Came to jiffy lube because I had a coupon for 50$ off if I spend 300$ plus. Got synthetic oil change and brake fluid and power steering done. Tony said he'd do it for 300$ when it was time to pay Tony said I couldn't use the coupon cause he had already given me a discounted price. Only reason I came was because of the coupon. Tony needs better communication skills. The guys outside doing the work did great though, Give them a raise! Definitely won't be returning. read more

First time at jiffy lube. Came here for a quick oil change and I was done in 20 minutes. Special shout out to Jarod and Jésus. Jarod was very knowledgeable and informed me about what services to look out for in the future (cabin and engine air filter). Didn't end up doing those extra services this time round cuz it's a leased car. He was honest about pricing and didn't push me to get it but now I know what to look out for in the future. Finished my oil change in like 10 mins. Would've been fine but they told me it would take 30 minutes so I actually walked home. Got a call about two mins after I walked in the door that the car was already done. Had I known it'd be that fast I would've just stayed and waited. Don't make me use my legs. read more

My headlights was out, and it was already 05:50 p.m. I called and spoke with a really nice gentleman named Eduardo. I asked Eduardo if I could still bring my car in even though I saw that they would be closed at 6 pm or usually even before. Eduardo greeted me with such great customer service, and although he told me that they usually stop servicing cars around this time, he told me that I could still bring it in. I have to say that Eduardo and his team at Jiffy Lube took the time to fix my headlights, and it was passed 06:00 p.m. they still treated me with kindness, and made sure my headlights was fixed so that I could drive safely in the darkness. They wished me a safe drive. I can't tell you how appreciative, and thankful I was for the help of Eduardo and his team (I wished I could have gotten his team's name as well) at this Jiffy Lube. I usually get my oil change done with them, and I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone. Thank you Eduardo and your team for helping me out tonight. Review is based around having a company card through Enterprise to do work. Well we got there and no line so literally just pulled up and started the service. They have to submit paperwork to Enterprise to get authorization to do the work. Well that process took forever but I know it isn't there fault so no harm done. Well my office contacted me asking me why I replaced the wiper blades and I let them know that the Jiffy Lune employee said that Enterprise asked him to replace them which is a lie. They just upsold wiper blades and lost business forever with my office. Tisk tisk... Besides that oil and filter were changed doesn't take a genius to do that. I was not happy with my latest visit. I dropped my car off because it was super busy and I get a call from the lady working the front desk saying my car required synthetic oil. I tried to explain to her I had the regular oil change the first time but she insisted on me getting synthetic because the turbo in my car was burning out the oil and causing it to turn black. When I went to pick up my car the gentlemen that serviced my car both times tried to make me feel stupid by telling me synthetic was required and how he told me that the first time I took my car there. Well after my visit to the dealer yesterday, they confirmed synthetic is NOT required that Jiffy Lube was just trying to trick me and upsell to get more money out of me. #SHADY. Obviously, synthetic is the best option but NOT REQUIRED. BEWARE FOLKS! read more

We arrived for a simple oil change for our fleet vehicle on a Sunday and a female worker turned us down right away as she saw us pull in without even checking if our fleet vehicle was able to get serviced. We drove a few miles to a nearby jiffy lube and they were able to service the vehicle without any issues. It was such an inconvenience specially since we drive the truck for work from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday's with no time to go during the week. I do not recommend this place! read more

I came in yesterday for an oil change on my truck and also a radiator flush and coolant replacement. All came out to a little over $200 bucks. I was about to drive to Arizona this weekend so I wanted to make sure these basic services were done as this is a project truck and it would be its first long trip. Anyway, one of the employees pulls me into the service bay to tell me that my radiator is leaking. I have had this this truck serviced and inspected by a professional mechanic, not a bunch of UTI rejects, and he never found anything wrong with the radiator and it had just been replaced when I purchased the truck. So all of a sudden my radiator is leaking. So I got home, buy a new radiator, and start replacing it. When I drain the fluid out I find that it wasn't changed at all. The bill they gave me says "radiator fluid: replaced" but when I drained the fluid out it was completely dirty. Of course for "safety" reasons I can't watch my vehicle being serviced but I'm pretty sure these guys took me for a ride and messed up my radiator to boot. I will not be coming back to this location and will be contacting corporate about these scammers. read more

I came in for a service 8/18/18, I was going in for a simple oil change and of course they serviced my whole engine and found that my radiator fluid was running low and it's not something they can just "top off", which I understand because it's a service on it own. I let them convince me that I need to do it then and there for a "package deal",that came out to about $160, It was going good until today THE 4th DAY AFTER, not even a week has gone by and as I was driving to work at 7:45 AM as I am making a left onto an intersection and my steering wheel went stiff I almost hit another car and was hyperventilating but it doesn't stop there... my whole steering wheel is stiff and I could not understand why, I pulled over to find a pool of green fluid which happened to be from the radiator(pictures attached). I am furious, I'm not sure if they goofed up and left it loose or what the issue is exactly, all I know is that it definitely has never done that since I've had it "serviced", and that could have potentially been a big accident Folks always go with your gut instinct and if you go in for an oil change, makes sure it is just that. I highly recommend not doing any service here, they clean there hands by saying it's non-refundable. read more

Was a little over due for an oil change and decided to just try this place that happens to be close to the freeway. As a female, trying to find a place that will not try to "recommend" a long list is kind of a challenge. Anyway, stopped in and dealt with David. Very friendly, younger guy that was prompt and did suggest a few minor items to be taken. When I informed him I would look into it, he respectfully accepted and continued with his friendly demeanor. This place is great. In and out quickly. They have tons of discounts. Depending on times of day, which day you go, if you register more than one vehicle with them, hefty discounts sometimes. For piece of mind, and making sure that light gets turned off, it's a great place. Regular technicians have been there a while, rarely crowded in early a.m. Staff are friendly, welcoming lobby, coffee too! Nice flat screen, enough seating while you wait. Pretty quick, no hard sell on stuff either, but offer upgrades, sometimes well needed. I rarely get to read much of my current book while waiting, as I hardly have to wait long! :-) I'll go back again and again. New manager seems no nosense and hard working. Came in this Sunday morning for a conventional oil change, below I have outlined my experience. Good: 1. Greeted promptly upon arrival and breezed into waiting area. 2. Received very fast service and vehicle was ready within 20 minutes. 3. Employee recommended (not shoved down my throat) services in which I decided to opt out of. Bad: 1.Service Checklist category indicated AIR FILTER as "declined". I did not decline this but would have if employee had received my authorization. 2. Service Checklist category indicated VACUUM FLOORS as "completed". My floors are still dirty. 3. Service Checklist category indicated WAS EXTERIOR WINDOWS as "completed". My windows are still dirty. All in all, it appears my service this time around was a bit better than my last. One thing i did notice upon arriving home was that area surrounding oil filter was not cleaned and drenched oil. It would not hurt for the employees to quickly clean up their mess before completing job. read more
