I guess service is out the window because of covid. My printout shows my tires at 32 and they should be at 36psi. I never saw the check them. It says I declined the window wash but was never asked. I had waited for 2 hours at Walmart to be told my oil drain plug was stuck so I went to jiffy lube. Had the same problem but the shop manager tried and had success. The plug stuck in the tool so another employee went to the dealership to get me a new one. They kept me informed the entire time and where so nice. Worst service ever. First off it took them about an hour and a half to change my oil and do a tire rotation. I pulled straight into a bay to get it change and drove off over an hour and a half later. On top of that after 25 minutes of waiting they came to ask me what kind of oil I wanted, for the second time. Then after the oil change was done they pulled my car out and forgot to do the tire rotation so they came in and asked me if I still wanted it... Uhm yes. I did. Well apparently they couldn't find my lug nut key so instead of asking me where it is they searched through my car!!! Took all my stuff out of my glove box and left it all over my seat. Greatest thing was (and what will make me come back even though price was kinda high) was that no one tried to "upsell" me on ANYTHING. After driving off from my oil change, immediately my oil pressure light came on and kept blinking and beeping at me while I was driving. Went right down the street and turned right back around to verify with a Jiffy Lube technician if they put oil in my car. The tech assured me he did. Less than an hour from my oil change after running some nearby errands my car continues to beep and blink "OIL PRESSURE LIGHT." I thought it was a faulty sensor so I drove right across the street from the Jiffy Lube where I got my oil changed at to Autozone. The salesman went outside to help me check my car. He said turn this vehicle off now! Theres no oil in your car. I have a video documenting this experience at Autozone. My car is making a very disturbing sound now and was smoking when he checked the oil levels. I AM VERY UPSET, DISSAPPOINTED, AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. I took my car to a place that specializes in oil changes. Not only did this Jiffy Lube ruin my car, but I was also informed that another Jiffy Lube damaged my oil drain plug and did not bother to mention it. I have used your services for both of my vehicles in the past. Took my van in for an oil change on 10/30/19 and after my van started to leak oil. Went back after a week and they tightened the plug but still leaking and had to go back again after another week. Told me I needed to see a mechanic to find out where the oil leak was coming from. After going to a mechanic they told me my van was leaking from a large plug that was put in my drain pan and the only way to fix it was to replace my oil pan. Jiffy Lube had stripped my drain plug and used a large one in its place. I had to pay $364 out of pocket for a repair that they caused, I will never to back to Jiffy lube in Georgetown again. I would avoid them at all cost and go to a place that know what they are doing. They have also stripped screws from checking my air filters which I had to purchase to replace. read more

Called ahead to make sure these guys had everything they needed to service a 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel 4x4. It was 5PM on a Friday and they lacked only 1 filter for an oil change and fuel filter change (2 fuel filters). They got the filter and talk about Johnny on the spot, these guys rallied the team, and had everything ready when I got there. No wait and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and saved me $$$ over the dealer, even offering a discount to lessen the blow. I've had several vehicles inspected here, and although I have had to wait or return, as others have posted, these guys work their tails off to please customers. Very courteous and professional . The first time I took my truck in for an oil change they cleaned the windshield and vacuumed out the truck. I also received a Veteran's discount and I thought at last a place to bring my vehicles to get good service. The next time I took my wife's car in for an oil change they didn't clean the windshield nor vacuum it out. When I went to check out I advised them I was a Veteran, they didn't say we don't give Veteran's discounts they just quoted me a price. I paid assuming he had given me the discount, he hadn't. I can understand a business deciding to discontinue a program, however they should advise their customers. That being said I am once again looking for a place to service our vehicles. Disappointed is a understatement, I've been getting both my truck and car here for the past 4 years with an issue, this Monday my wife took her car in without for a oil change and quickly he bill was $160.00 plus for a simple oil change, well I called and was told that my wife agreed to have a cabin filter replaced ($51.00) and also the air filter, plus the oil change, according to my wife the tech showed my wife a dirty filter and all she said was "ok" was never asked if she wanted it replaced or told the amount, as she knows I take care of those things. Jiffy Lube has successfully LOST my dedicated Business for attempting to take advantage of my wife in the course of obtaining a simple oil change. I will state that John A did attempt to make it right had my wife return and making adjustments, but having the car serviced there for the past two years, our records are in their system and they know I never do more then a simple oil change. The value I received was not worth $88 for a simple oil change. The person in the hole draining the oil didn't clean off the under carriage so now I have oil spots in my driveway. And don't fill up the windshield washer fluid either, because "we can't get into your car during the Covid scamdemic which means we charge a lot more for a lot less service. Not all Jiffy Lubes are the same. Some of them are not so great. This Jiffy Lube, however, is AWESOME! The technicians I ran into were all very nice and professional. But most of all, Mike, whom I believe is the Assistant Manager maybe(?), went out of his way to make my experience top notch. A few weeks after an oil change, my car developed a slight 'drip'. I didn't want to assume if it was related to the oil change or not, so I brought it in. He took it inside the bay, snugged everything up, cleaned it all up, and said let him know if it still leaks, and he will be able to see from where as he cleaned it up. Two days later, it still has the slight drip. I take it back and we identify that is the washer around the drain plug leaking. He orders a new drain plug and washer, and has it there in 10 minutes. I tell him since the car is only 1k away from another change to go ahead and do another oil chance. He does the repair, does the oil change, and on top of all of his troubleshooting, gave me a great discount on the oil change for my challenges, which to be honest, had nothing to do with him. (The car has quite a few miles on it.) Mike, you are awesome, and you are the reason I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to your store. Thanks! read more

We had the pleasure of stopping at the Georgetown Jiffy Lube on Saturday February 29, 2020. It was after 5pm and I know that both men had already completed a busy day. You would not have known that though, they treated us with the same energy and enthusiasm as if we were the first customer of the day. My vehicle a 2014 Chevy Cruz Diesel is not an easy and quick oil change. To add to the complications the last place i had my oil changed at had crossed threaded the oil plug. Malcom knew exactly what needed to be done. He came up spoke with my husband let us know what had happened, took the measures to fix it, and completed the job in less than 40 minutes. We both were super impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of both men. We will be back. All of our vehicles from now on will be Jiffy Lube vehicles but most importantly will have both of these employees helping us maintain and keep our vehicles on the road. Horrible experience, which was discouraging because I'd had decent service at this location before. Had a scheduled appointment elsewhere, so I arrived early expecting to be there for maybe 45 minutes. I wound up spending an hour and a half here for a routine oil change. Because of this delay I was forced to miss my appointment as well as an hour of work. While waiting, half the staff looked like they were just wandering the bays and looking at each other, as if they had no idea what to do. I don't believe customers should have to wait that long in any circumstance and certainly shouldn't have to question the confidence and capability of the staff. I really put off doing oil changes and State Inspections, but thought I should get them done on my car since we are traveling for the holiday. I usually wouldn't rate an auto service shop unless it were really awesome or really terrible! Jiffy Lube was neither. Don't get me wrong they were great, but nothing that knocked my socks off. Worst customer service of any jiffy lube. The assistant manager was not helpful, the car was pulled forward and I was told it was ready to go and here's the catch... The radiator cap was not put back on, the air filter box was not screwed back into place and they shut the hood of the car but it wouldn't fully close because the radiator cap was blocking the patch so the cap was smashed. They only care about up selling needless services and apparently hate their jobs because they take zero pride in what they do. read more

Excellent customer service. Dylan, the lead mechanic changing the oil on my Nissan Titan not only told me the last garage that changed my oil had rounded out the bolts of the panel that covers the access to the oil filter, but he also escorted me below and showed me the bolts for myself. Jiffy Lube had already started the oil change before they had noticed that they could not get the bolts out in order to change the filter. Because of this problem, Dylan told me that since Jiffy Lube could not complete the service, they were not going to charge me, even though they had already changed the oil. The free coffee in the professional staff more than make up for uncomfortable seating in the waiting area, especially since you do not have to exit your vehicle as the oil is getting changed. If you need your oil changed in Georgetown, stop by and see Dylan at Jiffy Lube. It will be worth it. read more
