I had a really frustrating experience with Jiffy Lube Multicare. I called ahead (twice) and explained that I had a flat tire on my Tesla. The same person confirmed over the phone that they service Teslas and told me to bring it in. I drove all the way there, only to be told - after speaking with multiple reps - that they couldn't handle it because they "need special equipment." Straight up bullshit!!! They didn't even look at the car and just told me to call Tesla or tow it elsewhere. Total waste of time and energy. I ended up going to Dominion Tire Company just a few minutes away, and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes with no issues. ***Don't have customers drive out for nothing.*** read more

On Aug 22, I went to the Jiffy Lube in Dumfries VA. I asked for an oil change. After waiting for 2 vehicles, they stated that the sticker and the computer stated I did not need an oil change, but they would top off the fluids. I asked about the sensor for the vehicle and they restated the same. They did that and they had it waiting. I asked if they would make sure the sensor was reset since the sensory was alerting that we were more than 1000 miles PAST due for an oil change. This sensor comes up whenever you turn the vehicle on. They would have seen this at least twice. When they looked at it and then looked at the sticker again, they had to go back and discuss it. They came back and stated that they had made a mistake. "Do you want and oil Change?" I said that is what we asked for. They started to explain that the sticker something and then asked again, "Do you want and oil Change?" Again, I stated, that is why we are here. They then looked at things and asked again, "Do you want and oil Change?". I stated, "That is why we are here." Finally, they agree to do the oil change. So they pulled the car around the building and put it in line again. So we had to wait for another 2 vehicles to get this oil change. Then when they finally got back up there, they stated that who ever told us that we needed to use Full Synthetic was wrong. (The ones who told us that was that same place). They thought it was best to use the regular oil and put in an additive. When we came up for the payment. They stated nothing about the mistake, nothing about the fact that we had to stay there more than an hour to do a normal oil change. Just pay the full bill and they replaced the sticker. This was horrible service, they complained about the service they gave last time and then made us wait double the time it should have taken due to their own mistakes. They did not want to listen which may have prevented the issue. They did not pay attention to the vehicle when they turned it on several times. All of this was preventable. More expensive than going to the dealer. They have hidden fees that they do not quote in the price they give you. Worse yet, they left oil all over my car. The handle to open the door was covered in oil. There were oil spots on the steering wheel and the closed-door pull inside my car. They also did not clean the windshield. So long story short I had taken a few of my vehicles to this location for standard oil changes. One of my cars I had taken the month prior for an oil change, I noticed small drips of oil in my driveway, the car had never leaked any sort of fluid before. I took it to the location this morning to have them check and make sure it wasn't an error on their end prior to taking to an auto shop. Turns out the drain plug was somehow not tightened or damaged and they replaced it. Mistakes happen I get it but upon going back in my car I realized they had not shut my hood all the way and also they did not top my car off with oil....if it was leaking obviously it's going to be low on oil right? Went in just to check air pressure in my tires. They were super busy, multiple cars in each bay but they were all so nice and friendly. The gentleman who checked my tires was so kind, he even helped me back out of the area that had multiple cars in line. This was the fastest oil change I've ever had! The waiting area is small and uncomfortable to be in but since I didn't have to be there any longer than 20mins I can't complain about that too much. They didn't add unnecessary service6to my vehicle like the Woodbridge location did but I had a VIP card so we'll see next time I need an oil change if that was a factor. The Jiffy Lube in Dumfries Jefferson Davis Highway and 234 is my one and only place to go for all my car needs. You can watch and see the work being done and keep the old parts. I just don't trust the dealership because they take your car away and you spend a lot of money for services that may not even be provided. My daughter got an oil change at the Nissan Route 1 and the didn't put in a new filter. They supposedly hand washed my car at the dealership and they had it in the back forever. I was told a hand wash takes longer. Well, when I finally got my car it was clear they didn't care at all the way it looked. Go to Jiffy Lube, get the coupons online!! read more

First I went to Meineke - and they gave me an astronomical amount for an oil change (well, I needed synthetic oil) - but they also told me that I would need to leave my vehicle. After I told him I couldn't, I turned around and saw Jiffy Lube. Could try my luck there... And what good luck I had today. The customer service here is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. I have never, and I repeat never...gone to an establishment and gotten an oil change in 10 minutes. Never. I got the signature oil change (which includes vacuuming, topping off fluids, etc). Definitely to save money make sure you either print out coupons or just bring them up on your smartphone so they can scan them. Avoid at all costs- these guys are dishonest. I know a little about cars. I went in to get an oil change and the kids- all 18-30ish tried to manipulate me into getting all kinds of services and replacements I didnt need. Maybe they assumed the shirt and tie I was wearing meant I didnt understand anything about cars.... Most notably out of the list of absurdities, they tried to convince me my serpentine belt was tabout to break and needed to be replaced (over $150). When I asked them to show me evidence, they couldnt point me to any substantial tears (very small tears are normal on a belt). They tried to get me to buy a full cleaning of the fuel injection system (my car only has 18k miles!), when modern vehicles using quality gasoline almost never need one- even at 10 times the mileage my vehicle has. There were also a few other unnecessary things they tried to sell me. Stay away. These guys are punks. read more

Usually I have great service at this Jiffy Lube but today they put my glove compartment in wrong and did something incorrectly with my filter so the whole frame shook. One of the managers tried telling me it was my mounts which isn't true because it didn't shake before I drove into Jiffy Lube. Also I paid for a new battery yet my radio presets are still there, they disappeared in the past when I get a new battery. The only saving grace was the assistant manager, Nate who was competent and was a true professional who was able to fix the frame. I'm glad Nate was working today. If I could get this place zero stars I would. We took our motorhome to them but they had only one Bay large enough to take our rig. They were waiting for a belt to fix the car in the only large bay but when they got it they could not figure out how to install it. By that time we had waited a half an hour. My husband asked them if they would please push the car out and put it into a smaller bay so we could get our simple lube job done. They would not... Kind of ducked the question rather than refused out right. After we sat there for over an hour watching other cars come and go and the entire team flummoxed by their belt install , we gave up and left. These guys went above and beyond for me yesterday. I had gotten an oil change at a different Jiffy Lube the day before, where they didn't properly seal it back up. Long story short, all of the oil had drained from my car by the following afternoon. This was the closest Jiffy Lube to where I was when the oil light came on, and their manager drove out to meet me, brought some tools and a few quarts of oil, and made sure I was safe to drive to their store. They filled me back up no charge and double checked the pressure and all the seals and plugs. Really helped me out. read more

Stopped by today for an oil change on my wife's truck. The service and speed was incredible. I couldn't be more happy. The thing I had an issue with was the customer service at the front desk. I won't include race but race was a factor I believe. As we sat, we watch as a few customers came and gone and was greeted and treated with politeness and professionalism. Very pleased with my experience today. I called asking if there was time for an oil change and the man on the phone let me know if was first come first serve. Okay, so I drive over and they immediately get my keys, move the car to the back for me, and get my information. They helped me decide what was and wasn't quite necessary for my trip today. Explained things thoroughly to me. They offer you water coffee and bathrooms- which a lot of places don't do still.
