Once I got to the bay area, I was driving around a little more and my check engine light came on. Another big yikes. That's not all, in the middle of a four-way stop in San Francisco, my car's engine decided to give out. Great. This happened a few times and that's scary sh*t. Luckily, I got my car towed to Sears who ran a diagnostic. Turns out, JIFFY LUBE FAILED TO RECONNECT MY AIR INTAKE HOSE or DIDN'T CONNECT IT RIGHT. Sears connected it right back up, and now my car is working good as new. It's worth mentioning that my car ran just fine before I got it serviced at this location. Save yourself the unnecessary stress, money, and safety risk by going to a reputable mechanic who is more detailed and attentive with their work. I really want my $65 back, Jiffy Lube. read more

Wow, I really have alway loved going to jiffy lubes to get a simple oil change. So I tried the one on arrow highway on Covina a BIG MISTAKE. So I have been waiting over an hour and they just pulled in my car. They are not super busy, in fact there were only 2 other customers and all agreed the wait time was terrible. They tried to up sell the other customers and all said no so again simple oils change??? So why the long wait.. poor sense of urgency and customer service read more

Today, while driving on the 57 N, my car began to overheat very quickly. I got off at the next exit available and pulled over to let the car cool down. My car never overheats, so I was worried. I looked up car repair services closest to my location, and Jiffy Lube was the nearest possibility. I I thought they only did oil changes but took a chance and slowly drove the 1.5 miles to get there. Thank goodness I did. Karim and Stephen attended to me quickly and told me that they do more than oil changes! Stephen diagnosed my car and determined what the problem was and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. They went and got the needed part from a nearby auto parts store. While Stephen worked to get my car rolling again, I walked across the street to wait in the Glendora Public Market, where I got a nice coffee. I drove away an hour later with a cool car and a needed oil change. The service was excellent, and Stephen saved my day and car. The cost was half the price it would have cost me at the dealer, which is where I usually go for services. Thank you for getting me back on the road today! read more

So stopped by here, Spoke with the manager Cesar Nava (asked for his last name because all credit is due when it should be recognized) . Nothing but the best customer service aside from all the other jiffy lubes that has negative reviews he was more than fantastic . 10/10 customer service polite and took care of all the customers waiting . All workers also was "working" not goofing around . Recommend this place, 3 cars ahead of me and it was quick and efficient. No more than 1 hr. One great thing also was he didn't try and sell me anything else but did recommend me to watch for certain services that needs to be taken care of . Which i will be coming back here to do. ! Terrible service. I can only assume my oil was changed, the only reason I came by to have my (fleet) truck serviced. Receipt said the windows were washed-absolutely not. They weren't touched. Receipt said my tires were rotated-nope. I just had a tire patched an hour prior, on the passenger side rear tire. (Pre) Marked tires said none of them were moved/"rotated". Receipt said the floors we're vacuumed-again, nope. I even cleared everything off the floors to both make it easier and more obvious. They did replace my wiper blades-even though they replaced them about 3 months ago and there was no need to do so (an easy $49.98 "upsell"). I went there strictly for an oil change and they were able to convince fleet services that my truck needed almost $200 worth of "stuff", some of which I definitely didn't get. Who knows which services I did get and or got correctly... There are a million other places I can go, almost all of which are cheaper. I will try all of them before I go to (any) Jiffy Lube again. read more

I see the reviews here are hit and miss. This review is on behalf of my parents, who took a pretty beat up car in for service. My dad took the car when they opened and we didn't actually pick up till right before closing. Johnny and Oscar were SO awesome. I was honestly surprised by their level of service. I've never been to a Jiffy Lube before and have heard some serious horror stories. Johnny and Oscar worked what I think is a small miracle in a few hours. No appointment, and a car that REALLY needs help. We dropped almost a grand here and they made it that much easier. My dad, who I believe is a difficult customer to deal with, was happy. Johnny offered so much advice that he probably shouldn't have. But its so appreciated. There was another young man who rang us up who was also very helpful but I didn't get his name. Johnny was kind enough to offer us a small coupon. But I'll take it! These guys did a lot of work without even knowing if we were going to pay for the actual stuff that needed to get done. They replaced some parts, spark plugs, did a tune up, and a few other things that needed to get done before the smog. Oscar, the mechanic, went out of his way to show us parts that needed replacement and why. He literally pulled it out by the cashier to explain but we weren't skeptical. I got good vibes from everyone when I went in to help them pick up the car. Because there was several issues and parts needed to be brought in from the dealer, they were calling my dad all day. They were pretty good about communicating which I wasn't expecting because they're really busy with customers and the cars. I really appreciate all of your help gentleman! read more
