Came in this Sunday morning for a conventional oil change, below I have outlined my experience. Good: 1. Greeted promptly upon arrival and breezed into waiting area. 2. Received very fast service and vehicle was ready within 20 minutes. 3. Employee recommended (not shoved down my throat) services in which I decided to opt out of. Bad: 1.Service Checklist category indicated AIR FILTER as "declined". I did not decline this but would have if employee had received my authorization. 2. Service Checklist category indicated VACUUM FLOORS as "completed". My floors are still dirty. 3. Service Checklist category indicated WAS EXTERIOR WINDOWS as "completed". My windows are still dirty. All in all, it appears my service this time around was a bit better than my last. One thing i did notice upon arriving home was that area surrounding oil filter was not cleaned and drenched oil. It would not hurt for the employees to quickly clean up their mess before completing job. read more

Avoid this location I recommend driving down to other location by old river next (Big boys burgers) I really try to give this location another chance but it seems like it's the manager that is the problem. Very impatient and might need some training on customer service skills. I don't believe the customer should always be right however they can hear you out first before answering questions. read more

This place is the worst, do yourself a favor and stay out of it. We purchase some break pads about two months ago, they are super loud and do not work as expected, even though they advertise "lifetime warranty" the manager at the location did not wanted to honor his warranty. I am so disappointed that I trusted this place. Would give 0 stars, the manager was incompetent and unwilling to help. Stay away from here! read more

I would give no stars if I could. I have been to Jiffy Lube 3 times over the years. Every experience was horrible. The first time, I paid for 8 quarts of oil and got 4. The second time, they left the oil cap off, which splattered oil everywhere. The third time I insisted on inspecting the work before paying. Good thing I did. They left every cap off including the master cylinder. This company will never touch my cars again. read more

The guy there tried to tell me that my car had to have the $89 synthetic oil this is not true as I've been going to a Jiffy Lube by my house for years and I was never told this and my dealer confirmed that my car is not supposed to have or need synthetic oil UPDATE: In reply to Jiffy Lube's reply I'd would like to comment that the manufacturer only specifies SAE 5W-30 and nowhere do they ever say that synthetic oils are required. read more

This has been the fastest Oil change I have ever gotten by far. I usually go to Toyota to get an oils change but it always take 3 to 4 hours to get my car out of there. The sales rep there Dan took care of me and made sure that my car was up and running as quickly as possible. I definitely will be coming here again soon. read more

AVOID this place. Should've known something was wrong when the first clown approached and it took him a good few minutes to figure out the mileage on my car. They then go on to tell me I need 0w-20 on my 2007 Versa. Don't think so buddy. After all three get their heads together and use google. They tell me it'll be 5w-30. Ok that makes sense but now they tell me regular oil change is 29.99 unfortunately they're OUT of regular oil and can only sell me high mileage oil at 59.99. What kind of scam are these kids trying to pull here. Jiffy lube should consider raising their hiring standards. Won't have repeat customers if you try to upsell and scam every new customer. Not smart. No thanks ! read more

Took all my info and walked me inside to where I was then greeted by the cashier, Elizabeth, who asked me to have a seat. As everyone else stated this place will up-sale the heck out of you. They already talked me into getting the synthetic blend and then turn around and say that they ran out and I would have to get the full synthetic after already having my car for 20 minutes with the hood up. Honestly I just wanted to leave but the staff are so slow there that despite my best efforts to go along with their BS it still took forever. $90 something dollars for what? When they are not trying to up-sale me they are failing to do the basics such as adjust the air in my tires. Tire light is still on and I had to reset the oil sensor myself. Oh and thanks for leaving me out in the cold while you ran around looking for my car keys... Jiffy Lube needs organization. read more

Okay so first of let me start by saying they treat you like an idiot if you know nothing about cars. My moms been bringing her car here for oil changes and now it's my car so I still took it here. This is the only place my car has ever been serviced. I recently moved to riverside and I took my car to a mechanic to have my oil changed. At first look my mechanic calls me over and shows me that my bolt has been stripped and broken then GLUED BACK ON!! I was never informed of the damage to my oil pan. Now I gotta pay to get a whole new oil pan replaced. I will be taking legal action against them so this won't be the last you hear of from me. I would never let these people touch my vehicle again. read more

As I stated in my review. I have taken at least a half dozen cars to Jiffy Jube. 100% of the time I was pressured into Synthetic oil. This last time I was told they would not change my oil, period. I drove about a mile away to the car spa and 10 minutes later my car was done. You have lost a customer. I will recommend against using Jiffy Lube. read more

Would highly recommend this place! Called yesterday and found out no appointment needed for oil change. Representative was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Service is quick so if you are limited with time, great place for that quick oil change. The waiting area is very clean and provides complimentary coffee while you wait!
